They all we’re right on time for my appointment. They explained everything that they would do to my 2019 CT4. At the Service Desk they we’re all very Nice and Helpful. When my car was all done they explained everything that they did .
I recently bought a 2014 Terrain with Gregg Guerra as my salesperson. I greatly appreciate what he was able to do for me. A short while later I had to bring my Terrain in for some cosmetic work. The friendly service department took care of it right away and even gave me a loaner for the weekend. My used 2014 Terrain purchase got me a 2016 Cadillac loaner! Boy, didnt I feel special!! A couple of my friends have also purchased from there and they are also quite pleased with them.
Have always been happy with my service at Holloway. I have been going there for over twenty years and will continue to use their great service. Thanks to Jesse and Larry H.ry
Always very courteous, prompt and efficient service. I chose to wait on not take a loaner, they have a very modern and comfortable waiting area that always allows me to be productive. Our next Cadillac will undoubtedly be purchased here.

I recently purchased a new Cadillac XTS from Scott Currier at Holloway. This was hands down the most relaxed, pressure free, hassle free experience that I have ever had buying a car. This I my third Cadillac and I will be back to buy many more!
Service intake was very good & quick. Had loner car ready to go.
I booked a service appointment a week in advance for today, 3/19/2018. I stated very specifically to Jesse what I wanted done. Most important was my oil change, my ABS sensor light being on, the rear brake light being out, the $49.95 wash and interior cleaning and my washer fluid tube on the passenger side was broken. I am in sales so my Escalade is packed with heavy stuff that I had to empty it out for the cleaning and carry everything up the stairs into my home since I don’t have a garage. I brought it in at 8:30am. I called around 1pm because I had yet to hear about the diagnosis and the price. They said they didn’t have any information. I called again at 2:45pm and still nothing. Finally, at 4:15pm, 45 minutes before the service department closes, I got a call about the estimate and other things they had found. When I booked the appointment, I was told I would have my car back at the end of the day for the things I had requested. I’m not talking about the other things they found that could be dealt with later. It was obvious after the 2:45pm call that nothing was getting done on my vehicle today. I had to take my wife’s car and leave her stranded at work all day. I also had to drive an extra hour to go get her. Now, I’ll have to do it again. So, when I spoke to Jesse at 4:15 I asked had they at least done anything. He said the oil change was done. They had my vehicle 8.5 hours with an appointment booked a week in advance and all they could get done was an oil change. So when I went to pick it up Jesse said the we’re finishing cleaning it and it would be out soon. I said, great, at least they got the detail work I asked for done. Jesse looked at me stumped and said, you wanted that? I didn’t know that. They are just doing a basic clean. At this point I was just disgusted and said fine, just forget about it. So then Jesse walks into the bay area and I hear him say, this was supposed to get synthetic oil. He then comes back and I said, please don’t tell me they didn’t use synthetic oil. He said that’s what they’re putting in there now. I said when we spoke earlier you said the oil change was already done. He said, oh no, I was mistaken. So first my car is in there getting the cleaning finished up and then it’s in there getting an oil change finished up that was supposedly done hours ago. Then Jesse say’s, oh sorry, we didn’t clean your car, everyone already went home. How many lies can he tell in a matter of minutes. I don’t believe for a second that they used synthetic oil. I was charged for it, but I don’t think I got it based on everything I heard and saw. What a complete disaster. I have never experienced such poor service, or lack thereof, in my 40 years of owning any kind of vehicle, especially a Cadillac. I just moved up from Mass and always took my vehicle to Olsen in Woburn. Alway’s great and professional service. You guys are the complete opposite and 100 times worse. Completely unreliable and extremely untrustworthy. I can’t even trust you to not bait and switch an oil change. I only gave one star because negative stars isn’t an option. I would urge everyone to steer clear of this place.
On our 2nd Cadillac with Holloway (a CTS and now an SRX). Great automobiles and wonderful service. Give them a try..you wont be disappointed.
When you purchase a Cadillac, you have a level of service expectation. This dealership dos not provide the level of service one would expect from a Cadillac dealer.
Very friendly staff, never felt pressure to do or get service I dont need.
Tendency to gloss over reported troubles.
