Who ever handled a call today at around 3:30 pm today the worst customer service. Told us we were wasting his time when we mentioned we were looking around different places for certain parts. How else are we going to find what we are looking for without calling around to different Marine Shops? When asked about the item description and how it looked he said do you want it or not? Looks like someone else will get our money. He clearly didnt want it.

I’m a ln engineer on a 120ft Feadship. These guys did an excellent job with the top end rebuild. Continue to use them to date. Man 2848’s.

Had to spend 7k for them to rebuild aux generator, 6 months later spent additional 7k for another rebuild with less than 1 hour run time on generator. Florida marine tech oversaw all mechanical maintenace on my engines only to later report in a survey that they were never maintained.
