What a wonderful, thorough, informative, and professional eye appointment! I have looked all over for years trying different optometrists and none were even satisfactory. I am so happy to have found Europtical & Dr. Mark Davis! The entire process was so efficient, using the newest methods and tools for evaluating my vision issues. I’ve always feared the puff of air in each eye for the glaucoma test...Am I the only one who is a grown adult and still terrified of that machine? Well, Dr. Davis has a machine that achieves the same results but without that horrific, suspenseful puff of air! I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Davis for over 20 years with the same great staff. Ive been treated with kindness and honesty over my ever changing eye issues, and his passion of his craft is evident as he takes the time to explain his evaluation and what it means to you, the lay person. My employer pays for a pair of safety glasses every 2 years. I went to this location and after taking the authorization from me, the man behind the counter opened a case and took out an eyeglass frame and said this is the only one the insurance will pay for. I looked at the other frames (identical to the frames I had gotten from them 2 years prior and I asked what about these? He said the frames would be extra (about $120 extra) and the lenses would be $170. He was very rude so I cancelled the glasses and Im getting them at another provider.

On a technical note, my eye prescription is difficult, and Dr. Davis never gave up finding the right contact lenses for me. If I needed eyeglasses, the frame selection is very nice. They can determine this without tools and in the office in less than a minute. This alleviates the need to try 100 pairs on before purchase. This was an awful experience. First their prices are outrageous. They were charging $309 for a frame that had an MSRP of $224. Then the guy at helping with my order refused to write down the itemized price for my order. Finally after a quote of just over $400 I said okay and he tallied the price and tried to get me to pay $495. Thats nearly $100 up charge just a few moments later. When I told him no he took all of the paperwork and said he was going to shred it all.This was a total waste of time and a complete joke of a business.

You found something that no other doctor could find and Made seeing fun again, after dealing with doctors that never listen to the patient you stuck with me found I had a natural birth defect been made my life so much easier, you are a doctor I wish other doctors would learn from. And your staff has done nothing but been over backwards even when its my fault getting sand in my eyes and giving me a pair of contacts for free so I could make it home. I guarantee anybody that goes there or has been at a different eye company youd never get that from Wal-Mart Costco Sams Club with no appointment of phone call and panic and took the time to take care of me. I will never go anywhere else when it comes to my eyes and I wish I could find doctors for other things that are as examplarery and caring as u. The staff never has an attitude and never judges sometimes Im so dirty I look like I rolled out of a shelter and I have never been treated like anything less than the wealthiest person on the face of the Earth. You guys rock keep up the good work and let the haters hate and maybe go elsewhere.
