RUDE totally disconnected from any common Courtesy. Not a greeting, not a thank you. I wish Rialto PD would call another Tow Co. I was in an accident where my truck was totalled and wanted my truck towed home. It was taken to this tow yard. My accident was on Saturday evening, they werent open on Sunday I was told to call on Monday- Over $500.00 in fees to release my truck. These 2 old guys at the desk had no compassion for what I had just been through. I called AAA to transport my truck home. That tow truck driver was Extremely Courteous. CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES ALONG WAY.

Typical impound yard trying to take money from hard working people. They treat everyone like trash. Even decent honest people who are struggling.

Motorcycle was impounded 2 days later I received collection agency papers saying they are who im to deal with REALLY I BEEM IN CONTACT SINCE DAY THEY GOT IT . THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE
