Thank you to David for diagnosing the problem with my Jacuzzi jet tub over the phone. He then called the parts supplier to get the part numbers and gave me the numbers so I could purchase the parts and have them shipped to me. When the parts arrived he came out and installed them in less than an hour and my jets were back in action! Our house was under contact and the buyer really wanted this tub in working order so David was prompt with scheduling the repair and even arrived early. I highly recommend Spa Doctors. Friendly, helpful staff and great service.

My husband and I bought our hot tub from Spa Doctors and our experience was absolutely fantastic! David and his team are so knowledgeable, friendly and made the process absolutely effortless for us. They made sure we had everything we needed to get in asap and we havent looked back, other than to wonder why we waited as long as we did. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!

David and his crew did a perfect job of installing the tub and showing us how to manage the chemicals needed to keep it in optimum shape. As it turned out, the tub had a defective pump, a fact that didnt show up until the day after installation. Going above and beyond reasonable expectations, David came out that same afternoon and replaced the faulty part and stuck around well into the evening to be sure the system was working right. Truly exemplary service!!!Addendum (May 2021): I want to add another example of super follow-up service. We had an issue involving specific chemicals for the hot tub, and David was on it **instantly**! He dealt with the problem perfectly and with no questions asked. Other businesses could well use Spa Doctors as a model for customer service.

We have had an amazing experience with Spa Doctors. We definitely did our fair share of research and shopping around, but our first conversation with David made the decision a whole lot easier. We’ve had our hot tub for a little over 3 months now and couldn’t be happier. They seem to truly care that what they’re selling you will meet your needs, versus others who are just focused on the sale. We started looking at Hot Tubs in June, we decided with all this COVID stuff to purchase one since wed be staying home alot. Spa Doctors was the first actual store we went into. I had done some research online before going and had an idea of what I was looking for. I actually hate shopping, I would much rather order stuff, so I was ready to have a bad experience, but I cant say that happened. Our experience was anything but bad!!! There wasnt a lot on the showroom floor, because everyone is like me, and decided they needed hot tubs. However, a two person tub, just like I had been looking at online was there. It was meant to be. David was amazing at answering all of our questions, and were hot tub newbies, so we had a lot. The tub was installed less than a week later, and again David and his staff were excellent. He walked me threw the whole process and the men helping him were extremely polite and professional. They had the tub installed and filled, ready to go in less than an hour. Any messages Ive had to send to ask more questions have been answered within minutes. Ive recommend several people that have been looking for tubs to go here. One of these days, when we upgrade, well go back to David and Spa Doctors, there will be no shopping around for us. We love, love, love our tub. I feel like its improved our lives, and I tell everybody that they need a hot tub.

To you Jada Sanders,Ive been working on hot tubs for 20 years.Sorry your experience with spa doctors was not good. You give no reasons for your bad experience.Whoever you had ther at your house messing with the wiring, splicing wires together to make it work and not even installing the correct breaker so that you could possibly electrocuted. You should be a little smarter.And no nothing about our company.You are just mad cause we wont come out and fix your spa any more and that is due to your attitude and the way were treated by you when we came.There is no one in this town that knows more about hot tubs than we do.
