Brought in for estimate and scheduled work. Dropped off Wednesday night, checked in Thursday and they hadn’t even touched it said it would be a week for a $1500 repair. This is after we waited weeks for parts to come in. Asked if they could schedule a drop off time when they would actually be working on it and told I could take it wherever I wanted to get it fixed. Don’t waste your time with this shop.

Staff were very nice and happy to help me tge minute I walked into the door.

Ive used this shop several times for body work after an accident. They never disappoint me. I highly recommend this shop.

Used to work there do not work there anymore more because of the Cove egg stopping once in awhile to see friends that work there however place is very dirty cars everywhere and the work is good the painters really good you have to check your body work and all that very thoroughly though theyre trying to get it out of there very fast which is a good thing in its own way.

Unfortunately this is a Very Bad choice to get any work done on your veichles.USAA insurance payed them immediately, and we had to return 4 different times for a repair that should have been correctly completed the first time.Another one of our vehicles was damaged during a one of there hood repairs. USAA insurancre is removing them from there list.The work we received was way below average, foolish, sloppy, and subpar*We did however receive a verbal apology, and responsibility, for this mockery of a auto repair business.

Update: 4/20 - I got my truck back on 4/2, but after a couple of weeks, we began to have issues again, I went back to Brian who went above and beyond to find out the other underlining issues and now is having those addition repairs fixed, thank goodness for him...Update: 3/30 - The regional manager reached out to me and went above and beyond and had me work with Brian instead which made my experience 10 times better.

Caliber does s great job. Their work is done professionally for a fair price. They kept us informed throughout the process. They also provided us with additional help we needed regarding for another vehicle they worked in the past. I would highly recommend them for auto service you m as y need.

Today, 3 days before Christmas, someone busted out my drivers side window & lock in an attempt to steal my vehicle (fortunately I had a theft deterrent) After contacting my insurance, Caliber Collision was recommended. The representative was friendly & explained the process to me. I wont get my vehicle back until Christmas but thankfully when I get it back, it will be rightHope to update review after repairs.

My nephew is the manager here, and he and all the guys that work there do a great job helping customers and fixing cars. My older car was in an accident and looked pretty bad. I was there today 11/24/20 by appointment Ive arrived 5 min before my appointment once I went in the building there was 5 employees behind the desk conversating that wasnt the issue the issue was or at least one of the issue was neither one of the 5 employees mad mask on or was social distance as anyone knows we are in a serious pandemic and that is one or 2 of the guidelines to keep everyone safe i kno it might be hard to social distance in a facility like that but there is no excuse not to have a mask at all its unacceptable not only are u putting ur co workers at risk ur putting ur customers and also family and even urself but once I enter the building I did not feel safe at all that was only 2 issues another issues was the staff that Ive dealt with was very rude and unprofessional I asked him questions bt my car he ignored me twice and he had attitudes and they also complained about my appointment saying that whoever scheduled me didnt give them time to plan Thanksgiving not sure if that was a joke or what but im not here to be playing also they all were unprofessional I also overheard one of the employees to over charge an insurance company yes im serious its sad what I heard all in a short time only can imagine what els is being done here then while I was waiting for the guy to write up my estimate the other employee pick up the phone cause it was ringing and after he hung up he was mocking at the person who called cause he couldnt speak good English Ive dealt with all this less then 1hr its sad how the environment is here I do not trust this place at all and would not suggest this place at all to anyone they cant be trusted and there unprofessional also the guy Ive dealt with was Ed Straub he was very rude but I did reach out to the general manager and he was very understanding and polite and I hope he dealt with those employees accordingly

I was rear ended in an car accident my bumper was hanging off. I was referred to Caliber Collision by State Farm. I went to them not knowing what to expect. Steve was awesome. Steve was able to give State Farm an accurate estimate to fix my car. Unfortunately turns out my car had been in a previous accident and it wasnt fixed properly. I was unable to pay my deducible as well the repairs needed. Caliber Collision rightfully refused the work without being able to do all repairs necessary. Beth the manger had her guys reattach the bump so I could drive it home. The best news of all was that they did not charge me for having my car there for over a week. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This is my follow-up review...To recap, they worked on my car a little over 1 year ago.For starters, they forgot to plug my headlamps back in.They also messed-up my tailgate and water wasnt spraying on my rear window.One year later now...The new rear break light assembly which they replaced has stopped working. I took it apart myself and noticed that all the wiring is burned-up, the connector is damaged - all because they used really cheap parts (and did not use any dialectic grease in the connector).Really shoddy work, thanks guys.

I took my truck here a few months ago and this was my second time coming first time they seem ok next time they basically lied about the price and way over charged my insurance company and it should not have cost almost 2600.00 for a mirror I didnt have a Rose Royce truck they are some scammers and I told my friend and family tell all stay away!

Havent had a good experience with this location. Car twice so far, after being returned to me, due to sensors not being calibrated, poor interior work -- with loose, unattached paneling; and greasy fingerprints smeared across windows, and cloth interior. Despite several reminders, have yet to receive car decals.

IF I COULD RATE LOWER I WOULD!!! THEY HAVE HORROBLE SERVICE AND THE MANAGER BRIAN IS THE WORST FOR TAKING RESPONSIBILITY OF ANYTHING! THEY HELD MY CAR FOR ALMOST THREE WEEKS WITHOUT CONTACTING ME TO TELL ME IT WAS READY WHICH CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO PAY FOR A RENTAL FOR THE ENTIRE TIME!DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! EVER!!
