I have to give a great review to these folks. Yesterday I changed out the bilge pump in my boat. It has a 3 year warranty but knew I bought it less than 2 years ago but of course I did not have the receipt. John at BOW was GREAT! Looked up the manufacture date on the code on the wires and no fights, no yeah butts. They just swapped it out for me and away I went. Ive been going there for years and this finalizes it. Forget West Marine. BOW is always less $$ and with customer service like this it, I just wont go anywhere else.

Plenty of parking. Very reasonable prices on most merchandise. Shop online and you can call the store, order your products and they will be ready for pickup. I run a 65 foot Bonner Drift Fishing vessel in the area and BOW is very reliable when it comes to serving our needs!
