My kiddos had been begging me to buy a pool for quite a while. On a whim I decided to stop in to Hot Stuff Spas and Pools. I met with Marty and he was able to find me something within my budget. Marty is very knowledgeable and his customer service is impeccable. Needless to say, my children and I are very happy.

DESPERATE to find a cure for this relentless calcium that was all over our 15k + gallon pool and the lack of chemicals ( we were actually over compensating with chlorine🤦🏼‍♀️) we had Marty help us finally! SO thankful that he was so helpful and got our pool ready to swim and entertain just days before my nieces birthday party! We brought in a water sample and right there on the spot he told us everything we needed to get our pool beautiful again and things to stop adding 😂 Didn’t try to over sell or upsell us on anything which was nice! I have come here twice now to buy products and get some advice as a first time pool owner. I called and asked about how to use a product that was recommended for my problem and they were very helpful and kind! Since every other store is about sold out on products, it was very nice when I was told when the products I needed where coming back in the store. The employee was very helpful, even putting the customers inside the store before people on the phone. I was in and out in seconds!

I have about 1 year of trying to work with this company and my experience with Hot Stuff Pools and Spas has been terrible.It seems that the owners poor leadership and neglect for customer service trickles down and although some of the employees actually try and seem to give effort it seems to me they are limited by the owners guidance.After they replaced the old sand in my sand filter I started getting sand discharging from the jets in the pool that would gather on the bottom. Fast forward over 1 year to today, there is still sand gathering on the bottom and after various requests for them to remove the sand and check the inner workings, the staff and owner kept telling me I need to flush it down or that it is somehow my fault for not operating the pool correctly.I have done everything they have told me and did my best to be patient. The problem still exists and when I requested them to come out last week they told me they would do it and would charge me a service fee. After having spent thousands of dollars with them in this short period of time, I feel offended and disrespected that they offer zero support for something that is clearly their wrong doing.My take is that the problem never existed until they started working on it and that I feel they should correct it. They ultimately remain firm in telling me that its my problem and they they will investigate and charge me more for it.Im choosing to find a more professional company to give my money to, and can not express how terrible my experience has been, how much money Ive wasted, and how much time Ive spent trying to resolve the issue.If any one is looking for a Pool or Spa company. I recommend you look elsewhere. All these guys are really good for us selling you chemicals and taking your money; dont expect any professional advice and or support.To the owner, I recommend you look at customer service as a priority and the life line of your success in business. You dont need to be an expert in your industry but at least show your customers that you are trying and genuinely care about the service they are getting; a little effort goes a long ways.

From the start to the finnish they put the customer first, they knew their products and did not let us waste a lot of time or money on something other than what we wanted. They explained every step in the process, sale was quick and easy. Delivery was prompt and they took extra care making sure the tub is where you want it and how to set it up. We bought the new cover lifter that does not attach to the tub much easier to use and set up. A great experience expect to be doing business with them for a long time.

Awesome crew at this place, I showed up, spoke with the owner outside a bit, 20 minutes later we set a date to have it delivered. It was a quick, easy delivery! I am 100% confident that I know how to use everything on it too. They installed the cover holder and set my stairs up as well. Awesome dudes for sure! Thank you, Thank you for being part of the Salem community. This is a long story but necessary I believe. We wanted to purchase a spa and had 5 places in Salem we were going to look. I love doing my homework. The first place was Hot Stuff. So being uninformed and all, I was expecting much lower prices, that said, my mouth dropped open and I thought how am I going to afford this. Karey, an amazing employee by the way was so helpful for every question I could think of, so then I asked what do other people ask and she added so much more. I felt like I knew everything about spas, theirs and others that I could know. I took that info with me to the next place and the next and the next. No one even compared to help us as much as Karey. The prices were lower each place we went, not by a lot but lower. That was intriguing, but I also felt like I was not getting what I wanted, like lots of jets, continued heat, room, knowledge of their items. Another place we went had very nice spas at a couple $1000 less than Hot Stuff. So I thought $2000 is $2000. They were nice and spent a good amount of time with us. We went home and I looked even more online, having more knowledge now, spent a couple weeks investigating. We were waiting for concrete to be laid so I felt like I had some time. We decided to go back to Salem and went to the last place first intending to buy. Well, the same person that had helped us before was maybe having a bad day but made us feel not very necessary to increase their business. We looked around and both thought, Lets go back and revisit Hot Stuff. I had more questions that came up the more I investigated and of course Karey was there to answer all of them plus more. I knew then why I was going to pay the extra money. Because Karey went the extra mile. You have a gem in her Adam, keep her happy. The delivery was just as professional and kind as the purchase. Marty was truly a plethora of information. I love that they take all questions even the stupid ones and treat you kindly. He spent quite a bit of time explaining everything that would be in the book Spas for dummies. I needed a lot of info on how to operate the spa. Thank you Marty for being generous with your time. You and Matt did a fabulous job getting us our new Happy Place. A lovely company to do business with. Just hope our electrician comes today so we can use it. I originally began shopping for hot tubs from other local places, but after discovering how important it is to have a good local support system for any potential issues, Hot Stuff was the hands down winner. From start to finish the team here has been excellent, answering any questions I had during the purchase process and ensuring I picked the right hot tub for my husband and I. Beware some of the other spa companies...my neighbor bought a hot tub from one of the other companies and they literally delivered it to their driveway for them to ASSEMBLE themselves! They had to put on the side panels to the spa, and move it to where they wanted it, it was crazy. Rest assured Hot Stuff does not leave you hanging like that, they are there for you from the beginning, and will teach you everything about your spa, maintenance, and chemicals. Oh and they do free water samples that give you a “recipe” for the chemicals you need, it saves you money by not using guesswork buying chemicals, and also ensures you’re not soaking in a chemical laden bath either. I’m so happy with my purchase and the service. Lifetime customer here!

Bought a hot tub from hot stuff when they had the parking lot sale in place of the fair expo. The delivery went well. One of the fittings was leaking and they came and replaced it immediately and even comped us the chemicals we used to fill it up the first time. Very good customer service and a good experience with them fixing something that comes from the factory. Will always do business here.

Like the tub didnt like the service and the rep at the fairgrounds for Viking spas was very dishonest warranty started the day I bought it not the day it was delivered two months later so now its broke down and they refuse to do anything wont be going there again

BEWARE! They will charge you a 25% restocking fee for ANY return! Even with 3 days of purchase. I bought a Sand Filter off their sales floor that they had just taken out of the box - last one! Found our power outlet was bad, not our pump and went to return their pump. It was still in my vehicle where they loaded it and they would not take it back without charging me $150! Their policy was not mentioned when I purchased it, on the receipt or website. It was on a piece of paper on the counter with a whole paragraph of other information. The owner told me they get a few calls everyday asking for pumps, but they would not even consider taking their pump back without the 25% restocking fee! Complete RIPOFF! I am filing a dispute with my bank and will sell the pump to someone who needs it!

Very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, however they had to order the parts from the spa manufacturer. This required a second visit to install the part. I waited the required time before filling my spa, unfortunately my spa was leaking within 1 hour (original problem). I immediately called to report the problem was not fixed. They were completely booked for the following week, but called in our technician on her day off. She came out and fixed the problem with no additional change. Thanks for taking care of us, great to have the spa up and running again.

Repair: called for my repair work on my spa. The repairwoman that showed up was professional-knowledgeable-and quick! She diagnosed it pretty quickly and it wasnt what we thought at all. Would definitely use them again!

Great place! We purchased a tub a few years ago and have since moved out of state. We have called them a couple times for advice on what to do when something isnt right and they are so very cooperative. I called again today as our heater is having issues. They are going to have the tech call me first thing Monday. Most places would say, Sorry go find someone close to you. Well we live in rural Nebraska. There is NO ONE close to us. So I still call them and they are always very friendly.Thanks people!!!! Great customer service. A+++++

Nice people and if youre willing to take the time to talk to the experienced part guy (Far left guy in the picture on their website), he can almost always work out a fix for you. If you dont get him though, you might as well not bother. The others struggle finding parts that work, dont pass along your message to the older guy if you leave your number and lose the part you leave with them to try and find a replacement for. By the way, go into the store rather than call. I havent called once yet and had a positive experience.

Great place to buy a spa and the staff is very knowledgable. They were a great help with our needs.

We called them to fix a leaking and overheating problem. While fixing it multiple parts were broken, which we had to pay for to get it working again. After we replaced almost all the parts inside the hot tub we finally had a working hot tub after 6 months of them working on it. It worked for about 2 months until their shotty glue work came apart dumping water on all the internal equipment. I would never use them again and suggest you save yourself from the same frustrating situation I am in.

I had a bad experience .The teak that worked on my spas put a 220 amp motor that tried to up sell me on the motor, and it had been wired 110 and it was in for a new pump and it was not the right one ether ..........I had to fight with them to get my money back............Guess you have to spend 4 or 6 thousand dollars and NOT 450.00 dollars.... NOT VERY GOOD SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY WORK NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!
