Absolutely.THE BEST place to buy guns in Roanoke and in the surrounding area. EXTREMELY friendly and helpful employees that always make you feel welcome and right at home. It makes no difference whether you are beginner or an expert they treat everyone with equal respect. Nice selection in stock to choose from, very reasonable prices, and if they dont have it they can most likely order it. Love this store!

One of the biggest gun stores Ive ever been to. They have muskets from the 1800s that actually work! Ive NEVER seen them anywhere else before. The guys behind the counter were actually helpful AND nice, not the typical arrogant know it alls you find in these places. Of course it was clean and well maintained. I was just window shopping to kill time so I dont have input on actual transactions, buy Id still reccomend you come in and at least check it out. It deserves five stars

Purchased a Glock 22 pistol recently. These guys know their stuff. I wasnt sure what I wanted and dont have a lot of experience with guns so the help was much appreciated. This store is amazing. If you need anything for hunting or outdoors you need to go see them. You won’t find friendlier more helpful people. They have a great selection of guns you don’t normally see and wide selection of bows at great prices. Love working with everyone there but especially Randy in archery. In the past I’ve visited other hunting stores and haven’t been taken seriously and have been looked down on as a woman who’s interested in archery and guns. That won’t happen here. They treat you like a friend they’ve known for years and help you. So ladies don’t be afraid to go here. Disregard any of the crazy bad reviews on google and go see them you will be glad you did!!!

This is my favorite place in Roanoke to look for used firearms in great shape. They’re very honest and helpful. They are also a great FFL dealer to go to for special ordering a firearm.

The best place to buy guns in Roanoke hands down!! Ignore all the bad reviews..this is the best place to do business. The employees are SUPER friendly and are willing to help you with anything. Very knowledgeable. Dont waste your time at other places that dont give you the time of day.. Bryansteens has taken care of all my firearm/archery needs. They try their best to make sure every experience is pleasant. They genuinely care about their customers. I have never had a bad experience and I refuse to take my business elsewhere. They have tons of unique firearms. They have some new guns, but the amount of used and unique firearms is phenomenal! You can find some really cool stuff! Give your money to the local business that actually cares about their customers.

Being new to firearms, they have treated me well and answered my basic questions. Some other places in town have not been so understanding about my lack of knowledge. I appreciate their willingness to talk with me and negotiate pricing on used guns.

The only place that wasnt rude as hell whenever I called. For that 5/5.

I went to Bryansteen Gun and Archery, with my son and his father -in-Law visiting from Seattle, Washington. The staff was so friendly, and made feel like we were long time customers. I cant wait to go back there as soon as I can. A great place to visit!

Ordered a gun they told me 2-4 weeks and that if I paid in full I would get it first. Today marks 11 weeks. They dont call you and every time you call to try to figure out whats going on they rush you off the phone and say give it another week and oh youre next on the list. Its bull! They take your money and give you false information. I wish I looked at other reviews to see this is a repetitive thing they do to people and dont seem to care. I will NEVER buy from them again and I will make sure everyone who asks know ls to NEVER even look their direction. Its not a business, its theft and lies!

A good selection of old collectable firearms.The main man who runs the place is very patient, and if you get on his good side he always works out a deal.Ammo prices are a bit high, but there are gems in those boxes if you look around.These guys always get their hands on old mausers, Lee Enfields, Japanese bolt guns etc - stuff you never see at gun stores.Very friendly lay away!Ive never been treated poorly by these guys, from one business owner to another thanks a ton!

Way over priced. They sale used guns at the price of a new guns, not to mention the 22lr ammo they have is outrageous if they get a bulk pack of remmington golden bullets they put them in plastic bags and sell them for $8 each for a bag of 50 if they counted right I mean come on now. When I told them I was getting into reloading they screwed me over even more then selling me stuff that was 3 or 4 dolloars higher then everywhere else

I have been buying from Bryansteens since 2002 and have had nothing but good experiences. They sold me my first two handguns, a used Springfield 1911 45acp and a new Ruger P94DC 40 cal. I have bought numinous firearms from them over the years and a trip to Roanoke is not complete until I browse their used rack.

These guys are great. That is all.
