Twice over the last year, I needed to rent a truck from penske. The first time they did not have the truck I rented available and had to take a much larger truck to drive through NYC. The second time I received additional unexplained charges on my credit card and when calling Penske to resolve the charge there is no one there except to take reservations. This is NOT a customer friendly company.
