I purchased a used 2009 Toyota Corolla off of Craigslist in late December of 2020 and the last oil change was performed at Done Right Automotive (9/16/2020) and I changed the oil myself today (4/18/2021). I’ve only put 1700 miles on the car since I purchased it in late December, but I figured I’d change the oil today just for peace of mind and on my own schedule. I drained the oil and couldn’t believe how much came out. It was at least 5.5 quarts. The car needs 4.5 quarts at the most. I’m glad I changed it and wished I would’ve done it earlier. Change your own oil everyone. No one cares about your car like YOU should.

My cousin recommended Done Right and my first visit with Horace was DONE RIGHT. But my most recent and probably last visit was a few weeks ago and NOTHING was DONE Right😞 Horace wasnt there either.I requested front brakes, wheel alignment and for my hood latch to be repaired.I was told it will cost $200 just to open hood not including latch repair. I received a list of repairs and told I needed FOUR NEW TIRES😳I recently ran over a nail bolt and just replaced Two tires so I wasnt sure as to why Im being told I need 4?I pick up my truck and take it to get 2 new tires at another Tire service and they told me to get a wheel alignment. I said I just got one.They advised me that Done Right should have never given me a wheel alignment on BAD tires. My husband had to take my truck back to Done Right and the hour wait we were told turned into 4 hours😡Oh and the tire place found a metal piece hanging from inside my truck near my wheel. We asked Done Right and they said I must have picked it up on the road😳😡LIES.....LIES.....LIES.....CLEARLY IT WAS A PART LEFT ON THERE FROM A MECHANIC LEAVING IT.NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH MY 2nd visit. This is a CLEAR EXAMPLE why you go to the DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS🤷🏽‍♀️ They would never treat you like this. Lesson learned.

I was recommended by my regular mechanic to this shop and that was a bad mistake. I had my Mercedes towed there because it had overheated and I strongly believe they trumped up what was wrong and charged me for a bunch of stuff I didnt need and charged me over a 1000.00 dollars!! Then the mechanic had the audacity to make a full list of other things that he felt needed to be fixed which came to over 1500.00!! First of all I didnt ask for a vehicle diagnostic check and I think it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to do these things without my consent! Fix the problem for which it was brought in for and nothing else unless asked and permitted to. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone and based on some of these other reviews this is a common practice within this establishment! Please Beware!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give them 0 stars if I could. We took our 97 Mustang here to get some issues looked at. We ended up needing the differential repaired/replaced along with some other work. They gave us 3 options for the differential:-used junkyard differential (least expensive and least appealing because it had 80,000 miles on it) around $1500-master rebuild kit (the option we went with that would replace all the new inners but keep the housing) around $2000-order a new replacement differential (the most expensive option that we didnt want because we didnt need the new housing and everything) around $2600When we went to pick it up, they charged us for the new replacement differential, but did the master rebuild kit. He conveniently forgot the conversation and the 3 options he gave us claiming he only gave us 2 options. What a liar and a scammer. I am livid. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Went there to have my brakes checked. No call back the entire day. The next day I called and he told me my Back brakes were totally shot to fix them would cost over $400. Then he charged me $50.00 just to look. The next day I took it to another place and all that was wrong was a spring. I’ll never go back.

I needed work to be done on my car air conditioner. First I called for an estimate. Then I brought my car in and left it in the shop. I got a timely call after they finished. A price was exactly as quoted and 2 times less than Firestone quoted for the same job. My car air conditioner works fine now.

This place is the best for your car repair needs. My husband is a mechanic but, had hurt is hand and was unable to perform some of the maintenance he would normally do and he doesnt trust very many people on the maintenance of his cars but, he is not at all hesitant to take our cars to Done Right to perform any work ( and that is a first). Solid company for great service.

Excellent job fixing my 83 year old Mothers car. Her right rear tire was going flat and they took care of the problem quickly. The price and service was excellent! Nice and friendly staff!

Took the car in to check on tire going flat, employee asked me to right down my address and name. Immediately got confused on basic English writing and couldnt tell which of my names was the first or last. Explained to the guy we need to read from left to right. He still seemed confused. A couple hours later they called advised I need a new tire. Went up, young employee said needed the away sway bar fixed. Asked what it does and how important, he basically said it wasnt but I should get it replaces for 300. If i wanted to spend money replacing parts that arent a big priority Id go to jiffy lube. Politely declined said will replace tires myself since pretty easy job and the guy, under his breath walking away, muttered please dont come back. Yeah no problem, if I wanted this kind of service and know-how Id take my car to my kids daycare.

My service and experience was great! My car had numerous problems and they helped me prioritize the issues. We came up with a repair plan that fit my budget and didnt fix things unnecessarily. I am very pleased with their honesty and integrity.

Fair prices great customer service. The workers here are friendly and very informational....i have 2011 200 and i take it there to get serviced no matter what the problem is. From oil change to electrical problems and much more.....thanks to the team at done right automotive!!!!! You guys rock!

Okay, I will admit that they fixed the part that broke on my car. However, they took shortcuts and broke another part which continued to cause the problem I was having with my car. they said it was drivable, it was not. They also dont know keys or they dont have a good system to give the correct keys to customers. I went there because they had good reviews. I will never go back.

I dont take my car any where else. They are quick with service at a reasonable price. Im a customer for life. I go out of my way to drive here for service.

I was told that I needed $5,000 worth of work to my car and that for me to drive it would be a risk. I got everything that was wrong with my car corrected by another mechanic for $1200! And drove it for at least 3 months prior to doing this...
