The staff there are so sweet & helpful! They did an incredible job at educating customers and providing a quick and painless experience for getting everything set up. Would highly recommend for anyone planning on switching phone companies!
Last night I would say I had a good experience the girls were very sweet and helpful . after being there for couple hours while there were trying to pair up the new phone, I asked if they had a wireless charger for this particular phone they said yes and brought me one, so I went ahead and purchased it as well, I asked her if I had to pair it up to the phone she stayed it no just plugged it in and it will work. I got home plug it in and would not charge my new phone, but it would charge my grandsons phone. This morning September 17th 2021 things change so I showed up this morning at 10 am back to Cricket. Store located at 530 North East Garden Valley Boulevard in Roseburg to return the wireless charger that I could not use cuz it was not compatible to the new phone i purchased . the employee stated it was store policy that they could not do returns or exchanges. And that there computers are not set up for returns, after talking to her for a half hour she told me that the owner was being generous by allowing me to exchange it for something of the same price although I did not need anything else so I had no other choice but to Exchange it for a memory card that I did not need, so I would not lose my money . this is a franchise Cricket store which is owned by an individual I asked for the business owners name i was told they cannot give me that information, I asked to speak to the owner I was told he was on the phone and could not talk to me while she was texting back and forth with him. But she failed to tell the owner that they sold that wireless charger to me believing that it work for that phone once again no accountability for their actions, business that does not take accountability and work with the customers and try to solve the problem is not worth my time . especially after I was told by the employee that reporting it to the Better Business Bureau or to cricket corporate office would result in no action at all .how sad thank God I dont run my business that way.
Ive been a loyal cricket customer for 3 years now and I wouldnt change them, unless you paid me a million smackeroos!They always cater to my needs and know what is right for me when I walk through their door. Cricket Roseburg have awesome staff, I didnt have to do a thing they did it all, walked out the door, one very happy cricket customer!
I went in to purchase two new phones has online was having technical issues I called ahead and asked Mario to save me two phones a pink and a black one in the model I requested he did when I went in I did let him know that I was in a hurry and I just wanted to purchase the phones and I would call to set them up later unfortunately he went ahead and set them up without letting me know and then told me I was all set and ready to go when I realized that my husbands phone was connected I was upset as hes an over-the-road trucker we are business owners and he was in Washington now with a none working phone and I had a new phone that was working I expressed my concern Mario tried to call and get it fixed while he was on the phone the other employee told me it was my fault and quite frankly was nasty and rude I was told that I should know I let him know that I was not being unreasonable by expressing to him that this is something that they should let people know he then began to tell me it was common knowledge obviously it was not because it happened to me long story short definitely put a damper in our day and a damper in our business I feel that the staff is unprofessional lacks communication and its just out for sale I will definitely not go back to this location they would not give me the owners information they would not even give me the district managers name or phone number said that it was policy they didnt hand out either name or number and left her in tears has my husbands livelihood of our business is the phone while he is Trucking thats his navigation thats where he keeps up with his electronic logs thats where he keeps his updated paperwork for his Hazmat it goes on and on as to how important that phone is to him I then had to drive up to Portland stop everything at the business at our location to make sure that I could get him that phone which is 6 hours round trip I am so upset but I couldnt speak to anybody above them I will be taking this matter to corporate I also believe the staff can use some training in communication product knowledge and slowing down a little bit this cost my business a whole day which is not cheap I will actually doing my best to try to pursue this and letting everybody know how Cricket treated me. Not to mention I left with no apology

Have been holding off on submitting this review because I wanted it to be honest and accurate.Have been with Cricket five months now and could not be happier! Matt the store manager was not only honest but willing to answer my mega list of questions on multiple occasions with great patience and respect.I had originally been extremely concerned about the phone coverage in remote areas. That worry has been laid to rest. We had awesome service at Silver Falls State Park, in which we had NO service with our previous two carriers.I have been able to stream movies and use as much data as needed, this also includes my husband on the same shared plan. We have never been able to hit the maximum limit before the data throttles down.We both are extremely pleased with Cricket and wish that we had been with them all along. You just cant go wrong, $80.00 a month for two lines, includes all taxes never any surprises on your bill, with 22 GBs.👍👍👍 Thanks Matt 👍👍👍

Manager adds unauthorized features, like Cricket Protect to your account without permission. Wouldnt recommend until they get more honest sales people in the store.
Showed up at 6:15 pm on a Tuesday. All lights on. Supposed to be open until 7. Banged on door and no-one came. Really need a replacement phone so thanks for nothing.

Went in to get a new phone. They screwed up my lines. I had 5 lines for a 100.00 now Cricket says I was moved out of that plan to a more expensive one. Not happy. Will be going into day to the store to see what happend. After speeding almost 2 hours in the store. We finally got my billing issue figured out. Mario and Nathen went above and beyond there job to help me out. Thank you.
Can you say AT&T network with unlimited internet for ~$50 a month. No overages, no taxes/fees. Been with these guys for years.
