Poor water quality with visible debris floating in it, I dont think they clean their 5 gal jugs.Also called numberous times to correct the bad water and I was either treated rudely or promised a call back and never got a one. All around TERRIBLE!

Mountain Mist water is affordable and of good quality. I save money having it delivered instead of buying cases of bottled water.I must say, their delivery person is awesome! I woke up yesterday having forgot I was waiting on Amazon packages, which I often worry will be stolen off my porch - my water delivery person stacked my bottles around my packages so they couldnt be seen from the street. Someone should get an award for superior customer service seeing as they went above and beyond when they didnt have to.

This is an amazing company.They are always flexible with deliveries and during COVID outbreak they have not missed a beat. Being home I have gone through more water than normal. I cant drink the tap water where I live due to contaminates. They are doing an additional delivery for me to ensure I stay stocked with water.I Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for water delivery service. Great customer service and response time to issues!On a side note: Thank you to the deliver drivers out there making sure your customers have the water they need.

Signed up at the fair today. Matt was very nice and helpful. Excited to get our first delivery! As to the negative reviews, mostly about customer service...we will see how that goes, as so far its been smooth.Update 10/31: Weve had a few deliveries, and theyve been responsive to changes to our water order (adding more bottles!). Ive seen no issues at all. I can only imagine you are only seeing the few negative reviews because the people who are satisfied DO NOT put reviews up as often as those who have a negative experience. Over all, we LOVE our water service!!!!!!!

We just switched to this company after a horrific experience with a different company (Crystal Springs) not delivering water to our deck. So far they are doing a great job. Customer service has been SO much better than the other company, and they backed the truck up our driveway and carried the water up to the deck. I hope this continues!

So far so good. When Ive needed a cooler replacement it was done promptly. Ive not had any billing issues as of yet. Ive been a customer of theirs for approximately 6-8 months.

I am writing this today because I have given Mountain mist plenty of time to make it right. I leased their cooler which it took 4 times to actually get a cooler that worked. But on the 3rd cooler it leaked didnt notice until my floor started to wick up, which now I have to replace a new floor, the old one was only 4 years old. They took pictures then for reimbursement was cooler rental for 5 months. There customer service is terrible would not recommend. I didnt even get a phone call they respond by email, so bad reviews and aLetter to business bureau

I gotta echo other folks negative experiences with Mountain Mist. They will not reliably make the changes you request. For example, if you call to change the number of bottles you want for your next delivery only, it will be a dice roll whether it will change at all, or change for the just the next delivery, or change for all future deliveries. Seems like a competent organization would have good communications skills regarding these type of changes but I get very confused conversations when speaking with their customer service department as if theyre not sure what Im asking for, and like I said, the result is a dice roll.Ive also had a situation where I was scheduled for a delivery on a Thursday and would be leaving for a 2 week vacation the next day (Friday). By late afternoon on Thursday the delivery wasnt made so I called them up. The customer service rep said she wouldnt be able to tell me if the truck would make the delivery but if it didnt, they would deliver the next day. I said, in that case I wanted the delivery cancelled because I was not going to be home for 2 weeks and didnt want water bottles on my front porch announcing to all the world that I was on vacation. She said OK. We ended up staying home one more day (Friday) due to a car issue, and guess what - water got delivered that day. If we hadnt been home to move them inside, they would have sat on the porch and advertised to any low life that no one was home. I called them and complained and told them they should have better notifications systems if they couldnt make a scheduled delivery, but they just said they were sorry, but commit they would look at making any changes.Clearly the ownership and management of this company dont care to improve and meet basic customer expectations for service. A looser organization.

Foss Waterway Seaport has enjoyed Mountain Mist water for about four years and weve had consistently good service. When I ask for a change (increased or decreased number of bottles), they always make the change quickly and graciously. I also think the pricing is very fair.

Horrible company. You send them an email informing them that you want to cancel the service. They ignore you and continue to send in the water. I called and they said because I didnt call them, they sent me water THAT I GAVE BACK. They also told me that I would be CHARGED for water I didnt use because I didnt call them! A scam and a rip off. Do NOT give them your social or your credit card number.

The water was great but the customer service is a money scam company!! I started out getting 2 bottles a month and with out any request at all they started leaving more bottles (at over $12 a pop) i was soon up to them dropping 10 bottles at a time! so my bill stated at $24 and soon got up to over $100. I requested pick up and no drop off, they never picked up and later found out they noted the dont drop off but not the pick up. I left my bottles outside so many time with no pick up an thats just a hassle taking them in and out, as they stated delivering they still didnt pick up. I finally got so feed up I dropped the bottles and the cooler off to the office where I asked for the full close out i paid the full bill.. They counted to bottles and said I was short, I explained i left them out side so many times It could have been any number of reasons they were gone. They lady told me it was ok and not to worry about it that she would take care of it because i had already been though so much with them. I double checked that I was good and my account was clear and closed. But today i got a bill for $33 stating i needed to pay for the missing bottles!! I called and got a lot of sorry but this is it you have no option but to pay, not even willing to work the situation or even up hold what their employees told me.NEVER EVER AGAINI hate when a company can can say one thing and do another and then say sorry but we still want our money!!

Have done business with mountain mist for years. I finally had to cancel them they are a poor service to deal. With they continued to drop off more water than I needed. I have 9 bottles of water . when I told them to hold off delivery . they threatened to cancel my route saying they are a water selling service. Well not to me anymore. Good bye to a lousy business

What a scam...and I thought cable bills were bad. You will definitely be charged for anything and everything they can think of, get no answers from customer service on why, and dont ask for a schedule because they cant seem to deliver one. Some months they just decide to deliver twice and double bill you whether you want it or not! And...it takes 4 weeks to cancel. never again!

This is the worst company ever. They over charge. But other then that. Our water dispenser leaked all over our floor we just had put in new flooring and everything is damaged. Over $1,000 to replace. We did not get a sorry or anything. I know it’s jot there fault but it hey should be checking everything before sending it to clients. I would never use them.

Today I was pushed out of my line by a Mountain Mist truck with licence plate # B33420P. Then the driver honked at me and showed F*CK. I called the phone number which was printed on the truck and left a voicemail with an explanation of this situation. But I guess that nobody cares and no one will call and tell apologies or tell me what they will improve this aspect in the future.

Customer service could rate a zero. Pick up always late. Never came to pickup equiptment on time and then sent my account to collections without any email, mail, or phone call. Best part is that the machine only works with there no refillable bottles. Not refillable at Safeway or Walmart anyway, and it cost a fortune to get them from the company direct. What a rip off. Shop Costco. Way cheaper and also better quality.

I have been trying, unsuccessfully for 3 months to cancel service and have them pick up their water cooler. They do everything within their power to ignore your letters, emails etc. I notified them in writing of cancellation and they refused it! They now want demand that I call them for verbal verification. Unreal. Look at reviews, the positive ones are obvious fakes.

This is one of the most incompetent companies i have ever dealt with. I had service at my office and at my home. I would bring the empties from home to the office. They are so incompetent that they couldnt even keep track off how many bottles I had. I moved and when i stopped the water from my home I was charged for 56 bottles.Seriously what would anyone do with that much water. I talked to the company talked to the driver. I had been a customer for 8 years all they were concerned with is to try to gouge me immediately for fictious charges. I explained that I had been a customer for almost a decade. Nothing to help me nothing to rectify this situation. Avoid this company like the plague. They are horrible to do business with and customer service is deplorable. Go with Crystal Springs, they are way better and you can be assured that you are getting a real bill and not just imaginary charges.

I had nothing but problems with this company. I tried to work with them for over 15 months and when I cancelled service they overcharged me. Then when I asked for my money back, they wanted a formal request in writing mailed before they would review it. I would not recommend this company.

HORRIBLE!!! BEWARE. I had used Moutain Mist for years, wasnt the greatest company to work with, was very diffcult to get things corrected or deal with coustomer services. But over all I liked there product, but the thing that finally made me stop there services was rude costomer service, false billing practices, and no response from the company. They treat customers with no respect and are extremely rude, and with the false billing, watch out! I have filled a complaint with the BBB, and plan to set legal action agaist the company.CARLI BROADWAY is customer service along with some of the others MESSLISA, just be prepaired to be treated like dirt, taken advantage of and taken for money you dont owe..
