I brought my mom in for a hearing evaluation and we saw Aaron Melch. He put us at total ease and was very thorough explaining her hearing loss. We felt very comfortable with the cleanliness of the office and their Covid protocol. Aaron recommended the Imagine 17’s with a battery charger. They are so convenient and now mom can hear us all again! We are so happy and highly recommend Aaron for you and your family!

I had an issue with one of my hearing aids when I powered them up this morning. The issue was that it appeared to be powering on but not functioning at all. I tried numerous things like cleaning etc. to no avail.I called the Plymouth MA local office mid morning and explained my issue and they gave me an appointment for early afternoon. When I arrived Jen Natale took me in right away and realized the wire from the main device was not connecting. She replaced the part and I was back up and running much to my satisfaction.Great customer service.

Jenn was so kind to my father who was having trouble with his hearing aid. She took the time to explain everything to him and was pleasant and upbeat.

Just left Beltone. As always the service was great. Jennifer at their Plymouth, MA location is always friendly and informative. If you need hearing aids this is the place to go.

The team work of Jennifer Natale and Front Desk personally make your visit seem easy, comfortable even in these times, and the friendly greeting as you arrive.
