Nowadays the prices are increased much. Be careful during checkout. Always check the receipt before leaving the store and compare the price in shalf with receipt. Items are wrongly billed to increase the price like changing brand for the same item and increased the quantity.

They have increased price about 20 to 30 % in every item. Looks like they changed the person in the shop and they are rude. There is always issues in the billing. I recently started looking the receipt before leaving the stop and found the billing issues few times. I dont know how many happened before I started looking at the billing during checkout.

I use to go before the renovation few years back, with my Mother In Law, and I already liked this place.Now that they renovated the store (no more restaurant option though) I love it even more. We bought raw tandoori chicken to cook at home and it was really delicious. The vegetables were fresh and they had a great selection that day.In fact I have to go back today and I am exited.

From the last month the price of everything in this store went up . Please watch what you are giving and how you are putting up the price .Customers knows the price of the commodity from the last five years .

Bought meat last week(while taking from them it was already cut and kept in bag) and became sick very badly after eating. While cooking also we observed it is not fresh it didn’t give any taste at all while eating. Please if meet is not good don’t serve it.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The service doesnt even deserve 1 star. Entered the shop becuase my toddler ran inside so I thought Id check it out. Owner very rudely says were closed get out, while serving other incoming customers. Well, your not getting any business if you chase away 1st time customers with such rude service. Most shop keepers would strive to gain more customers especially giving 1st time customers good service, word of mouth spreads and definitely not a place of quality service or goods. Very, very rude owner. As its pretty obvious from other reviews.The review is honestly interpreted by the service given and by the tone of voice. Your OPEN sign was still there with the door open! If your store is closed then close/lock the door. No one will come inside but dont leave the door open and kick customers out!!! Poor business practice. Every shop does janitorial services with doors closed with a closed sign for safety concerns not open!

Good store for Indian groceries. Unlike other stores, it seems to have a much wider selection of Indian Vegetables which is wonderful especially being away from home. Friendly staff very polite

Stopped going here unless its really necessary ..1) The guys who was cutting and giving meat was touching those with bare hands .. no gloves also he was very rude.2) They sell a dry milk powder .. these are popular in South Eastern countries. We had bought couple of times. Last time we bough it and make milk tea I felt the taste was wired. Then I check the package. It has been expired more than a year. We report it to the owner next time we went. He simply said ok and ask us to buys something else for that money :) .. he could not refund since I did not keep the receipt (even after we have known each other for some time). SO then I went and check the remaining stock on the shelf .. they had the same expired stock there. And no one bothered to remove it after the information. So we left even without any apology from the owner. This incident lost our trust for anything they sell ..

I love this place. Very nice people.They put up with me just fine. If you ask them anything you will find they are very helpfull. Just not pestering you like a bad waiter trying to get you to leave. I find that in many small stores yet have never encountered that attitude in any local indan markets.Ive noticed many reviews here are for the restraunt next door and not the grocery store. Dont know why....

Never buy meat from this store because they gave me old meat and it tastes very bad and I got sick after eating. They put a lot of flavor in it so you can never know it’s fresh or not.

Rosevilles best kept secret. Super nice folks. Dinner for three, two jars of pickled stuff, and 20% tip is less than $40. And like I said, theyre nice.

The reason for 1 star is because they are lie. I bought ground beef from them when I open the bag in home it wasn’t what he had shown me, and it was smelling so bad.

Good grocery store. If you are looking for good Indian or Pakistani groceries in Roseville area this is a must visit place. The meat sold is fresh and halal. They get fresh vegetables on Fridays and are reasonably priced. They also sell Tulsi and curryleaf plants sometimes. They maintain good stock of all items. The shop size may look small but you get almost everything you need. One more plus they accept contactless payments. Easy breezy..

Awful! If I could give negative stars I would do that. Where do I even begin. So we show up around 5, a little early for dinner and nobody else was there eating. We figured that the food and service would be quick. This place isnt formal by any means nor did we expect any formal service, especially since we have been to this place before. As we waited to be served water we noticed the owners wife come from the kitchen with her pet dog in her arms. Really? You have your pet back in the kitchen with the food? Gross. Back to our water, we were a group of five, two adults and three children. Everyone got a cup of water except for our youngest. Maybe children dont get water, or they dont drink water. She is old enough to have her own cup at the age of eight so it isnt like she is a toddler/infant. Once our water container was empty it sat empty and there were no refills. The food service was slow and once we were served we were forgotten as there is no wait staff. The flavor of the food wasnt as good as it once was. There are plenty of other options available locally for chaat and other South Indian staple items. As far as North Indian servings here, forget it. If you want some naan then buy it from the freezer in the grocery section and make it at home because the naan that we ordered on two separate visits was about as good as some cardboard that was warmed up in the tandoor because it was burnt to a crisp. There are other true restaurants in the area that serve excellent North Indian food. The family that owns this establishment should stick to the grocery store side of the business and leave restaurant side to someone else because this definitely isnt working.
