I love this place. Full load of water delivery done in 20 min gate to gate, few hours before my appointment. Being reefer driver, Im not used to magic like this

Appointment was at 2am to load and I showed up super early 1 pm to ask if I can check in early and they said yes at 5 pm 9 hours earlier. Nice job they loaded us within 1:30 hrs we will be home earlier to rest thanks to their flexibility.

Great place plenty of space. You can check in early which I did 2 hrs early. Pick up phone at gate to check in. Very fast loading. There are parking along the fence outside if needed. Best place to get loads. Thank you.

As an employee of this place for two years. I can say its not what you think it will be. The hours are long. An the pay is way to low to live off of. Everyone plays this pride and proud attitude but it all a front. The reality is that everyone hates this place. An just smiles through the tears. Hopefully one day Niagara can makes its people happy.

Customer service sucks. You can really understand what they are saying and they have attitude when you cant understand them.

I was told to bring in a light weight scale ticket, which I did. Shipping told me they wouldn’t honor it. They said they would load the full weight- 44,000+ and then I had to go to the gravel plant and pay $20 for a weight ticket, then go back and have the load adjusted. Not only is this ridiculous, it’s knowingly loading a truck to illegal weight.The scale may only be down the street, but it is ILLEGAL to KNOWINGLY overload a truck.I will not load here ever again, and if the broker doesn’t pony up with some more $$ for the extra stop and multiple scale fees I’ll leave and they can find another fool to take this load.

Loading is fast. Less than n hour. But all this 2 hrs and 4 hrs earlier to appointment reviews...i dont know about that. I turned up earlier, was sent back straight out. Check in is over the phone at entrance. Check in no more than 30 mints before appt time. If u decide to come in early anyway, theres parking on the street by fence. Just enough room to back in safely.

No No No parking for overnight Drivers. they said DOT People give ticket to those people who park here overnight on the street but people who has ELD logbook where they should go like we don’t have any life. Every place must have few parking for those drivers who has earlier appointment. That’s by people are leaving trucking industry because we have lots of rules to follow but these people who own the big company’s they don’t. I wish we had a truck union. !!

Really nice place clean loaded quick. Got loaded to the max weight. Was 160 pounds over on trailer axles and couldn’t move any weight around. But overall nice place and people

Totally automated...robots load your trailer...only bummer is the trailer must be swept out

Today was the first day I picked up a load from there only thing I had to wait is for shipping staff because they were. Changing shifts .As far as it is concerned for loading as soon as you back in to docks they load fast.

Im a O.T.R Driver I was loaded within 2 hours they wont let you stay overnight on the property there is limited street parking but overnight street parking is OK

If you have a worse company to try a phone call tell me, but first try calling this one. I tried for more than 5 hours and I went through all the options and I could not talk to at least ONE person. Take the test before you give me the name of someone worse. Until the number that my broker gave, after 9 calls it drops by fax.
