This collision center looks like theres aton of cars to work on so, i dont know how quickly my vehicle would be completed. They won my heart with wonderful customer service and a thorough inspection. Its a difficult decision to make between them and another collision center.

I want to preface this with this was MY experience and I cant speak for them overall as a business:Dropped my car off due to an auto accident. Despite the trump 2020 flags waving I decided to give them a try. A few days in after speaking to some friends in the auto body field, I pulled my car to take to another shop. No hard feelings, just felt comfortable at another shop. Upon inspection at the other shop, my tech advised me that when they put my car back together, they haphazardly left out multiple clips, bolts, and fasteners that would need to be ordered. And delayed the return of my car.Again, Im not talking down on this show nor praising them... this was just a retelling of my experience.

In an attempt to support a local business and not have to go to Caliber in Riverside a trusted business in this trade it ended up backfiring on me.First Street Collision took longer than expected and delivered a poor excuse of a job.Paint finish is non existent. I have pictures to prove this. They and Geico will definitely be getting a call from me. Unfortunately I was out of state when car was “finished” so someone else picked up for me. There is no way I would have ever driven this car home

These people are 💯! They are family owned, and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. They made sure my moms car was fixed and not totalled out. They detected all the problems from the crash and made sure all was taken care of in the repair. Got to meet the team and the dogs. If you need body work, I highly recommend 1st Street Collision!

Geico made us take our vehicle here to repair a damaged side door we agreed since the place had good reviews. Vehicle was dropped off and we received a rental but when the car was done it looked like a rush job even the lady assisting us said Geico gives them deadlines? Rush job meaning splatter paint is places it shouldnt of been and overall a not well job. If I am paying you to do your job you do well regardless of the time frame and if that were an issue they should of communicated that with Geico since we were not the ones rushing them. We had to take the car back for it to finally be done correctly the owner was very kind and did apologize. It seemed like from what we were being told from the lady they had a deadline to meet and that is why the car looked the way I did, I will be contacting Geico to verify if this is true. For any future repairs I will not be taking my car here. Overall my car was being repaired for longer than it should of and no car rental was given the second time we took the car at that point I just wanted the car fixed and didnt want to keep going back and forth.

Great place to take high end cars or not ... yhry are amazing here. My car was only 2 weeks off the lot and I couldnt have felt any better than leaving MY NEW CAR with Eric. Professional, top of the line equipment with very new high tech booths The staff is very experienced in high end work so they can work or any car.. The match was perfect. My car looked like new again. Worked very well with insurance company. Amazing place. From BEGINNING to end excellent experience.

Took by car in around the first week of February. I had an excellent experience. Got rear-ended and chose this shop because of their Google and Yelp ratings. I was not disappointed. If I do get into another collision, I will be bringing it here. Hopefully that doesnt happen but if it does I know I will be treated very well. My little red Camry looks as good as it did before the accident.

Eric and his team did a great job fixing our car after a fender bender. They dealt with our insurance, and took the time to go over every concern we had. I will definitely be going to them again the next time we need auto body work.

This shop is fantastic! I went to Caliber a block away, they didnt offer a fraction of what this shop did for me! Save money and time! Fast and flawless. My car looked like it just rolled of the showroom floor after they were through with it, both inside and out.Im planning on taking my other cars down for facelift! My car was there 2 wks which looks like new again, first accident no experience dealing with insurances. They took care of the whole thing calling insurance, fixing my car. In general it was a great experience .

Man let 1st start off by saying thank you to Eric and Nelda they are hands down the best at what they do. The shop runs very efficiently with such a small staff. I unfortunately had to have my car repainted twice since September of 2016 1st was due to major vandalism the 2nd was the largest tumble weed Ive ever encountered lol. But nonetheless they were prompt with the repairs and I have an awesome matte finish on my car that I continuously get complimented on daily. Lets see how to start this. I got rear ended on new years day. What a way to start the year right? I deal with the Insurance company and they tell me to take it to a body shop for the repairs.I start looking around and notice this shop. Heard some good things about this place, so I take my car there. I was greeted by Eric and Nelda. They made me feel right at home as soon as I got there. They assured me that my car was going to be in good hands and even got everything set up for me to get the rental. Considering Ive never used a rental service before it was greatly appreciated.So lets fast forward 3 weeks. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire work up on the car. If anything changed I felt like I knew what was going on before anyone else.Definitely saw this husband and wife team is very honest and dedicated to making every single client of theirs feel very welcome and immediately become part of their family.Every step of the way I felt safe and secure with the repair. Believe me I just finally got my car back on Monday and it looks 10 times better than when I got it from the dealership. By far an excellent experience with this group of individuals. If I ever need any repair in the future this would be the first place I would go to. 100 % recommend this place for your repairs. :)

Do not trust the reviews its all family fake reviews, I took my car here and they did not return it complete, till this day is still missing the fuse cap inside hood, I called them to ship it and it has not been shipped till this day.. I took the car back for that reason and Erick said he would order the part returned it and said everything was done when I brought the car home check it the part was still missing, and they damaged my car even more, the side of the window plastic design was not damaged and it recently popped up where I saw it was Broken and I am 100% sure it was the shop that glued it back so I wouldnt notice but it popped up and you can see it was glued back, also when you open the back passenger door on the inside the weather plastic was purposely broken.. And to top it off my blinker blinks like like 50 times per second compared to the normal speed, this shop is a joke plz do not get scammed and go to someone your family knows or friends recommend...Erick said it was fixed readyI picked it upThe paint was burned and through the years the paint will peel and turn patchyFuse cap was missing, he said it was a mistake and will order the partHe did not fix the alignment on the car something so simple he did not make sure it was right since he took it to another shopThe weather plastic inside the hood was Broken and glued together, he fixed that after he said my car was done The main thing obvious the right headlight he had replaced brand new was not working, I took it back and I got one that doesnt match.The blinker already mentioned itAnd after taking it back to get this fixed I got the car back the same nothing was fixed and now worse damaged, I would not trust these ppl and Im better off not taking my car back Bec who knows what else they will damage!!!!
