First time hot tub owner. We purchased our hot tube at Marquis Salem. When it arrived it was exactly what we ordered and the team that set up the hot tub did an outstanding job getting everything exactly how I wanted it positioned and the cover installed flawlessly. The salesperson, Alan was very helpful when I had questions on the initial set up and maintaining the chemistry of the water. Wasnt difficult at all. I have been very happy with the hot tub now that we have had ours for 8 months with zero issues. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to get a new hot tub.

Beautiful hot tubs, we bought one and got delivery for one week out. All of the other spa dealers told us that it would be after the first of the year in 2022. We did buy a floor model, but not any of the other stores even had that.

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Marquis Hot Tubs. We were told the wait time was pretty long, 3 months, before we made the purchase. The delivery was exactly 3 months.The crew that took out our old hot tub and installed the new one were fast, courteous and very helpful. They gave great instruction for the wiring hook up, which I get it, they cant do because their install crew are not licensed electricians and the liability, etc. It took me 5 minutes to land my existing wires.The quality and craftmanship in the tub, from the exquisite finish to the high quality pumps and controller are well worth the price. I always prefer to purchase from local companies and with Marquis manufacturing plant in Independence and our house being in Dallas, I feel I am helping to support our community.

Very friendly and honest and easy to work with. No pressure and these days with demand being so high it is nice to know people are still providing good customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hot tub.

While we didn’t buy a hot tub from here the staff here has been very helpful when it comes to being able to answers to questions about maintenance and just being able to provide me the right stuff to keep my hot tub well taken care of.

We bought from the salem store and I couldnt be more pleased. Extremely knowledgeable about spas and local hard water issues. Never felt pushed or pressured. Ive only ever stopped at the salem store except once when power was out in that area. The salesman in the other off brand store sold me the wrong test strips which ended up a catastrophe for me. Ill never shop any other store again.

I went to the store to see if I could order a piece for my hot tub and the door was locked on a Thursday in the moddle the day. The windows are tinted so I cant see if anybody is inside but the open sign was on. Horrible customer service to leave the door locked if they are really open.

We recently purchased a Hollywood Elite spa from Marquis Hot Tubs in Salem. We love it! From the moment we walked in the door to the time it was up and running, the experience has been great. Alan was very knowledgeable and worked with us to determine what spa would work best for us and then he helped us find it. There was never any pressure, and we never felt like anyone was trying to sell us more than we needed. I was nervous when the spa was being delivered because we were putting up on a new deck with an inset for the tub. With the help,of the contractors on site and Marquis crew, we were able to get it up and in pretty easily. The crew took great care to make sure nothing was damaged. We are very pleased with our experience and would recommend Marquis Hot Tubs of Salem and Alan to anyone looking for no pressure sales and excellent service.

I purchased a Marquis hot tub in June 2017. Its the Spirit model and I couldnt be happier with the purchase. Delivery and setup was very smooth and my wife and I use it nearly every day and are very happy with our purchase. Ive had no issues with the hot tub operation and like to the fact that it has been very easy to use and maintain. I visit the Marquis hot tub store in Salem regularly to purchase spa chemicals and replacement filters and like the fact I receive a 10% discount on all purchases since I own a Marquis hot tub. The friendly staff always have what I need there to take care of my hot tub and Im looking forward to many more years of relaxation and stress reduction I always get when using my Marquis hot tub. Marquis makes great hot tubs!

Don sold us our hot tub a little over 5 years ago and has continued to provide us with amazing customer service and support ever since. My wife and I have been so pleased that we took my parents in last weekend and they purchased a new hot tub from Don as well. Weve now had our hot tub for three months. First time buyers. We use the tub morning and night. Alan & Don were very helpful & patiently answered all my questions about the different features & the chemical requirements. Once the tub was set up, they readily Im with water clarity problems due to using well water. Also, over the phone, solved an issue I was having with a diverter. The tub itself is delightful. Well certainly be recommending Alan, Don & Marquis to our friends.

Hello, my name its Randall. I purchased a 10 year old Marquis Hot tub. I cant believe how great it functions being 10 years old. I have slowly learned how to use it. Alan at the Salem store had been extremely helpful in acclimating me to the tub. I have worked through some minor issues and it we works great! We order a E Series 435 from the Salem store a couple months back. Our salesman Kaine was outstanding and did an exceptional job answering our questions and getting our order processed! The spa arrived on time and was exactly what we ordered and top shelf quality. The set up crew was punctual and did a quick job installing. We have been using it nearly every night since we got it (except during bad weather) and we couldnt be happier with it. The semi lounge style therapy seat is a great feature! Highly recommended products and store!

We purchased a Marquis Spa six years ago when we built our new home. The jets had a manufacturing defect that began to show up the first year. The folks at Marquis have been very easy to work with to replace these jets as they failed.I appreciate a company that stands behind their product and takes care of their customer. I also appreciate the 10% off that I receive as a customer for maintenance supplies.

This is our third hot tub in 20 years and by far the easiest to maintain. (The other two were not Marquis). The staff are always friendly when you go in to purchase supplies which is a bonus. We have had this hot tub for several years now and have no complaints!
