I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and patient. I’m very particular with my glasses and have found other places become quite annoyed with you when you can’t find the right pair. Terry worked with me the moment I walked in to find something perfect for me. She was incredibly kind and made the experience so pleasant and fun. I’ll be looking forward to continuing to get my glasses from Pearle Vision in Rocky River!

Sometime when things go wrong to no fault of both parties, it is how the problem is handled with professional results. I found a defect in one of the lens and they not only replaced the lens but also gave me a new pair of frames to make sure all off the combined items were 100% new. I felt that all the adjustments and handling of the problems was handled in a professional manner. I would go back with no problems to support this store. Thanks for all you combined effort in taking care of me.

The Good: Dr. Troy Pesek was great at answering my questions and had a splendid demeanor. We discussed glasses and future eyecare.The Bad: Got a prescription but no one mentioned that I needed a PD (Pupillary Distance) in the event that I wanted to buy glasses. This is a term I was unaware of until I attempted to shop for glasses online.The Ugly: The treatment I got from the receptionist and whomever I was handed off to.Bottom Line: If you go into a business that has a specialty, I do not think it is an unreasonable expectation of mine that they would explain things that THEY know, but you have no experience in. The prescription numbers I was given have gotten me no closer to obtaining corrective eyewear than they have helped me winning the lottery. Had I called and given them a payment over the phone and had them read off 6 random numbers that were generated by a bingo drum, I would be exactly as close to being able to buy glasses as I am now.When I called in and asked about the number, I was told I needed to come back in and have that measurement performed. I do not care about the $25 charge. I understand that the machine performing the measurement is wickedly expensive. It is the fact that, I dunno, MAYBE someone could have mentioned this WHILE I WAS THERE.When I asked why no one told me this, I was met with YOU never said you were going to go online to buy glasses. I concede that point. Yet I didnt even know that was something I was going to do. However, to be in possession of that knowledge (that I needed the PD) and act as if people dont go online or see Warby Parker ads is a little ostrich in the sand.Putting the blame on the consumer is not only a tremendous way to ensure them never returning, but it is also weak.

The staff at Pearle Vision gets an A+ in customer service and quality of work. When I met with Linda, and showed her my eyeglass prescription from another doctor, she explained all of the options available to me. In addition, their prices are excellent. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time using Pearl Vision. They were wonderful! From the Dr. who did a thorough exam and answered all of my questions to the assistants in the office who helped me pick out frames and apply my insurance. The Dr. had good advice for my senior eyes moving forward. Wear sunglasses!

I’ve always had an awesome experience with this place! I have been visiting this location for a couple years and everything is always quick and easy from booking to ordering my contacts and glasses. Recently I had some trouble with a new insurance plan which caused me to reschedule my exam twice and the staff was extremely patient and kind through helping me sort things out - especially Grace who went out of her way to be sure I was taken care of. I greatly appreciate their high level of customer service and professionalism.

Best experience ever! Dr. Jennifer did a great job during my eye exam. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I had all my questions answered. Then Diane went above and beyond to help me find the perfect frames (which was not an easy task). I am so excited to pick up my new frames and show them off. I ordered glasses with all the trimmings, I dropped a lot of money and I was nervous, so I canceled. Then a week later I went back and Terry helped me. They had all my measurements in their system so I was in and out in no time. I was nervous about spending so much money at this time, since I was starting a new job. I asked Terry if they had a coupon, they did! Terry said she’d put a rush on my glasses since she realized I needed them ASAP, and called about a week later. I went to pick them up and she waited on me personally, she’s so nice and understanding. They have a spray for your glasses you use 3 days in a row and it’s supposed to stop your glasses from fogging up due to wearing masks, she gifted me one due to my circumstances. I’d refer anyone here and I’d defiantly go back to Terry!

They helped me when I evacuated from New Orleans for Hurricane Ida and needed more contacts. My former optometrist couldn’t or, more likely, wouldn’t. I won’t forget this.

I have been going to this office for years and will never go anywhere else. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond for their patients/customers to ensure that you are happy with your lenses and are comfortable in them. They are they best!!

This specific office om Center Ridge Road in Rocky River is the only office I go to - and the only one I recommend. Everyone is very friendly, courteous, and professional. I get quality product and quality service - and the have coupons and specials.

They are really wonderful at the Pearle Vision in Rocky River. I called about 10 minutes before they were set to close on Halloween. They got me in to pick up my glasses and fit me great!

I have to say this is the best experience I have had with any place in the last few years. I cant say enough good things about Grace and Terri. This is how not only customers but people should always be treated. I never felt like a customer Grace always made me feel like a friend. I will never ever go anywhere else for glasses top notch store and people. They go well beyond expectations. Update somethings never change got new glasses again as usual Grace and her team top notch. This is still best place in town for glasses you cant ask to be treated any better. The eye doctor was wonderful. The entire office was kind and helpful. We took our elderly mother in for an exam and glasses. They took excellent care of her and the cost was highly reasonable. A special shout out to Grace Muska who went above and beyond. She even offered to deliver our mom’s glasses to her at her assisted living facility! Customer service is top notch!!

Had an appointment today and was told my that they didn’t take my insurance and when We eventually got to a point that we were saying goodbye, I was hung up on! Very rude.

The most thorough and complete exam Ive ever had. Dr. Jennifer Pesek is a talented and dedicated optometrist. It was definitely worth driving the extra distance to go there instead of somewhere closer. P.S. The staff was great too!

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. I just went for new glasses (already had a prescription) and the woman was very patient and helpful in helping me to choose a pair. Once ordered they were also delivered in a very timely manner. In the past, I had gotten contacts elsewhere, but was never really able to get them in to wear them. They offered to have me come back and they would help me out with that as well. I went back, and they were very encouraging and patient as they gave me tips on getting my contacts in. Now thanks to them, I can wear my contacts. The staff is very knowledgeable and provides excellent service.

I love coming here. My mom brought me and my sister here. I’m getting contacts and they start off with trial contacts, then they call you in to teach you how to put them in and take them out and some other things, so you can try them before putting money into them, and not wanting them. I also got glasses here, they haven’t come yet (it’s only been 4 days) but when my sister got hers they came in 3-5 days. They are very friendly and helpful, they explain everything to you that you need to know about your eyes and your glasses or contacts and all the insurance info. Thy were very friendly! Although I was looking for glasses and my prescription is a bit thicker so the style that I wanted for my glasses, the girl kept saying, they’d look weird or bad and kept just handing me glasses and wouldn’t put them back unless I tried them on. I didn’t really like any she gave me because she didn’t know what I wanted. She kind of was rushing us too, a bit annoying, but In the end I found some I really liked. Everything else went pretty good. Well definitely be coming back!

Hands down the best place to go. Everyone involved with my visit was beyond helpful. They took the time to make sure i understood everything from insurance coverage to changes in my prescription. I wasnt able to get a baby sitter so had to take my kids and thankfully they had a corner full of toys. Great place, great people Ill definitely be going here from now on.

Many thanks to Pearle Vision staffers for helping us out! Our niece from Australia had lost her glasses in her travels, so we ordered some contact lenses from another local vision business. We were promised delivery prior to the date she was leaving the country for three weeks to volunteer in Costa Rica but, by the day before, they still had not arrived. After calling around to a few places to try to locate an optician who might have some in stock, we talked to Rachel. She graciously offered to provide our niece with some trial prescription lenses to cover her at least temporarily -- tremendously generous and extremely helpful to her. Up to that point, we had not been customers, but we will be sure to come to Pearle for our vision needs in the future!

I had an eye doctor I loved that joined another practice. The service just changed and we were unhappy. Pearl Vision got us in within days, they were friendly and efficient. when my husband had to go into work unexpectedly, the office staff even helped me wrangle my heard of 3 girls 4 and under so I could keep my appt. Never switching again!!!

Do not buy sunglasses glasses from this store. They offer no warrant like the bigger stores and youll get screwed if you need a replacement part just two months in. Dont get me wrong, theyre mostly nice people, but but youve been warned not to buy from here.

First trip here was no problem got eyes examined and ordered glasses and contacts. Came back 10 months later to order new contacts and was told they couldn’t find my insurance and was asked if I was even insured. I knew I was and there had been no change. Told nothing they could do to help and ask my companies HR. Well I called back next week and asked same question this time they had no trouble finding me in their system and said insurance will cover it contacts were ordered and they will call bac. Never got a call back. Just called and they claim I never ordered them in the first place. They can’t keep their information straight

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the entire staff at Pearl Vision in Rocky River, especially Grace, one of their Opticians. Over the past few years I think I have been helped by every staff member and they are all amazing people. They are patient with you and will help you pick out frames and make suggestions based on both the customers wishes as well as their knowledge & experience. I admit that each time I have left with new glasses, they were the frames they suggested and not what I thought I wanted, and the feedback from family and friends has always been outstanding. I know of at least 6 other places that I pass along the 35 minute trip there from Elyria when going to Pearl vision in Rocky River and probably more in the malls I pass along the route but I would never consider going to any other place. Give Dr. Troy Pesek and the entire staff a try, I promise youll be happy you did, its a level of customer service you rarely see and receive these days!!Jeff - Elyria OH
