I always get fast, friendly, prompt and professional service from the employees. I docked one star because The product, to me is nothing special. And I dont give 5 star ratings. But, on customer. Service alone, they get my max rating.

I rather go no where else to get my water, but I have a big issue with the store being closed the last three times I come to fill up. 1st time was closed till 3pm then the 2nd time it was closed earlier in the morning and now Im sitting in my car waiting for them to open up at 1pm 12/9 writing this review at 1:03 pm. I definitely understand people get to take a lunch, but hope the owner can see my review and set a lunch time schedule so your customers know when your closed please. Thank you!

I go once a week since May. Helpful staff the water tastes wonderful. The ph is usually above 9.5. At $.80 a gallon. I think a one star is out of line and the reviewer should reconsider. I went was pretty shocked to see a fill up store for alkaline water. I went in and purchased a gallon jug and they filled it with “alkaline water”. Went home and tested the pH using new pH strips. I treat wastewater as my job so the pH strips I used are accurate. The tested water was a 6, neutral not alkaline. I called and let them know about the mistake that they might have given me purified instead of alkaline. I went In and the guy tested the water using a digital meter. It must have never been calibrated because it was bouncing all over the place between 6-14. So there was no way he can tell what ph the water is if the meter never stabilizes. I just told him I want to refill from the right faucet and be on my way. So he did and he was totally helpful. We went to the far left of the station where he said the first 3 were alkaline.Got home and tested again. Same pH as before. 6. I’m so disappointed. The fact that they sell regular purified water and advertise alkaline is terrible. They need to double they their equipment and processes.

Only $3 for a 5 gallon fill up, plus they have punch cards and alkaline water or CBD

They arent open during their posted hours! I saw another review that had an issue with this, but I was hoping they had resolved it. Im here at 10:20 in the morning and both Google and their front door says they open at 10 but I came all the way here and nobody is working. Waste of time.

1 star review had me worried as well. But after going to the store and asking them to show me with a real ph water tester they was more then happy to do the test right in front of me. Give this store a chance and you wont be unhappy.
