Best Optometrist visit (in 30 yrs) I have ever had!Dr. Lazar was very patient and informative. Lena was extremely helpful, assisting me with picking out glasses and getting the best price.Great experience!

Staff needs to be educated about what good Customer Service means. Not friendly at all. I felt like there was little clarity about what was or wasnt included in the prices. Two for one special was very deceptive. One pair of glasses for nearly a thousand dollars and the second one free. No bargain there. Cant picture myself ever going there again.

David and his team are great to work with, great customer service and a good selection of the latest frames. I had a barely-a-year-old pair of prescription Nike sport sunglasses that didnt had a missing a temple tip and while the frames were out of manufacture, and he wasnt able to get the part, he had me come in and was able to retrofit it them to a near perfect match.

Close at 6pm! Their hours don’t accommodate for typical 9-5 schedules.

The staff here were amazing! Especially Nina (I believe this is her name, sorry!). She was so helpful when I was picking out glasses! She was funny and make me feel welcome and relaxed. I didnt feel rushed or like I had to choose something specific. I will definitely be coming back!

They need to update there website. They close at 6 not 7. Wasted trip!

I went to Visionworks for the first time to have eye exam, glasses and contact lens. I inquired about my insurance and was told they did accept it. After my eye exam I was told that it did not cover materials, just the exam. The contact lens portion was also not covered. This is a very deceptive practice as I would have gone elsewhere had I been properly informed. The contact lens had to be ordered and I was told it was there and I made an appointment for Saturday at 12:45 to go in and pick them up. (12:45 was the only available appointment). At 10:22 I received a phone call/voicemail telling me that the wrong lens had been sent and that they would have to reorder them. A week later I am still waiting for my contact lens to be sent. No communication from Visionworks to keep me informed. I called them - they never contacted me. Very poor customer service.

Service after the sale is lacking. I asked specific questions regarding shipping and availability while in the store, as I lived out of town, and was assured by 2 different employees and the doctor all of the shipping needs could be met. When I phoned because the glasses were shippedIncorrectly the employee answering the phone assured me the glasses could ship store to store in 2 days....nope, try 7 days. Now almost 3 weeks later I have no glasses and the young lady on the phone said there must be some ‘miscommunication’ because they cannot ship direct to another store (despite 3 others saying this was possible). I happily used Visionworks based on the positive customer service and nationwide availability...now regretting that choice. This staff has highlighted that customer service does not equate intelligence.

Buying glasses at VisionWorks was fantastic! I was indecisive and decided to think about my choices and return the next day. I did not feel pressured by Lana into making a decision right then. I returned and spent more time looking. Once I’d narrowed down the style I was interested in, Dave did a great job helping me find some great options. I appreciate the friendliness, patience, and good humor from everyone!

I walked in off the street and they were polite and friendly not pushy. Let me look around, answered my questions and told me about a sale on a particular set of frames I was looking at.

Very happy with both my glasses and contacts. I have Trifocals and they worked with me to get the lenses to work well with my needs. They took the time to find me contacts that are comfortable and affordable.

I had an eye exam scheduled at this location after I booked the appointment I received an email that there was a sale on glasses that ended on Sunday 60% off glasses - but my eye appointment was for Monday. I went into the location on Saturday and asked if I could picked out glasses and pay for them today but just have them made with my prescription that I received on Monday. I was told NO! I cant believe that. I wear contacts and they always have a special for 2 pairs of glasses - but I barely need one pair so that is why I was really interested in the sale. Well due to the great understanding and customer service I received - I canceled my appointment while I was there and will no longer do business with this company. I had previous eye exams at that location and they have my vision history on file (but that never came up in the conversation - just was told NO!)- I could understand more if I was a new customer. I even doubt my prescription would change but I just didnt want to take a chance when my appointment was the next day.

Amazing service! Although I bought my glasses at Visionworks in Fort Lauderdale, I was here on vacation and these guys fixed them quickly, perfectly, and without even a charge. Lots of companies have good, glasses and good prices, but its good service earns long-term loyalty.
