Kudos to Wendy the manager of this location for her help when we returned our truck yesterday from a cross-country move from Oregon. We had had a family emergency the day after we picked up our truck and she was very gracious to help us out. She was professional, compassionate and understanding and very helpful. We will definitely use this location again when we need a U-Haul. Thank you again Wendy!

I took my nephew there today to rent a truck and dealt with Wendy. In the 26 years I worked in Customer Service I have NEVER witnessed such rude and abrasive customer service from someone towards a customer! I was in shock at the treatment she gave us as paying customers. I will never do business at that location again! From repromanding my nephew for having an out of state license to telling me Dont talk, I wasnt talking to you and that is putting it mildly...if she cant conduct herself in an appropriate manner and show a customer respect,instead of treating them like she hated them and her job,she needs to get into a different profession. I wouldnt recommend this location unless you feel like getting screamed at for no apparent reason. I will never go back. 1 star rating was almost too much to give them but it was the only way I could write a review. She should be ashamed of herself for representing a company like that. 3-27-2021

They are very rude. They called my daughter the day before her pick up date, gave away her reservation. And told her to drive 17mi out the way to go pick up another truck for today, which would mean paying for an extra day. Never dealing with this place again.

Never had an issue using this location for uhaul rentals. Been a customer for 7 years.

Very unprofessional and rude! Older lady at the counter walked away from me as I was trying to purchase items. Didnt even aknowledge that I was even there. I put the items back and will NEVER use U-haul again! Walking back and forth and did not have a mask on! And nothing will be done about this, that is the problem.

You’re customer service is very poor. Wendy was very rude and do not know how to speak to people. The customers are always right and you guys need to work in the best interest of the customers so that they will be happy to come back. Other than the customer service, the truck was fine and I was able to move everything.

The staff is not inviting at all. In fact, it seems that they pretty much hate their jobs. Plus, it does not matter if you make a reservation online and input the time you want it. This place will tell you when you can pick it up. Plus although you are renting it for 24 hours, they want it back by 5. THAT IS NOT 24 HOURS.

In a week full of frustrations from moving and storage businesses, Anthony exceeded expectations and restored my faith that some companies do care about the little guy and take care of their customers. Out of four trailers only one didnt have dry rotted tires. Had to get a one way trailer for a local rental. Was going over 300 miles round trip. Trailer that we ended up with worked good.

Wendy and the rest of the crew are friendly and very helpful! I rent from here for work and personal use 6 - 10 times a year and have never had a problem!

David at the Bay Road location was a a great help with pricing info and recommendations!

Im going to be completely honest, Im not sure if its just this location or every Uhaul location, but the staff is not very inviting or friendly and service is usually very slow. Ive used this location multiple times to rent trailers for hauling materials, and its the same experience every time, crappy service, but the trailers are usually fine.

Rented a small truck to move from point A to B. Easy to reserve my truck and they had it ready when I got there the next day. Nothing out of the ordinary, just basically return the truck in the same condition you received it.

Easy, straight forward. Provided what we needed.

Easy drop off location for the rental truck we had. Let us run and top off the tank instead of charging us $10 because it was slightly lower than when we picked it up.

Horrible!!!Took my car to get a hitch installedFirst they said it would be next dayTurned into 3 days before we took our car to ProStyle who informed us uhaul does not have a hitch installer they been bringing hitch orders over to themTo top that off uhaul was charging about $150.00 more than ProStyle and not telling customers that!!!

They over charged me for gas and Miliage. Take pictures of truck gauges gas and miliage on truck before, after use. Take pictures of the whole truck. The gas was a lots less than what I was told when I picked up the truck
