Seemed alright at first. However they added the extra insurance cost I did not purchase, and proceeded to act like I did something wrong. Save your money you can get the same pickup from a Home Depot at half the price with much better customer services. I will do everything in my power to have everyone I know avoid this business.

My family own an Inn not far from TAV. Over the years, many small appliances have been repaired that might otherwise been consigned to the scrap heap. Prices are fair. Work completed is professional. Owners are friendly and helpful. In addition to electronic repairs, weve also used TAV to replace iPhone screens. Again, work has been first rate.

We needed a special battery and after checking all the big stores in town, they wound up having it at TAV for a buck.

The only place for miles that can fix most any electrical or electronic devices. From old radios that use tubes to your new smart phone, before you replace it see if they can fix it. Reasonable prices ok turnaround and knowledge beyond belief.

We always turn to Greg & Donna at TAV for any issues with our computer or printer needs. They are so knowledgeable and always reasonably priced! We are fortunate to have their services in the Plymouth area!

I was looking for a CR1225 replacement battery for a digital thermometer, but couldnt find one anywhere in town (not even where I bought the thermometer!) and I didnt have time to wait for one to be delivered. I guess I could have bought a new thermometer, but that seemed wasteful. I called TAV and they thankfully had some in stock. Its great to have a resource like TAV in town!

Go green and repair your electronics instead of throwing them away. Friendly, personal service. I repaired my tv here a few years ago and was very satisfied. Uhaul service is also convenient

Took my cell phone for a screen replacement. Looked great when I picked it up but when I put it in the protective case and the screen cracked. I hadnt even used it yet. They told me it was because I pressed it into the case - really?? They didnt stand behind the work. Very disappointed.

Rented Uhaul trailers from them and they even opened on Saturday so I could pick up a trailer they dont usually have. Very accommodating and friendly.

Had terrible exspearence... People skills were not up to par. Wasnt willing to help me resolve my issues with Uhaul. Never shop their again !!!!!

Outstanding! Greg and Donna were actually closed but happen you stop by and made a quick repair to my iPhone in under an hour. Very please and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area

I was charged an obscene amount by TAV Electronics, an amount much higher than what I was quoted for by Uhaul for a 1 way. As of this time, i have not received a straight answer and have been told to contact dispatch. This is extremely poor customer service where there is no accountability or responsibility with TAV. I would take my business somewhere else. I will update my review once TAV does the right thing.
