Theyre not letting customers in at this time but someone did come out and helped me with what I needed to track down a package that I had no tracking # to. So he went above and beyond for me.

Shipping FedEx greatly increases your odds of something you sent getting lost or something you ordered being delivered to the wrong address. Plus, if they delivered your very heavy package to someone else we dont do pick-up; they wont fix their mistake. UPS will fix their mistake and be apologetic too. My dealings with FedEx have never been good. My dealings with UPS always are.

The staff here is impeccable my order that had come three times was ready to be sent back to the shipper and I got there just in time the lady was nice enough to run out to the truck and get it off the truck for me she even knew exactly what I was talking about when I got there without even having to give her my name thank you FedEx

The worst shipping company to go through, they keep delaying my package when I paid for the faster shipping. Now Ive been almost a month without my package and they still wont respond to any of my emails or if I call they say sorry sir you package is in route and we cant do anything about it.

I had an important package that needs to be delivered promptly. They were open Saturday morning to help me and the receptionist was very helpful. I just wish the shipping costs were not so high, but it is like this everywhere... sigh

I was happy to see they had an outside drop box. Although, I left not knowing when my mail would be processed.

FedEx is the best I can check my package and the lady that helps me out there is so patient had a problem with a shipping and she tried her best to figure it out I thank you very much

They are always nice. Print your label at home and drop Package off here. (No waiting) Its often about half the price as priority mail.

Got a 2 day shipping plan. It has been 5 days. Called and asked about it, Didnt get much information Missed a call from them, been on hold for 20-30 mins now.

I like that you can FedEx items here however it would be nice if you could have a physical place to do ground shipments.

Wasnt home and checked tracking info decided to go get the package so it wouldnt get stolen. Pulled into my driveway and the fedex delivery moved my trash can blocking the box making it look like a empty box thank you for making sure I would receive my package safely!!

The lady here says we dont deliver to post offices, the post office says they deliver everyday. FedEx is kinda slow in my opinion.

Needed something shipped overnight to a place that wasnt even in their system. They made a call to the nearest down and the manager personally got the tracking number and confirmed it would be there next day. Excellent service!

I wouldnt have chosen them if I was presented another option given my history of basically not receiving the service that was paid for. This is not a large town, but this does not seem to help FedEx at all. I paid for overnight delivery so that I could have a phone (which is what my shipment is) with me by the time I got a ride to my 3PM appointment. That did not happen and of course I was AT THE APPOINTMENT when they did arrive to deliver my phone to the wrong address. Furthermore, it makes not that much sense to deliver stuff at like 4:30 and then people only have until 5:00 to go pick up the shipment they missed, provided the truck is back the store?? Get your heads out of your asses, FedEx.

After the other big carrier let me down, I took a finished prototype to FedEx late Friday afternoon and it was Saturday delivered for less money than it cost me to receive components from Arizona. BTW my parts took a side trip to Florida. Brown basically told me to stick it when I requested an adjustment on the freight charge. I told them that after talking to 7-9 poor English speakers that it no doubt cost them more money to shaft me than be fair and adjust.

Here I am on the 16 waiting for a package that was supposed to be here on the 15 it arrived at 2:45 PM in Roseburg on the 15 to late to go out on atruck of course they put it on a truck at 9 am and it still hasnt shown up yet at 5:20 sucks ifyif ask me

Ive never had a good experience recieving any deliveries! Ive had one stolen by an employee previously and know working graveyard they just knock twice hear me yell at my dog to shut up and before i could get dressed or even out of bed drove off and the customer service was so horrible over the phone i had to call 4 to 5 times just to get them to possibly... Possibly try and re atempt to deliver my stuff. All in all worst shipping company ive ever delt with.

Shipped out of here many times. The girls here truly work their tails off and the customer service that they provide is second to none.
