Usually great, today after ordering coffee inside, 2 drive thru customers were served and 3 inside customers orders were taken before someone finally made coffee, ...maybe just an off day.

Ordered 2 of your new coconut drinks. They had made regular drinks. The young lady was the most pleasant person we have had to deal with in a long time. She apologized and fixed the problem without any bad reactions, attitude. She deserves plenty of recognition. Thats the kind of worker you need working for you.

I have been purchasing Cappy Blasts at Baskin Robbins for more than 10 years, at all Baskin Robbins throughout the country. The past 2 years I have lived in Fayetteville, GA and the closest BR to me is Riverdale, GA. I have always received great service at this location until recent management changes (within the past 3 months).I have been to this location several times at different times of the day and told that it is too early to make a Cappy Blast, or to come back an hour later or that they did not have enough staff to make The Blast.Blasts are on sale now and ice cream is ALWAYS in the store, however management and staff at this store always have a reason to turn you away.Is this common BR practice now, to turn away customers? Is there a certain time that our money is more acceptable than others?THis is a very busy locaton, obviously more staffing is needed to address the volume of customers. Instead there are long lines in the drive thru and inside the store which results in the refusal to serve a customer.SHAME ON YOU BASKIN-ROBBINS/DUNKIN DONUTS!!!!!!

The person working the drive through was a teenager and he messed up my order. This would have been fine, but he then rolled his eyes, and cursed under his breath when I asked him to make the right thing. Won’t be coming back

The young lady that took care me today was very nice. Unfortunately the young on yesterday wasnt.

Service was great. Also the ice cream was phenomenal.

The customer service is hit or miss. One time I was given only 2 scoops of ice cream in a handpacked pint. There was absolutely no packing or weighing done. I have received more ice cream in a 2 scoop purchase than I received in this pint purchase. Another time, my order was wrong. It was close, but wrong. This location is shared with a Dunkin Donuts, so the staff is shared between both establishments. There is often a wait for the orders to be prepared whether you order ahead or not. The dining area is limited due to covid-19. The dining room randomly closes. So the drive thru seems to be preferred but the wait there is even longer and its hard to order ice cream without being able to view the flavors.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Especially at the drive thur. I had a terrible experience!!!! I will never go back there again. I asked the flavors of sherbert and I could not hardly hear her on the speaker and she sighed LOUDLY like I was bothering her. When I got to the window she handed me a spoon with her thumb in the part I would eat out of. No, the spoons are NOT individually wrapped. This is not the time or season for that. I will NEVER GO AGAIN!!!

This visit was awesome . The frozen strawberry lemonade was delicious. My daughter loved her banana split

They close at 8:00pm the hours are wrong.

Was at drive-thru but the associates were too busy talking to each other instead of worrying about customers. Once I got back home and took my first sip of my drink it was HORRIBLE!!

I first want to say the customer service was good but my iced coffee was so sweet that I had to go to another coffee spot to buy plain coffee and add to it. Ridiculous that I had to end up spending $7 just so I can consume a $4 drink.

Always a pleasure coming here. They have great customer service and thats what will keep me coming back to patronize the establishment

4/18/20💳💳 info used for fraudulent charges. 4/19/20 Fraud Services called to verify charges, almost 1k. Called the store, Mrgs nor Owner was any help. I visited the store after no returned call. I spoke to the cashier, actually said she remembered me, but didnt deny nor admit to the malicious act.Whos all in on this? WATCH YOUR CC PPL, GET YOUR CC BACK, B4 THE PRODUCT YOU ORDERED.

Its a hot day in Atlanta, When I got my ice cream it has was sitting out, instead of one cone, I noticed one of the cones had a big hole in it! What a HORRIBLE experience! I bet Ill never go there again and Im putting something in writing about that.

Good ice cream but price I dont like so much theres other places that taste just as good for cheaper like frozen yogurt shop!!!!! BIG FACTS 💯

I love Baskin Robbins! But this is the second time I felt like I wasted my money. The first time I ordered 4 vanilla chais. They were not full. This time I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and received a one scoop portion. They ran out of of the sundae cups and put it in a different one. The cashier reassured me it all fit in the cup. I got home ready and was disappointed. I called but the phone number has been disconnected.

I ordered 3 bacon, egg and cheese. And they forgot the bacon in one of them. Otherwise everything else was good.

Wait time a little long. Nobody acknowledged we were standing there for at least 3 minutes. Other than that enjoyed my reeses ice cream.

I come here all the time. Last week was the worst. I purchased a 2 tripple scoop. They gave me kiddie scoops and the wrong flavor for 1. Called to acknowledge the problem no answer. Went about 3 days later to make another purchase at drive thru. Tried to tell cashier to please make sure I had correct flavor due to the fact they messed up my order days ago. She completely cut me off and was very rude. I told her she was rude and another employee made an unnecessary gesture. Cancelled my order. Got home called the location to speak with manager very unprofessional. Asked for corporate# claimed they couldnt give it out and hung up on me!!!!!! This location is the worst. Its near me and convenient. I love Lake City location......
