Thanks to the caring team at Berris Optical for taking such good care of my 85 y/o Mother during her visit yesterday. She has a hard time hearing and is basically wheelchair bound. So the transition from her chair to the examining chair was a challenge. Everything worked out well thanks to their patients and help.

The people at Berris are very polite and take good care of their clientile. They also have a very good assortment of frames and lenses. Ive been dealing with Berris for over 30 years. You can get your eye exam without getting your eyes dilated also. Dr. Fleming gives a very thorough exam, looking for cataracts, signs of glaucoma, and more, so you can feel comfortable when you do leave that you got the best care. Berris Optical should give lessons on customer service! Amanda was so patient and sweet answering any questions I had during the eye exam she performs that replaces the test with dilating drops (thank God someone came up with this new technology!). It is worth every penny. Denise and Dawn know the stock inside and out and what looks best on you. Dr. Fleming is pleasant, kind and happy to address any concerns you may have with a great sense of humor!

Dr Fleming is very thorough and does a good eye exam. The glasses she sells are very expensive. They normally dont have any reasonably priced glasses. I usually get glasses elsewhere.

Very informative and friendly experience. I appreciate the comprehensive evaluation that took place and my trial prescription is working very well.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Fleming. She provided a thorough eye exam for my Great Aunt, age 88 yrs. Dr Fleming was kind, patient, and took a long time in determining the correct prescription, and answering her questions.The office staff are also very friendly, and take great care to keep clients and themselves safe at all times. I have had eyes my entire life. When I was looking for a new optometrist, I wanted something close, quick, and convenient. However, I am very, VERY much of an eye-wuss. I dont like the exams, I dont like touching my eyeball, and I dont like inconveniencing people or making their jobs more difficult.I was able to get in with Dr. Fleming. You really could not find a more cool, kind, patient, and wonderful optometrist. She put up with my complaining with good humor, and is just an overall rockstar when it comes to helping her patients. My eyes are kind of weird, so she took the time to try different things when fitting me with contacts. Follow up appointments were timely and easy to get. Went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome.Wish all of the optometrists Ive had in the past were this good. Thankfully, Ive found Dr. Fleming and theres no need to go anywhere else now.

I called to reschedule do to an illness first person i spoke to ignored me totally. the i had to speak to QUEEN BECKA WHO WAS RUDE... I am not perfect but i was sick and i had spent $449 dollars on glasses that i could not see out of. Only to have this low life hang up on me and tell me they will let me know if i will be able to come back in??? really? i had to contact my insurance company to get me a new provider to get my glasses fixed. they dont care about you as a consumer that is clear when you call and they did not hear a thing you said. Keep your money go somewhere that will treat you like a consumer....

Extensive frame selection and courteous staff. Definitely not bargain-basement pricing, but more reasonable than some. The owner is friendly but not quite as on-the-spot-those-frames-look great/awful as her staff, which is to say, either bring someone with you to approve / disapprove how your selection really looks on you, or make sure there are staff members on hand to lend their honest opinion.

I’m rating the office manager .... not the doctor or other staff. The office manager is horribly RUDE, snobby and talks down to you. Unacceptable. The doctor and other staff are wonderful.
