Dont order chicken tenders from the Royal Farms in Reisterstown! Things have changed there. Their 2 piece chicken tenders were a fairly good size, but now youll starve! Also, honey mustard sauce is now a .59 extra. It is self checkout there too. Cutting corners!

One of my regular coffee stops. Love the semi new coffee machines. Always fresh,hot, and full of flavor! The employees that have been there for years are great! New employees are good too.. just some dont last long.Very friendly and helpful, if needed! Kept my credit card safe when I accidentally dropped it. A older store, but always clean and tidy!

They wont even let you use their restroom when you buy gas. Go to Shell next door!!!

Royal Farms has my absolute favorite chicken. Too bad this location is absolutely horrible. No matter when I come to get a meal the employees always cram the fries into the box so when i get home they are always squished and broken, the biscuit is squished if they even remember to add it and the chicken omg where to start. The chicken is always small no matter which pieces you ask for, missing chunks of meat, no breading. This is the worst Royal Farms Ive ever been too.

Friendly staff the store is small but clean. I am always greeted when I come thru the door with a friendly face. Their food is good, service is even better. I go there just about every week day.

When I ate here the chicken and fries tasted good. I totally recommend this place if you want some good fried chicken

The pump broke while I was using it and tried to charge me well over the amount I put in my tank. The first lady was rude but the second lady that put the bag thing on the pump was very nice and helpful.

Very slow, extremely poor customer service from almost everyone except 2 younger guys that work there. Most of the time it is dirty inside and out. Very poor establishment especially since it is a chain convenience store.

Took an Uber there tonight at 1:30am just to get your awesome chicken only to get there to find out that there was absolutely no chicken at all. I have never had that happen before. Extremely disappointed. The cashier said the deli person was in charge of that and she didnt understand it either.

They absolutely suck, if you respect your time this isnt the place. How are they out of breakfast sandwiches first thing in the morning? There are too many negatives to list.

They need to invest into a better exhaust fan or something. I like fried chicken but Id prefer not to stink like it! So bad my clothes smell badly.

Slowest place I ever been but Ill give them this, they are consistently slow. Whether they are busy or have nobody in their the workers are consistently just slow.

We have now three Royal Farms Im the area, and the employees at this location are the best! I find it repulsive people write reviews judging people they are in contact with for 5 minutes max! Ive never had a problem with food, coffee, or anything I purchase. Yes they dont have a public restroom, but its a older store and youll find that with all the older locations. But, Ive heard the employees kindly point across the street where they can find a public bathroom. Not the employees fault the company can be held liable for letting a customer go in the back to use a restroom. And to the guy whos fries fell on a food counter and got put back in the box. This is where they prep food orders, so if you have a problem with that, maybe you should stay home and make your own dinner. People are so quick to write reviews when theyre in a bad mood. Leads me to believe theres too many miserable people in this town!

Everything is dirty in store and food is not being prepared and wrapped properly, poor customer service.

All I wanted was a cup of coffee. After weaving my way through the minefield of people waiting for food, I grabbed a cup to fill. Fruit flys. Everywhere. Turned around and flys on the coffee island. They seemed totally understaffed for rush hour time. My advice is to stick to prepackaged foods and dont look the cashier in her hairlip.

Staff is on par with any other convenience chain, no restroom is no biggy, chicken is good between lunch & dinner hours. My only gripe is the breakfast sandwiches, they always seem old & Ive never had the good fortune of eating one without a mad dash to the restroom 20 mins later.

I love Royal Farms Chicken but I’m sorry to say that the salt on their pieces here was unbearable!!! If that would be corrected the chicken would be great. Someone is gonna have a heart attack!!!! My Lord!!!!

Stay away from the deli!They pick up food that fell on the floor!The manager does not care what u order, what u eat or how it is served.Based on how this team works I do not trust it to keep my food clean or even height!Why is the FDA not inspecting this place?

Its unbelievable how bad the service and food is at this location.. The young lady that made my food was like a zombie from the walking dead. I could say so much more about my visit here this morning but I dont have the energy to waste..

Had chicken salad sub, I had 7 bones and bone fragments in sub. This was the absolute worst chicken salad I ever had. Talk about a choking hazard. HORRIBLE

Long lines every morning and no one seems to care. This morning I said something to the manager. There were at least 8 people in line with one cashier. The manager had his Bluetooth earbuds in and could care less when I asked him to open the other register. Also, no restroom for customers. One more thing, every Monday and Tuesday the place is out of the Sucralose coffee sweeteners until the truck comes in. After this same thing happening for weeks on end, wouldnt you think they could order more of the sweeteners each week? Incompetent!!

This is the worst place ever. Everyone that works here besides the young girl with brown hair in a pony tail and the 3 younger black men that work are ruthless burdens on society. The people that I named are the only hope this so called Royal Farms has. It should renovated and have new people running it. Like I said before, the girl and the 3 younger black gentleman are the only one reason I even go there. I live walking distance from it and I honestly would rather walk all the way to wawa then go in that store when the awesome people I mentioned isnt there. I would of gave it no stars if I could

We ordered some Royal Farms Chicken and Wedge fries from your location. My wife saw the associate pick up some wedge fries from the counter that he just dropped and put them into our box. She told me what he did, and when I informed him we wanted another box he questioned me and said whats wrong with it, I told him that you just put those fries that fell on the counter into our box, we want another box. He gave us another box, but I cant believe he was ready to give us a box with fries that fell on the counter with no hesitation and even questioned me. We have bought Royal Farms at other locations and have never received this type of treatment. The associate was too busy talking to his friend instead of paying attention to what he was doing. Also the order we received was very salty in taste.

Fried chicken at this location is always good.

BE CAREFUL!!! My credit card info was skimmed from one of their gas pumps, thieves may still be using that station.

We were on our way home from the hospital in Baltimore and needed a rest room desperately.(We had bought gas.) My husband was told there was no bathroom and if you wanted one to go across the street to another gas station. WHAT??? No rest room for customers. Not stopping there again.

I was very disappointed I ordered something from hot food I got a boneless chicken sandwich And the employee took chicken from a chicken breast and put it in a part and put it on the bread at the end of the day i could had bought a piece of chicken and did that myself I pay almost 6 dollars for something that were two dollars come on now royal farms
