Paradise Donuts is a pretty good place but their location is not the best. I feel like they would do a lot better if they advertise more their business.

I went here for National Donut Day. I am SO glad I did! I got a Maple glazed, cream filled, donut bar (I think they are called Long Johns?). It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Definitely worth the walk. As if that alone wasnt good enough, I also got a sample for a donut milkshake. I repeat, DONUT MILKSHAKE. I am coming back as soon as I can. It is amazing service and shop.

It saddens me to only give two stars especially to a local business because I love supporting local businesses. But the last time we went to Paradise Donuts it was amazing how small the donuts were. The maple bars were half the size of a maple bar you would find anywhere else. Even the donuts were much smaller. Noticeably smaller. The quality of the donuts is very high but the price and size were so out of line that I just cant get myself to go back. Id rather have a regular sized donut or bar and know that the price is going to be a little higher then to get what we got.

So was super happy to hear that there was a donut shop in town that had some gluten free options only to have my hopes absolutely dashed when he pulled me out a cold, frozen donut from the freezer! Donuts are supposed to be enjoyed soft and warm......I would suggest not even offering GF options because NO ONE in their right mind would willingly pay for a cold, frozen donut from Walmart.

I bought these for my husbands work and they were a huge hit! Delicious and freshly made donuts! Yes!!!

I dont get the hype! First of all, the worker lacks basic social skills like: hi, welcome and NEEDS a hair net. I think the only words he said were to his coworker and the total. We gave him a $1 tip out of courtesy but he did not deserve it. He just stared at us as we looked over the selection and it was so awkward. Secondly, its overpriced for the quality. We spent $5 for two small donuts. We went in at eleven and got the barvarian cream donuts and they tasted stale. Ive had discounted donuts from Broulims that tasted better. They seriously tasted like they were made two days ago and the texture was all wrong. They are extremely bready rather than a light texture of normal donuts. Also, if youre going to advertise that you have free samples of gelato, why were none of them out? Maybe dont put that sign out until youre actually serving it?

Very friendly! Great combos. I had a chocolate cake donut with Maple frosting. That was a first and it was delicious. I loved the creative twists on traditional donut flavors.

I went in about 3 weeks ago and I was getting doughnut for a work party, just a dozen and it was in the morning. I came 30 min before I had to leave just in case. However, there was one person in line and the girl was moving so slow it took her 20 min to help them then she went in the back for another 5min with me standing out there. Then I order the box of doughnuts and she gets them. And I decide to order 2 of those sausage rolls. She pulls them out of the freezer and microwaves them I assumed they were precooked. NOPE. when I got in the car running late at this point I took a bite of the sausage roll and it was wet droopy RAW dough and I ended up getting sick later. I was so disappointed because the doughnuts here are good but their service has gone way downhill and it seems like they dont train their employees

Heard good things about this place but was grossed out when I walked in. A couple of dozen donuts were sitting out on trays and they didn’t look great. It looked dirty and even unsanitary. I heard they make new donuts everyday, but the donuts we got (which were 5 different types of donuts) had a stale texture. Super disappointed about it because I love donuts. However their Gelato was phenomenal. I would probably go back and only get that.

These donuts are to die for! And their gelato?? Don’t get me started on how flavorful and delicious that experience is!

A Nice small place, right in the heart of downtown Rexburg. Theres a great variety of donuts, the one i got was the maple donut with bacon on it. It was super good. While your near it make sure to visit the 2 murals that are nearby they are huge and everyone in rexburg visits.

Great place! One of the only bakeries in Rexburg. It is not the best that I have ever had but it can fix a donut craving really well so I would recommend it.

I was happy to see they had gluten free options but extremely disappointed when I asked for a gluten free doughnut and the clerk told me that I had to take them frozen and warmed them up at my house.They didnt warmed them up for us. It was surprising for me, I literally bought frozen doughnuts to take home and warmed them. I also left the change because I didnt want to be there another minute. Worse experience I ever had . If you are thinking of going to this place to buy gluten free doughnuts, think it twice because you wont be able to enjoy them. Your going to get a frozen doughnut.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at PARADISE DONUTS. The owner ignored me when I came in, and after a few minutes of waiting the clerk at the front desk wasn’t friendly. To add to the experience is they were out of chocolate chocolate.

The donuts are mediocre, nothing special. Over priced. The owner/manager, IN MY OPINION, was very rude. We will never go to this place again.

I had a good experience. The cashier was happy and helpful and the donuts tasted great. They have these new donuts with toppers that I particularly enjoyed. It was a maple bar topped with thick bacon chunks on top. It was a little cold at first bite, so I would recommend heating it beforehand. The only reason I knocked them a star is because I wish it was a little cheaper.

The only real donut shop in Rexburg that I’m aware of. So, it’s the best donut shop in town. How does it stack up to the donuts from whoever your from? Not as good. But, who doesn’t love donuts?

Delicious!!! My boyfriend and I tried 5 different donuts—a maple bar, blueberry old fashioned, chocolate “fluff” stuffed, apple fritter, and raspberry fritter. All were superb. I wish we lived closer so we could eat these all the time!!!

Donuts are always delicious. Get there early though. This place is old school and when the donuts are gone they close up. But let me tell you what. Absolutely worth waking up early.

Absolutely fantastic! I love donuts, but this place is top notch. The best thing is there blueberry glazed donut. We grew up on those as kids and they were always our favorites. Nowadays, most bakeries dont even make this flavor of breading, but Paradise Donuts nails it on the head. The only reason they receive a four star instead of five is that they close earlier than expected for a small college town, but that cant be helped. Even if it was a big issue, Ive gotten some great deals there that I wouldnt trade for longer hours of operation. Delicious!

Wish I could give it 10 stars! The donuts are so good and fresh. The gelato is tops. Its so rich you can hardly eat more than a few spoonfuls. The prices are low and the portions are generous. I live on the east coast and Im more than a little sad that I may not have another reason to go to Rexburg so I can visit Paradise.

Great quality, great price and great taste. I love these donuts. I have ordered several large orders (over 1000) and they have always been accurate. Friendly staff and their sausage rolls are delicious too. If you go in too late they will be out of your favorite so get there early!

Wide variety of donuts and baked goods! I also like the seasonal donuts. They hooked me up big time on Halloween with a ton of tasty donuts for trick or treaters. They also convinced me to get a Carmel Apple Fritter. It almost gave me diabetes!!! It was out of this world!

Always pleased when I go here! The staff make you feel like youre their best friend and always have great doughnuts. They take care of the locals and help us have great times.

The donuts here are some of the best I have had. The bottoms of the donuts are double fried so they slightly crispy on the outside/bottom and super soft and yummy in the middle. My one star taken off is because their coffee is just OK.

Great donuts! They make then fresh every day, and get rid of the old ones every night so you can sometimes get deals at the end of the day. They also take special orders.

This place has amazing donuts! My favorite are the Old Fashioned Blueberry but I also like their Fritters, they are HUGE!! They have a lot of different flavors of Gelato and they change them every week or so, I like the variety. The clerks are friendly and answer any questions I had. Whenever I come in in the morning they have so many choices where as in the evening they dont have much just because of how popular they are they sell a lot of them.

The donuts were delicious. I especially love their cake ones. Such a nice crunch with a soft and moist inside. I wish the inside was better though. The decorations dont really go with the name paradise. There is no theme throughout the store. Great food, wish the atmosphere matched it.

This is BY FAR the best place in Rexburg to purchase donuts! Their variety is best in the morning, but sometimes in the afternoon you can get lucky! Their old fashioned donut is to die for... in fact... it seems like my mouth is watering!!

Best donuts in Rexburg hands down. Staff is super friendly and if you ever need anything you can ask to talk to the manager Paul and he is happy to fill special orders. My wife asked them if they could make a giant donut for my birthday and they did it happily! If there is ever a line it is defiantly worth the wait. You cant rush donut day.

They had an extremely limited selection, being open so late I thought they would have inventory to allow that, especially given it was only afternoon. Their hot chocolate was nothing special but their gelato is quite good. All in all, not bad though the service was average. Would try again in the morning perhaps.

I love the donuts here. If you get in early enough, they have a wide variety and the staff has always been very helpful in finding what I want, even if its back on cooling racks. They also sell reeds dairy chocolate milk.

I have to recommend their blueberry old fashioned donut. Its kind of a cross between a blueberry muffin/scone and a donut. Definitely worth a try. All of the donuts surpass other options in the area.

We LOVE their apple fritters and they were out when we stopped by on our way to Idaho Falls. They made another batch and we picked them up on the way back through Rexburg. This batch was the BEST fritters we have ever had! Thank you guys for making them for us!

We walked in at 6:45 pm for a few donuts. We Asked how much they were. He said they were highly discounted (the menu said the regular prices were .89) The guy said we could buy all four boxes for $10...we just wanted 4singles. he rang us and the total came to $3.76. It appeared he was making up prices. Bizarre. When we questioned him he said the regular price would have been $7.78 for 4 donuts. Ok??? Wow expensive!!!!

Unfortunately this place is getting 1 star from me. I arrived during business hours to find the store locked up and closed. Not a good look! I heard great things about the doughnuts but if I can’t get in, it doesn’t matter! :)

My kids love this place. The employees and owner always treat us kindly, even when my noise kids are dying for doughnuts.

The first thing I noticed was how unfriendly the cashier was. He said the smallest around of words possible and didnt crack a smile once. I was like okay, I dont feel welcome but lets give the donuts a chance. Well, the donuts were about average. Not stellar, not terrible, except for the donut that had a hair in it. Not ON it IN it. In the dough. Gross. When we told the cashier he was like oh. And stood there so we asked to have a different donut but he just stood there until the manager, I think thats who he was, told him to give us whatever donut we wanted. That made it right but not okay. We got no apology and I never felt like they ever actually wanted my business. So thats why theyll never get it again.

Absolutley love their donuts! I take my daughter their on our special days of just mom and daughter time. I got the chocolate cake donut and she got blueberry donut holes. Both were delish!

The cake donuts where the only redeemable quality. My friend went in there and purchased a dozen for $9.99 with $20 cash. Being excited that she got a dozen for her coworkers, she didnt fully realized that they short changed her till she put her donuts down in the car. Realizing the $9 mistake she went back into the shop and asked for her full change. The clerk rudely told her that he did not help her so he could not give the money back. After an intarigation like squabble with the male clerk, my friend pointed out the girl who DID help her for a couple minutes, the female clerk with flushed cheeks, blatantly said she did not help my friend. The scheduled manager then came out and told them to just refund the money, but back-peddled and told my friend to email the complaint. With no reciet given to her my friend had to rush to her job and drop the subject in order to not be late.Working previously in the serving industry, I am posting the review for her so that she wont be discriminated against as being confintational.

Wow, just amazing! And I found out that if they close early they just ran out of donuts for the day. And man alive I think its great that they never sell day old donuts, the ones you buy are always fresh that day! And you can really taste it!
