Awesome eye care center. The staff are always kind and helpful. My favorite thing about this office is the new technology and keeping up with that. The doctors are so professional and helpful. They take time to explain any changes and they truly care about their patients. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Ive had both optometrists that use this as their practice. Theyre both wonderful. Theyre cheerful and charming and, most importantly, good at what they do.Yet to have a bad experience here. I always leave knowing I got the best attention to detail and my lenses will be correct and comfortable. Its nice that the staff make the entire experience easy and pain-free. Id recommend this office to anyone.

Salem eye very professional. I was disappointed when I learned Dr Abraham no longer available. Dr Colarosi was very good with me went over every part of eye exam and explained each step and the results. I had more information on eye then ever. I believe it is my experience at Salem Eye care that has educated me and spurred questions on eye health

The staff and doctor are incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the institution utilizes technology that is helpful for both patient and practitioner. The only issue that I had was communication. After ordering contact lenses for the year, I had not received them after ten days. After contacting them via phone, I was informed that the lenses were back ordered and had shipped that day. Had I gotten a simple call/email/text message, I could have gotten a few pairs from another supplier- instead now I have to go without and wear glasses with an old prescription until they arrive. Not the worst thing that could happen, however improved communication would have made a perfect experience.

This is why I called to check because you havent got to yet. And when you say I need an appointment which I already knew just schedule me. Why make me ask you if I can make one then???? Just thought her choice of words could have been different and not act like Im bothering you.

I myself have gone and taken my kids here for years, but only recently did I have the pleasure of meeting Dr. Lippiatt. Her staff was able to get me in swiftly for an eye emergency and she has taken such good care of me since! Excellent staff, always pleasant and so very helpful!

They have a decent amount of glasses to choose from, be warned the frames start at $199 and go up from their, so if you dont have vision insurance have your wallet ready...

Weve been going here since my daughter was young and theyve always been great with her. Frame prices are reasonable with insurance and they offer the transition lenses as well. You can also donate your old glasses here too.

They really care about you. i needed to see someone for an eye infection and they had me come in within the hour and checked my eyes and started me on medication right away and gave me a follow up appointment to check for improvement a few days later.

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to have found Dr. Lippiatt. I have Reis-Bücklers corneal dystrophy, and after moving away from my Dr. in NC I was very skeptical about finding the perfect Dr. it took me five long years to take a chance on anyone. I am so glad I took a chance on her! She is very straight forward, and knowledgeable. She listens to what you say, and is extremely kind. With my rare hereditary condition it’s known there’s not much beyond surgery that can be done. I didn’t want passed from specialist to specialist. I just wanted a Dr. to keep track of my progression. She has done so much more. My eye pressures were extremely high, and with her treatment plan my eye pressure has been within normal limits! Although, I was uncertain, I trusted her, and she was right! After, monitoring my pressures for several months, and Dr. Lippiatt showing determination to help. I finally had my eye exam, and I am so happy with the results.Now, Dr. Abraham! My 8 year old, and 1 year old have also been diagnosed with Reis-Bücklers corneal dystrophy. This is very heartbreaking to see in children. Dr. Abraham, went against my opinion, and recommended both of my children to Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye Institute. On the parental side of me, I will do anything to help my children & hope that one day they find a cure, so I agreed with Dr. Abraham, and within our visit to Cleveland clinic all three of us were recommended for genetic testing ❤️ Something I’ve always wanted to do. I found that research has gone so much further, then when I was a child. I can’t wait for this journey, and I can’t thank Dr. Abraham enough for leading us in the right direction! She is a wonderful doctor, knowledgeable, and great with children. Also, she never second guessed when I told her that my one year old was having the signs of corneal dystrophy. Instead, she showed us a path I’ve never saw before.I absolutely love these doctors & all the staff at Salem Eyecare Center. Thank you all for always showing my family & me that we matter!
