My 83 year old mom had a old antiquated phone. She needed to upgrade. Trying to save money she bought a iPhone 8. Needless to say, it was too small and hard to handle. Tarn at Boost was so understanding and got mom the phone she needed at an affordable price. I can say every time we have had to visit Boost, they have the best customer service!!!! THANK YOU!

Kim left but the new manager was very fast professional and nice. She knew i was coming in at a certain time and even though they sprayed for bugs and the smell makes her sick she stuck around to ensure i got what i needed taken care of.

Absolutely terrible. Not only did the retailer have no interest in actually trying to help with my phone situation, she offered useless and rude responses to questions a person providing a phone service should be able to field. We had to leave because we hit a brick wall 3 minutes into the questions where no solutions were available. Just couldnt stand the attitude we were getting as well.

I went into the store last night. And had such an amazing experience probably the best ever .I was getting the runaround from other phone companies .one of them got me all set up and then come to find out they didn’t even have the phone in stock .at the end of doing all the paperwork .so we had to back out of it got sent to another store then .I said you know what I’m done I’m gonna go over to boost mobile, And thankful I did. Kim the manger got me into a new iPhone better then mine amazing price .I really feel that she went over and beyond to make me happy!!! Thank you Kim you are the real reason why I switch to boost mobile-

The person there is very nice but. She couldnt help me i had to do stuff on the phone and on line that was a nightmare. I ended up getting 2 of the phones I wanted and new service and first month for 100 less than they wanted to charge me .and i now have service where boos is very limited

My wife and I were paying $185 for 3 phones a month with AT&T. We went into boost mobile today and were saved beyond belief. The service was friendly, the employees were extremely knowledgeable, and my wife and I walked out of there with 3 phones unlimited everything for 120 a month. It was a great experience and a great savings. I recommend boost mobile to everyone

If cud give a negative five I would Ive been with Boost Mobile for almost 6 years but I have needed assistance in the store twice this year I have walked into one dirty establishment and told I cannot help you is faster if you go home and do it yourself or Im busy watching a web video cant help you have a nice day I am so unimpressed with the service and what is happening with this company since it got sold that I will be transferring providers

Helpful Management the customer service is without a doubt top notch. I dont use there service however I have friends that do. It is super awesome to be able to laugh with people in the world at random chaos and it happened there on more than one occasion.I love run on sentence reviews and hope you do as well. I did purchase a super cool speaker there for my car. Any way have a great day 2 thumbz up and snap.

Walked in to get 2 phones set up... Amber was very professional, friendly, and helpful and the process was quick and simple. She’s a great employee and deserves a promotion.

I was with Boost for over 10 years....with no issues. The manager, Kim, goes above and beyond to make her customers are taken care of. We went in one day to possibly upgrade our phones (they were old and slow) and got the WORST experience from Tricia. We were given wrong information, and absolutely no help with possible upgrade options. We did have to change carriers due to our daughters military obligations. Someone more knowledgable and more professional would have been the deciding difference.

Kim was very helpful & I did not have to wait for help. She was very knowledgable & took care of my phone needs right away. I would highly recommend boost & its management.

The manager Kim, always goes above and beyond for her customers. Doesnt matter if Im having phone issues, wanting to upgrade my phone, adding a line, paying my bill, or looking for accessories- she is always amazingly helpful and solves any issues I may be having. Sometimes boost can be difficult to deal with on the phone, and it puts me at ease knowing I can go in there and she will take care of whatever I need help with! She is the main reason Ive stuck with boost, I mean the service is the best option in my area, and I cant beat the prices I pay either- but she really does make a huge difference and I appreciate her dedication to her customers!

If i could put less then one star i would . Boost customer care is great on 611 But Sadly to say This boost mobile store has taken a turn for the worst. The manager Kim and The new sales rep are terrible and have no knowledge of the merchandise or current promotions. Kim blatantly lied after saying she could wave an activation fee. This weekend i went to Kim and Saturday said i can get the Iphone you need I will drive to Eugene and get it for you tomorrow. I go there and she said she could not get it so i drove to Salem Oregon to get the I phone and the 4 J7 phones i was told by her had fingerprint scanner after activating the firt j7 i found there to be no scanner so i wanted to get the LG g6 that did the store in Salem was out so i called Kim up and let her know i needed th g6 and she said she would waive the activation fee and had a g6 in stock.. today i was in the store to get my last of 5 phones and Kim charged the $15 activation fee and denied saying the Samsung had a fingerprint scanner or that see would wave the fee. this store needs good people and a manager ...

I am pretty impressed! I wanted to change ny # so I called in at 5:10 not knowing they have been closed for 10 min, this nice lady jessica picked up the phone and took care of everything. There was no confusion she just took over, for my # changed and sent me on my way! Keep in mind all while she was off work! Thats good customer service right there! Thanks jessica!!

The best place to get a new phone.

This is a bad place to buy a phone. I got a iphone on 7/29/18 and I try to return the phone today 8/3/18 and they whould not take the phone back. I am in the 7 day return time and they should take it back. I am email boost and they said this was not right and the store and they are not follow company rules
