The process was easy, from making the appointment for inspection, to the day I got my car back. The young lady at front desk, very patient, explained everything to the dot, even though I kept asking the same questions over and over, (sorry 😬). I came here because my bumper was hit when I was at the store. I called my insurance and they sent me here for an estimate and possible repair. I went in and Jason was the one assisting me. I explained why I was there and he reviewed the car thoroughly and explained what he was quoting. He also went on to explain the process and answered all my questions before I had the chance to ask them. He was flexible when it came to scheduling an appointment considering I work far throughout the week. I dropped my car off and and picked it up that same day. This is not the first time using caliber services always a great experience the car looks better than new.

I have had previous contact with Caliber. As a result I knew they were efficient and had great customer service. I don’t know if it was because of Of COVID19 or what. But on the day I took my car in for repair with an appointment, (9:30a). I was told they would not even look at my car until the next day. Needless to say I wasn’t happy with that. My car remained with them for three weeks. After we got pass our initial hurdle every thing went well. My service manager kept me and my insurance company updated on what was happening with the car. Which I greatly appreciated.

Went there for an appraisal and had to wait a week for an appointment. The District manager and general manager came out and looked at my car and said yes we do work on Jaguars.When I showed up for my appointment they came out and said oh my goodness I’m sorry we don’t work on jaguar. They offer snacks and coffee, and continuously ask if theres anything they can get you. They took my husbands car in right away. They kept us updated the whole time via text, and as promised, the car was ready on time. It looks better than it did before. And it even comes with a lifetime warranty. After receiving my car back that took them 27 days to fix, I noticed missing side panel clips, both side skirt’s were completely falling off, drilled holes in my front bumper, headlights were sticking out quite a bit not perfectly into its place and my 2018 Corolla iM was getting 16 mpg on the highway

It took 3 days out for a drop off appointment. 3 weeks in shop from start to finish. Then had to return it because the doors were not aligned correctly. The metal joints were grinding when you open or close the door. The best part was they left visable wires hanging off the tail gate of my truck. Didnt anyone bother to walk around the vehicle before it was released back to the customers? On the bright side the staff was very nice friendly and polite. More attention to detail, faster service, more staff to execute faster service is probably what is needed. Im sure this is the result of poor management overworking smaller staff expecting faster results. Big corporate greed happening every where. My doors are now making a rattling noise. Im not returning it for a 3rd fkn time. F this place!!!

Took my new 2019 car in the guy acted like he didnt have time to give me a quote and its wasnt worth his time to try to get it fix he said its probably wont even cover your insurance 10 mins and he said yea Ill send this to you never got a letter or a email the damage was looked at by a good.body shop for more than 1500 when they actually took the car panels out and saw interior damaged

His advice helped me alot. He could see pit falls ahead of me and advice me accordingly. My vehicle was repaired in a very short time period, more than i expected. Jasmine front desk receptionist too made my experience very pleasing. This business made me feel welcome and made my vehicle body repair uncomplicated. I would recommend them for anyone with auto body repairs. It doesnt matter What insurance cover you are using. Just go see them.

I called for an estimate & staff was friendly but the services were very misleading. I live less than a mile from the shop & my car is not drivable as it was in an accident. Caliber refused to come out to see my car and asked me to tow it to them just for an estimate which is ridiculous as it’s just an estimate! I informed Caliber that I could not tow my car to them. I was then told to upload detailed pictures of my car and they can send me an estimate via email by the next day. I sent VERY detailed pictures including my vin number and received an email the next day asking me to bring my car in. Now we’re back to square one. I called and informed the worker Juan that I had not received an estimate yet. Juan, very politely tells me that he would look into it and call me back. I did not get a call back after Three hours so I again spoke with Juan who tells me that the person who is handing my estimate is at lunch and should be back in about 30minutes. I gave them an hour and no one called me back. I attempted again to call for my estimate an hour later only to be told that they cannot give me an estimate unless I bring my car in!!! Am I missing something?!As a customer I expect certain courtesies when dealing with a professional company. Transparency and good customer service is a must. Why offer the option of uploading pictures if you can’t honor such a service?? Why waste your time & my time? I told Caliber up front that towing my car was not an option so they should have just been up front with me and said they could not help me instead of wasting nearly a day of my time.I called another company after and they informed me that they can come to me and provide an estimate with no hassle and no cost. Now that’s good customer service.Bottom line, I’m very disappointed in the service I received from Caliber and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had my car repaired from a collision in August brought it back because hatch started to rattle. They repaired it, no issues, no hassles. Repairs have a life long guarantee. Very happy that I selected them.

The receptionist is polite and courteous. Kurt is really solemn. In addition, he elaborated on the complete repair process. The mechanics finished sooner than expected. I dont know if the insurance was billed for any unnecessary, but I doubt so they earned a 5 star rating.

The people that work their are great.I dropped my car off, they contacted rental car company who picked me up and drove me to pick up rental car.Sending me text messages updating me on the status of my car. When all was done I picked up my car, and left rental at their yard. They called off rental car, and I received a call the next day confirming car was picked up.Caliber also dealt with insurance company.Quality work, hassle free, complete satisfaction, and great people. Didn’t even bring my car in the person Jasmine that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional and you can tell that she definitely didn’t know what she was talking about! When I requested to speak with her Supervisor Ricky all of a sudden he wasn’t available. Than after I requested to speak with him she became ruder and started talking over me. This is a very touchy thing with dropping off a car that was damaged she was speaking to me as if I was bugging her. Not sure how their work is because I will not bring in my 2019 to someone that is that unprofessional and employs such unprofessional Personnel!!!!

This is the last time I go there. So I went in to fix my car so they could fix my check engine light problem. I have one of the check engine light scanners so I already had the code to the problem. But they tried telling me it was a million other things. So I was like alright its cool just make the light go away. After they gave me back the car the light was off but after driving it for a bit it came back on and started making an entirely new sound that i had never heard before. I went back to try to tell them what happened but they kept insisting it was my driving. So I am never going back again to this place. Save your money people and take your business else where. The girl at counter was rude as hell and they treat you like a dumbass.

Do not bring your vehicle for repair to this body shop. They are a very dishonest people, took my vehicle in for a rear bumper and light repair and a hitch repair, they did full replacement parts but color match is poor, at the firts wash my towels were full of the paint there is no clear coat and the metallic appearance is not there, bad paint job.Also beware of your vehicle having other symptoms when they return the vehicle back cause my is having many, after taking my vehicle to them.My vehicle they keep it for over 2 weeks and the under covers clips of axels were removed they claim they have not work on it and you know it is your work against theirs, I regrate taking my Nissan Armada for repair, my vehicle doesnt run the same it used to be any more just wonder what they do to my vehicle. Not honest people stay away from them call better business bureau and local authorities so they can close them out.
