When here after hours, tried tried to get gas, the pump accepted the credit card, but then no gas comes out tried a couple pumps. Pumps seem pretty old, they seem to be on their last legs I dont know.

Staff were not wearing any masks. They also gave me a really big attitude when I asked if their bathroom was available for an emergency. At least try to be polite about it.

Let someone steal 20 bucks worth of gas and blamed us but ignored or phone when we called over 30 times. You guys have all the cameras in the store you need some outside never again

I am literally being ignored, I’m calling to ask about a product. Someone answered the phone and I said I was looking for a product. Then they hung up and refused to answer my calls. Actually I think they are answering them just to hang up on me? Terrible customer service for no reason.

Taller black women in the store rang be up twice for gas and refused to refund my money to be until I brought it to upper management

They did not answer the phone when I called so many times. I went in one day and the staff were rude to me and gave me looks.

Website said it would be open on TWO different occasions but I walk there and its closed!! I try calling and it rings but hangs up! So unprofessional. Change the hours or get ppl who are dependable to open the store!! Nobody wears a mask and only 1 of them are friendly!

Get gas and snack

I just love this gas station not only because of their customer service but they always have the stuff that I need that I can’t find any where else. They also have the cheapest gas all the time and the workers are very friendly and always treat me like family. Best gas station in MINNEAPOLIS

I’ve been here many times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. And they bring in some random items so it’s kinda fun to peruse and see what’s new.

Most friendly staff in town. Convient, trustworthy and easy transactions. Open early for convenice. Sells specialty drinks that many other gas stations don’t have.

Purchased gas at this location and had to go inside to pay because the pump outside would not take my credit card. When I tried to pay inside the credit card payment wouldnt go through. The cashier told me my card was rejected because there was no money in my account. I told him that I have had issues in the past with the strip on the back being damaged, but again he said that I had no money in my account and that I needed to pay another way. Luckily I had enough cash in my pocket. I dont appreciate the tone he took with me and will no longer purchase anything at this location. In fact when I got home and checked my account I had plenty of money in it. Thanks Samis youve lost a customer. Better get some customer service training.
