Probably one of the worst eye places Ive went to. They ordered the wrong frames over a year ago and still have yet to get the right ones. Now im just trying to get my prescription and they cant even answer their phones. Took 9 calls to get an answer. Definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Terribly rude service by all staff who clearly didnt know what is going on. The eye doctor tried upselling us glasses despite us saying we wanted contacts multiple times, and kept disregarding our requests. I called ahead of time to give my ins info and make sure apt was covered. They waited until the second apt two weeks later to say we had to pay full price in cash. Then they claimed they didnt have either insurances that I gave them. Then I called back to give them insurance information again, and was told services were covered. I was told theyd order the contacts, that theyd call when they were ready for pick up. waited over 3 weeks before calling their office to check status. They told me that their manager was fired and never wrote down info so they didnt know what was going on, but was promised a call that day, which never happened. I waited until the next day before calling them back. Then they Inform me theyve had the contacts in stock the whole time, but will need to order another box for the full year supply. All together it took over 2 months for my daughter to get her contacts, all the while she had nothing to help her vision at school. The entire staff was rude to my daughter husband and me. I will never go back. Recommend you change the name from Quality to something else, bc this was far from quality service.

I went to get a eye exam and order new glasses first part of August. They said 7 to 10 days. Well i have stopped by, called and still nothing. They are on back order. I know i will not be using this awful place to get glasses again. I am more than a little ticked off. I give this place a -5 out of 10. Awful, customer service stinks after u order your product from them. No follow up on why is taking it so long. No just leave your customer hanging. This absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

I have been going here for the last 5 years . And I have to say do not go here its been a month now and they still havent gave me my glasses. All they keep giving me is excuses I cannot believe how unprofessional theyre being. Whenever I call it seems like theyre aggravated. Oh well I will definitely be taking mine and my familys business elsewhere..

They did great! I took my daughter and she can see better with this prescription then she ever has. The Dr took his time and really listened to what she was telling him. I also saw him. He explained what I needed to know and was very willing to listen to my concerns. Great experience. The only issue is we wished they had a bigger frame selection.

Dr. Fenwick seemed very knowledgable in his work, but his bedside manner was exceptionally poor. My children are 2 and 4 and this was their first exam - just a preliminary check-up for base line records. I was disappointed by the offhand rude comments made to me and my children who were actually doing quite well in the situation. Dr. Fenwick rushed through the experience and seemed frustrated that they didnt understand his vague directions. At one point he told me, I cant do everything myself, here in reference to getting my two yo daughter to look where he was asking - as I was holding her on my lap and gently trying to coach her. I was wanting this to be a comfortable and enriching experience that would encourage my children to care about their wellness. But it turned into a struggle because of his negative attitude. Perhaps he does well with adults; however, I would highly recommend any parents to consider better options in town.
