I went into the station to make a debit gas purchase. The women in the line before me was told pump 2 did not work so she would need to move to another to make her purchase. I paid using debit for my gas and one item. When I returned to pump my gas the woman parked in front of me discovered that pump 3 was also out of order. I had ended up with two duplicate transactions although I used debit. I asked the clerk about it and he was very nonchalant as though it was nothing. When it costs $65 to fill your tank and you use debit there should not be a pending authorization holding on to an additional $65. For some people this can cause a huge issue. I’ve worked in merchant processing and there should not be an authorization holding onto funds that were processed and o rained already through debit. So just use cash when you go there or go to the other shell on Main Street.

Do not attempt to use the gas there w/T-Mobile Fuel Rewards KHAN has cancelled my Rewards numerous times and today (06/17/2021) I saw that when I made my purchase via credit card it said fuel rewards cancelled. I informed him and he said that it happens sometimes, but I would receive the discount at the pump. I started the pump and it did not show the discounts. I went inside and inquired on my discounts and he informed that it was nothing he could do! I have encountered this problem with only this gas station numerous times and I will never visit this gas station! Be warned!
