Public storage is not for me they wait up $20 each on my storage units for no good reason i seen a water bug theres roaches which i never seen or had before and the temperature is is horrible the air in there used to be good when it was happy boxes now its a sweatbox so its time for me to go i give 1 star because of the customer service that the manager gives me Mrs.Maria

Moved here 6 months ago and it was called Happy Boxes. Moved here from Extra Space because Extra Space kept going up on their prices ($96.00). Moved here and I was paying $53.00 a month which at the time I thought was an awesome deal. At that time I was told that my rent would not go up til a year has passed which I have no problem with, now I see that Public Storage has bought out this place and I believe it was in April. Just yesterday I got a notice in the mail that my rent is going up to ($74.00) and I only been here for 6 months. I was lied to and very upset about this. I talk to the manager and she couldnt do anything for me and even called the district manager and he couldnt do anything about it. Very upset at these liars and could not provide me any assistance on this matter. Considering moving out and store elsewhere. This place was awesome when it was Happy Boxes.
