We had to take a truck battery here to be charged. The gentleman at the counter was very nice. They tested the battery and recommended we leave it for 48 hours to charge because it was so dead. They tested our battery and charged it up for no charge. Will definitely use them in the future for any battery/vehicle needs.

I went in to have the charging system and battery checked. Theassociates were very knowledgeable and professional.Everything checked out good. Even though it was raining they braved the elements and completed testing. The associate s name was Greg Smith at the highway 92 in Powder Springs, Ga. location.

Went to Auto Zone on Ridge Rd for battery replacement. Staff there unwilling to help very poor customer service. Left there and came straight here and had a great experience!!! No more Auto Zone for us! Keep up the good work!

Theres a fat white guy with glasses that was there when my son & I walked in, we didnt get greeted nor did he say anything to us when we put our things on the counter he kept typing on the computer& didnt even acknowledge us, so I grabbed my son & we walked out because that was very rude!I dnt spend my money in places like that.

This is your typical parts store good selection though not as good as NAPA, but a lot cheaper. Staff is helpful.

Looong waits. You will think that theres only one employee there, but after youve been waiting for a while one of the other employees decides to stop what theyre doing and come check you out. They dont seem to care if youre standing in line.

Had what I needed

You can get what you need here, and thats about all that earns them 3 stars. I was sold the wrong parts for my car even after giving the associate the VIN number of my car to pull the exact model. I told the associate my wheels were the 6 lug version, and was sold some hardware for 6 lug wheels and some for 5 lug. Very little attention was being paid to what I said or what was being entered into the computer. After having to bring back incorrect parts, I was sent to a different store to get the right ones because the original store was out of stock. Of something very common. I understand that this can happen, but as someone who works in customer service, I was offered nothing to compensate the inconvenience of the original careless mistake or the resulting inconvenience of having to find the parts elsewhere.Its very common to not have an in depth knowledge of all things automotive, and Im treated in such a way by the associates that I cant help but feel insulted by their condescending tone when answering rather straightforward questions.Overall, the store itself (merchandise and pricing) is fine, but the staff at my particular location at Brownsville and hwy 92 could use some work.

Advance Auto Parts isnt what it used to be but its still pretty good.

I went in looking for a part, the man at the counter help me for about 5 seconds and then just completely ignored me and waited for me to leave. Who made no effort to look up any parts or see if any other stores had it available. The second a black man walked in this guy jumped to his feet. Seems a little hypocritical
