The best storage facility that I have ever used. The staff is very professional and will do all possible to accommodate all your needs and concerns. Been with them there for over a year wouldnt use any other facility.

Great experience here, the front desk lady was really nice and helped me find the just right space for me. They have two electrical key pads to get to the storage units as well as a locked door for security, its nice and air conditioned inside and they have a really convenient freight elevator with carts to roll everything in and out without any heavy lifting and on top of all that I got a 10% military discount and a free lock for my unit I highly recommend this place excellent bang for your buck and a real home like feel with the custom service!

Crazy to even say, but Ive had my belongings stored here for about 10 years. I must say that I have never had to worry about my things being safe. Always clean inside the storage units whenever I go.😉💕

What a great location! So convenient as it is so close to the Post Office. Friendly, professional service with a smile, great price, and they also have climate controlled units that are brand new. I also like the fact that I can access my account online and pay for my storage units rent so easily.Love this place!

We love American Patriot Self-Storage. Diana Caldwell is awesome and always gives us the best service, we’re on our second unit. We have been customers of this place for nearly 9 years. I wouldn’t put my things anywhere else but American Patriot. It’s the best storage facility in Portsmouth and Hampton Roads.

This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with any storage facility! The manager was super friendly, well organized, incredibly helpful, addressed every concern, went over pricing and showed me the sizes I was interested in. Several customers came and went in the short time I was there and she was able to help them while taking care of my paperwork keeping everyone happy. She took the time to show me the layout and how everything worked at the facility and made sure my keys and code worked before I left. She reserved my uhaul as well and being able to get a truck and unit at the same time made my day!!Fast friendly service at an affordable price!

The Manager, Diana, is an absolutely courteous and professional gem. She was very helpful, thorough, and detailed about the entire process. Overall, the sign-in, truck rental, and move in process was very, very good. I would recommend it to a friend.

Perfect for the money paid, nice and professional staff. I received a space on a short term notice. First month was free, my out of pocket expenses was less than 30 bucks.

I had a storage unit here for six months before I moved to Alaska. Very nice indoor facilities, roomy for the price. Never had an issue with bugs, rodents or break-ins that plagued some of my other storage units in the past.
