Infested with bugs. Do not go to this place! Pay the extra money to go somewhere else. Ruined thousands of dollars in furniture and they acted like they did not care. You have to sign a contract stating they are not liable for damages. You will open your space and find bugs crawling over your stuff!

When i first rented from this storage its was called longhorn storage.it was a great place, safe, and friendly people.Ive been with store it all almost 3yrs now and i had a really bad experience last year in april my 10x10 unit lock was cut off.And it was nearly wiped out, the items taken where large and noticeable. And i pay the extra for insurance. Nothing was covered, for the reason that the manager did not report it to the corporate office.IF anyone has any info on how i can get in contact with the owneror someone with corporate office. message me on facebook.

Went here looking for a storage space, the man that helped me was very patient and went out of his way to help me. I feel very at ease storing here. The place was very clean and made me feel secure. I would recommend storing here to anyone needing a storage space. They put the customer back into customer service.

Very nice front desk employee. She was always very nice and helpful. They give you a nice text reminder so you wont be late paying your monthly bill, which I found very helpful.

I rented from this storage unit for two years when I first went there when it was longhorn storage I loved the staff was always so nice and everything since they sold it to store it all, my locks where cut I had things stolen out of my unit and Im told nothing they can do because guess what they have no cameras in the climate controlled units. So we moved down to the more expensive all storage where they actually have cameras! This place is a dump!
