Garrett is definitely a keeper! I came in because of a lost SIM card and ended up staying to figure out ways to really help my business stay on track and stay connected. I asked him about some products and was able to solve a mountain of potential headaches all in one transaction! Id absolutely refer my friends and family to AT&T and even recommend they go in and talk with Garrett specifically!
Jakob there is amazing and so helpful, however one of the other guys in training is horrible.I went in for a tempered glass screen protector and the guy sold me liquid glass and told me it was the same thing but used liquid to put it on. I paid $55 for it and he put it on before I could ask questions about it. I was told it would keep my phone from being cracked, and anti fingerprint. The guy raved about how he met the creator of it and it was a type of chemical reaction that hardened the glass.After putting it on he informed us it was not able to come off. We looked into it more and found out the product itself says it ONLY helps prevent scratches and had horrible reviews. It doesnt create a bond stronger than the phone glass already is, so if the product scratches then it messes up my phone easier than without it. We also found out the guy put it on wrong and it causes horrible fingerprints. My brand new phone is worse now because of this and Im really upset about itI have now tried three days in a row to get a refund or talk to the manager since its false advertising and the guy sold me something different than I was told, but I keep getting the run around and now hes off until after the weekend. Horrible start to my new phone.

Was there for half sn hour wasnt even acknowledged the whole time i was there. I was a coustomer for years and this was the worst experience i have ever had. What happened to this place . Idk but im no longer a coustomer.
Garrett was AMAZING! Not only did he fix my original reason for being in the office, he also answered a ton of questions for me and found some solutions to my pain points! He was fun, friendly, and super knowledgeable! Service like that is why Ive been with AT&T for almost 15 years now!
This store was amazing! I switched from Verizon, because their service has gotten really bad in the past few years. With AT&T I get coverage almost everywhere! Everyone at the store was so nice and helpful, they even saved me money with AT&T TV! I will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to my friends and family.
Dustys service was great as usual! He was very helpful and efficient helping others between working with my family being the only one left working in the store at the time. He was very friendly and laid back while maintaining being professional making a quite long trade-in process loads more enjoyable!

Noelle was very helpful getting my phone and my number transferred I was there for hours but she was very help despite being 8 months pregnant. Misa was being rude about how long I was there. I got very good service from Noelle while getting my phone and she’s been helpful any time I have a question or need help. I’ll definitely visit again to get help from her.
Quick and helpful staff, the opposite of that cesspool they have over at Verizon. I actually get service when Im more than 5 miles from the freeway now too!
Shane is amazing. He really makes me feel listened too, he made laugh and made the whole experience in store incredibly fun. He even let me leave with a free trial for their tv service and its the best television product Ive ever used. Im canceling spectrum immediately since its saving me 40 dollars a month!
I originally had my plan through sprint, but as a delivery driver having my connection cut out every other street wasn’t cutting it. I went to AT&T and they hooked me up with a sweet new phone, superior service and a free subscription to HBO max on top of it for less than what sprint was charging me for. As someone who usually loathes sales reps, this location had in my opinion very good and honest people, and specifically Noelle and Dusty both helped me with setting up and adjusting my account.

Dusty was very attentive to us, despite the fact that he was the only employee on the floor. It was very busy and there was a lot of different problems and customer service Dusty needed to provide to everyone and he did with kindness. He took care of everyone with kindness attentiveness and much respect despite the fact that it was a high stress shift.

AT&T has always given me great service, yesterday I broke my phone and was unable to use it at all. I immediately went to the store for help, the store manager was able to get me a new phone and get all my information off the old phone even though the screen was unable to be used. Great job Roseburg store, once again you proved to being able to provide excellent service.

This store has some of the most dedicated, yet still multitasking employees under pressure Ive ever met. They recognize everyone to come into the store as a valued client and give them such close attention when they are availabe that it baffles me. For months and months on end has had problems with my phone number to where I couldn’t receive phone calls. I came in to this location in Roseburg and a employee name Dusty was the biggest help ever. He got down to the bottom of my situation after months and months of trying my hardest to figure it out he got me a new line and he took care of everything that needed to be taken care of with dedication after hours and on the clock he show me that there is good customer service out there so that being said I will give the store a five star rating and a big thumbs up to my new now friend Dusty

Furious that this Samsung was loaded with bloat ware, spy ware, and Mal ware right out the box. Furious the rep who sold phone misrepresented that I would have privacy in using it as is. Am returning phone and canceling all 3 phone lines through AT&T as soon as possible.
I walked into the store on a Sunday, with a VERY complicated issue, and although my issue was not immediately resolved, Noelle went above and beyond, trying to help me. She exhausted all efforts (and she tried several options, including getting the assistant manager, Shane involved) she was friendly, personable, attentive, and I was so impressed by her caring nature, I just felt I had to leave a great review for this hardworking crew, thank you so much for making my stressful situation so much better.

I like at&t as a company but this location is obviously understaffed for whatever reason. They seem to only pickup the phone when they have 0 people in the store. Tried calling for 35 minutes and just gave up. Im giving them a 3 star because of the guy who helped us in the store when I got our last phones. He was awesome and helpful and super quick! Just dont go into the store before 3pm because they are always busy and you will wait outside for along time.
I purchased a new phone to replace my phone which had died. I left my old phone at the store. When I got the bill I discovered the girl had added another line without my knowledge or permission. I was charged for an extra line which I do not have a phone for . I Dont know why she would do this to me. I called customer service which sent me back to store. At the store the guy couldnt help other than to suggest I pay new phone off and then call customer service to cancel extra line. I called customer service again and got a very helpful lady. The extra line was cancelled, but she said store in Roseburg would have to fix bill. I tried calling hoping to find out how to talk to manager, but that didnt work. Not looking forward to going back in to try and get my money back. It has been such a hassle dealing with them.

As soon as we pulled in some one came out to greet us. They did not have in store service only sidewalk. He was quick. Efficient and he wore gloves and a mask.

Wait time is super long, took over an hour to upgrade to new phone. The wait times and time to do something simple has been going on for years. Through the multiple managers and employees it hasn’t changed. If their WiFi is soo bad that it takes forever we to do anything on their iPads they need to switch their service.

I have been a customer with AT&T since it was Edge Wireless. I have never had such a horrible customer service experience as I did last night switching over to my new phone. A representative (who I always thought was a great rep beings he has been there a long time) just didnt seem like he was interested in helping me as a customer at all. Not only did I have to tell him how to do his job in switching my phone to the NEXT plan; he ignored me when I was asking him questions, he did not offer me any accessories for my phone, walked off and left me multiple times during my transaction, and did not say goodbye when I left. I feel like since AT&T prides itself on customer service they need to review this and do something to resolve any further issues to keep a good customer from leaving.
Rep wasted over 2 hours of my timd,time, to inform me of steps necessary to complete my exchange. Offered no help,a rep in another store, in anotherstate ended up helping...he basically lied to close a deal,and couldnt back up his promises.
I love this store and the people here are very well trained . They try to help everyone in a timely manner. After reading some of the reviews I wanted to point out something . You can not please everyone AT ONE TIME! Some of CUSTOMERS there; I have personally witness be nothing less than a bag of SH## to the staff. Even though the staff went a abouve and beyond their job duty, the customer still was a piss pot. So, kid friendly, smart staff! We ❤️ This store !
Terrible ..went there today to just buy a phone ..just wanted to buy a phone and transfer things to my new phone ..all I got was an excuse ..the A.T.T. service when you call them direct has always been good..this store could learn some thing..i like customer service....add...just call me when you got someone who can sell me a phone close to.what I have and transfer my info to.my new phone..without giving me guff or excuses...if you look a lady sold me a phone about 3 phones ago..she was super great ..fantastic customer rep..but I will take anyone at this point..

What is the point of scheduling an appointment when you end up waiting an hour past and pretty well ignored. I ordered online for instore pick up and it wasnt ready for starters and then when it was I was still left to wait for another 30 plus minutes while 2 female employees flirted with another customer. If I hadnt already paid for it I would have left a long time ago!
I needed a new sims card. I waited about half an hour for my turn. When the guy was available and I explained what I needed he went in the back and got the card. Then we sat down to log into my account and fix my phone when another guy walked in and headed towards the kiosk to pay his bill. The guy that was helping me turned around and asked the guy at the kiosk if that would that be cash or charge. He told him the kiosk currently does not give change. The guy said cash and he said he could help him with that. The kiosk guy didnt ASK for his help and he had multiple bills to pay. The AT&T guy didnt ask if it was ok to take this other guy ahead of me, didnt say excuse me for a minute or anything. It was as if I was not even there. I didnt nag or say anything while I waited for my turn, just wandered around the store looking at accessories so its not like I was rude and this guy was teaching me a lesson. I was on my lunch and spent the entire time waiting for my turn only to be ignored when it was my turn. I stood up and said I was late and had to get back to work. He asked what time I was off and to come back then. No freaking way. We have been with AT&T for about 15 years. The clueless AT&T guy is either stupid, rude, male chauvinist or a combination of all three. We will be changing companies tomorrow. If I could give zero stars or better yet negative stars, I would.

Not sure to cry or scream to tell you the truth about this place. I have had some really horrible customer service help to the point you want to know how can the management not see this. The location has security cameras and management seriously needs to simply look at them to see how customers are stuck waiting for a very long long long time for any kind of help. I have not only seen bad help but have experienced from this place. On the other hand I am on a month to month payment no contact and cost is the lowest from any of the other cellular phone company and better coverage too. I usually go to the store as a very AND I DO MEAN VERY last resort to try to solve a phone problem.

I showed them my DD214 and they still wouldnt give the military discount.AT&T representative quoted $5 monthly for the SAMSUNG A6. Now I get a bill for $14 monthly. I would not have bought the phone or agreed to go with AT&T if I knew this bait and switch misrepresentation would happen.I am concerned that AT&T wont give the promised military discount as well. I showed the store manager in Roseburg Oregon my DD214.Zero stars
Their staff is very friendly but it takes a long time before your helped. The manager just walks back and forth. She doesnt really help any customers. If you do happen to get helped then their service is good. They are very slow tho. You could walk in there and be there for 30 minutes to 2 hours before getting helped.

Sometimes you may have a wait but its worth waiting for. They are friendly, professional and they certainly knows their phones. Great job!
Poor customer service; make you wait long periods of time before even acknowledging you (30min). Impossible to get a store rep. via the phone - there isnt even a voicemail option. Reassures you that they will call when services are done (phone data transferring), then fail to call you at all. People have families, work, lives outside of their AT&T accounts; cant expect customers to put everything on hold for hours on end.
Getting someone to actually help me was impossible even though they had two girls just basically standing around. Waitied for way to long for only a SIM card and ended up leaving empty handed. Frustrating once again.
Be careful if you bring devices here that arent sold in store. They dont know how to transfer data between devices and seem to be very incompetent. The staff couldnt even charge a phone and told the customer it was broken and to return it.
