I worked with Chase Millar and his team to ship an order out to California. They did an excellent job with the packing but when the package showed up it looked like the UPS truck drove over it. Chase arranged a replacement and guess what UPS destroyed that package as well. Third time is charm! the third attempt finally showed up unscathed despite UPSs lack of care for the package. I cant applaud World Panels perseverance and commitment to the customer enough. By no means was this a large or expensive order and the grief caused by UPS outweighs any profit World Panel made from my sale. I wish I could give them a 6 Star Review but there are only 5 stars! Chad and Chase were awesome. Chase answered many questions in advance of our visit, and Chad showed us around the warehouse and presented flooring options with pros/cons for our catamaran. We left with lots of new marine plywood and flooring, and huge grins on our faces. Everyone at the Riviera Beach, FL location was friendly and helpful. This company is a toy store for boaters and woodworkers, and the service and products are top notch!!!

The products they offer are great, and their shipping costs were awesome. My product was shipped through a freight company. They helped me get it picked up when I couldnt work out the delivery time with the freight company. Chad was great, he helped me even after they were closed for the day. Their customer service is second to none. The product was packaged well for shipping so there could be no damage. Cant say enough good things about World Panel Products.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, they have taken the time to give the personal attention needed to buying premium Teak lumber. The warehouse looked to be full of hardwoods and hard to find marine plywoods. They also mentioned they carry many cabin sole options and could source any of the hard to find wood products. Highly recommend taking a look.

Buyer beware! This company helped the community in the hurricane by selling over priced plywood and then not taking back unused product. They never told us that they would not take it back. Would definitely not buy products from them ever again. We felt very taken advantaged of especially during a time of crisis.
