This is a great dessert stop! The cones were a little smaller than I expected, but there are a ton of options. You get to pick what kind of cone, ice cream, spread (on the cone), topping, and drizzle. The cookie butter was the best! Employees were super nice and professional.

My favorite place to go for dessert in Rexburg! It’s a build-your-own dessert and it tastes amazing everytime. So glad they opened a location in Logan as well!

The marketing for this place is on point - all the pictures look amazing, the premise sounds so good. But the execution is really bad. This is basically a sugar bomb in the worst way. We came with 6 people and no one could finish their cones because we all felt disgusting. The 6 inches of soft serve is the worst soft serve Ive ever had. You have to get through it to get to the cone - in hindsight i should have dumped the soft serve into the trash, but for 6 bucks a cones thats a huge waste. The cones have Nutella or biscoff spread inside, but the amount they put in males the cone inedible. It is filled with Nutella. Which sounds way better than it tastes. The toppings are also ridiculous. I got almond joy, thinking it would be some coconut, almonds slices, and chocolate sprinkled om the ice cream. It was huge chunks of almond joy candy bar stuck into the ice cream. Fun idea, but basically gross. Not even my small kids, who are sugar fiends, could finish theres, declaring it gross. Go get a dollar churro from costco and dip it in some Nutella or break it over good ice cream for a better and cheaper experience.

Amazing cones! The cookie butter spread is awesome. We loved the icecream filled cones and they do NOT skimp out on toppings. So good 10/10 would buy again and again.

The cones were a little raw and doughy and it tasted like they forgot to add salt to the dough. I’m not picky at all, but ended up throwing the cone away because it was so raw and bland. ☹️ the icecream tasted good, but for the price it wasn’t worth just icecream. Also, portions are way smaller than the pictures portray.It also took around thirty minutes after ordering to get ours. Not a quick date.

I LOVE CRISPY CONES!! I drove 3 hours to get there because I had heard such good things about it. I was so impressed! It was the best dessert ever and the employees were so nice and helpful. The employees answered all of my questions and the cones were made super fast. The ice cream was such good quality and the cone was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone!! This was an awesome experience, I had heard some stuff about Crispy Cones but not a bunch, so I decided to try it out with some friends. We got there and the guy taking orders was super helpful and explained to us how the menu worked and was very polite and fun. The cones themselves are like a cinnamon roll/churro cone that tastes awesome, with a marshmallow in the bottom to prevent leaks, some awesome spread on the inside (I highly recommend cookie butter 😋) then you can either get fruit or ice cream, toppings, and a sauce on top that gives it just the right finishing touch. Crispy Cones is fun and tastes good, and would be a good experience for any family, friend, or social event, or just a good get-away ice cream break. Thanks Crispy Cone, we’ll see you again!!

This is a must! This place always has a line and it is worth it. They have lots of options and change things up. They had an Oreo cone option this time and it was really good! If you haven’t tried it it is worth it. They also have a good rewards card that doesn’t take a million points to get a free one so get the punch card! Sometimes there is live music there too and just a chill environment.

Crispy Cones, my all time favorite treat!! I drove two hours to get one today because it was huckleberry specialty night. It was sooooo delicious! The soft and crispy cinnamon sugar cone, filled with cookie butter and huckleberry ice cream is to die for! To make it even more yummy, my treat was topped with fresh huckleberries and cookie butter drizzle. I’m telling you this combination was heavenly!The customer service was exceptional as well. Service with a smile! Such a fun place to go with family and friends!! Can’t wait to go back!

I had heard great things about Crispy Cones before going tonight and it did not disappoint! The ice cream and toppings were delicious and the cone was the best part - so so good with the Nutella spread inside. Can’t wait to stop by again!

The two stars are for quick and friendly service. The ice cream, however, is not good. It’s really low quality ice cream, which is something I can’t get past, even when it’s combined with a ton of Nutella! The cone is fine when you eat it, but I felt super gross by the time I was done with it. I think the positive reviews are all hype...it’s just not that good.

Sooo good. The cone is...a crispy cinnamon sugar delicious thing. I loved it! On the inside of that cone it had Nutella which was deliciousssssss. So many toppings and options for things I didnt know ice creams could even have. Highly recommend. They set up a goooddd location right next to T-Rex burgers.

I don’t feel like their prices are too much. Any reeds dairy ice cream provider will say the same. If you want a dose of sweetness this place is good. Unique offering. Only complaint was s there is too many options.

This was our favorite treat place last summer and we went nearly every weekend! We went yesterday and weren’t nearly as impressed. They changed it so there is only one size (which seemed small for the price), they also only have one flavor of ice cream (vanilla) which isn’t the best. They shouldn’t advertise they have a specialty flavor and swirl if they don’t have it. Price seemed high. We paid about $12 for the two of us which we could have gone to Cold Stone for. Makes me sad because we were looking forward to this treat again this summer, but probably won’t be going back.

This place has the best dessert in Idaho!!! It is an authentic Czech recipe and the prices are incredible!!! This one of the places we get most excited for when they open in the Spring!!! Oh my stars amazing. Crispy Cones is one of the very best treats I have had. From the set up and feeling of the Crispy Cones location to the sweet and polite staff, the delicious cones are really the cherry on top, or in this case, the whip cream on top. Everything I have tried from Crispy Cones is amazing, honestly my mouth is watering just writing about it. Its unique and theres nothing else like it in the area, which only makes it better and better.

Went on a group date and it was delicious!!! They mixed up a few of our orders but gave us free ice cream to make it up to us. Great taste, and great service! They also were giving free ice cream to Veterans. Great place!

Not worth the price. It is a fun, interesting one-time experience. However, the price for a regular cone is kind of ridiculous and it takes forever to get your order.

Ive been here several times! Theres only been one time when my cone was over-cooked, but overall the food is GREAT. Id take it over Karie Annes any day, to be honest. Theres not a long wait for getting food, and the workers are friendly. Id highly recommend!

So excited to try this place. We drove all the way up from Utah and they are closed. Can they sell the franchise or business to be open year round? What about having two locations open year round that they go back and forth on? Love the idea and concept. It was just the #1 rated place in this category and city for Yelp so thought it would be fun to try.If you cant open year-round can you update your hours?

Over the past year Ive heard family members rave about Crispy Cones. I finally had the chance to visit Rexburg and had my 1st Crispy Cone a few days ago. I chose Nutella in the bottom of my cone, with brownie batter ice cream (flavor of the week), toffee candy bar chunks, and caramel sauce to top it off. It was AMAZING! The cone itself was like eating a buttery, gooey cinnamon roll iced with Nutella. Its a magical concoction that has left me wanting more. I will definitely be going back for another one before leaving Rexburg in a few days.

I have never heard of this dessert before, so I did not know what to expect. It was very good. And Ill probably be back to buy more....

The location is a cute little outdoorsy place that I hope begins to carry more food carts and events.The couple that runs the cart seemed kind enough to.Other than that we werent big fans of the food. I got a caramel cone with Oreos and my husband got white chocolate with strawberry. We both felt the taste of nuetella strongly overpowered any other flavoring (neither of us are big fans of nuetella and were hoping the other flavors stood out) and it was just too sweet to finish. It felt wrong tossing $11 worth of dessert out just because we couldnt finish it.If you cant handle rich flavor definitely get one to split. If you dont like nuetella you might want to try somewhere else.But if you like those things this place is for you.

I paid over $4 for a cone that was empty with barely any nutella scraped in it. Its basically an overpriced churro. I would just go to the church place an pay $2
