I have only been in the store twice, and so far all the employees that I have interacted with shared a friendly smile and held a nice conversation with me. I talked to this one young man named Jake and he was extremely friendly and we shared a few laughs. He answered any questions my sister had with no hesitation, and it was overall a great experience. 10/10 made my day

I spoke with Sean, David and Andrew multiple times each, and every time I did, each one of them were professional, polite, patient and extremely helpful! It is refreshing to get such excellent service from a business. Especially considering pool sales going through the roof these past two years and probably thousands of new unexperienced customers like myself. We recently bought our oval above ground pool from Namco. We completed this entire purchase all over the phone and email. We worked with Andrew and he was so accommodating and made this process extremely easy. He explained everything, answered my bazillion questions, was extremely patient and was quick to respond to emails. One of the items we purchased for the pool was damaged during shipping. Namco replaced it no questions asked. We got our pool from the Salem store so I didnt want to drive all the way to Salem to replace this item. Andrew lives near by so delivered a new one to us. I would recommend Namco to any one looking to purchase an above ground pool. Thanks so much!
What a great experience!! I am the first time pool owner and I had no clue how to maintain the pool. My pool had turned green and had been calling maintenances services but they were so busy. I met Sean at Namco and he guided me through the entire process patiently and after 2 weeks my pool is blue. Thank you to Sean and Andrew. Employees at this store will take care of you guys very faithfully and they are not tired of explaining if you are naive and been asking stupid questions. I am a new pool owner and didn’t even know where to begin! It’s an overwhelming task and massive amount of knowledge needed and I was afraid I would be taken advantage of since I didn’t have a clue. My friend recommended seeing Andrew the Assistant Manager at Namco in Salem NH and I never looked back. He literally saved my summer with my kids and my pool!! He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and didn’t “oversell” me on things I didn’t need. Thank you Andrew for the 5 star service every time I come in and for making me a pool hero with my kids!! My comment is directed at the excellent customer service provided by Andrew F. I recently purchased a Bellini patio umbrella and had some questions that a younger worker could not answer. Andrew had been non-stop busy with pool related questions. When I was finally able to speak with him, he was happy to answer all of my questions. Unfortunately, the umbrella was defective and had to be exchanged. Again, Andrew was busy making a pool sale, received a phone call and was happy to assist us. This man takes multi-tasking to a new level and does it with a smile! All too often exceptional employees are overlooked. I hope that Namco realized that they have an exception employee, Andrew F.! Our experience was absolutely the best. We bought and had installed a pool early this summer from Namco. Our experience with this installer was not the best. We had problems and the wall being damaged upon installation. Andrew fom the Salem NH store took matters in his own hands and reached out to cooperate office and did everthing he could to help us resolve matters. A new pool was installed by new installers and its just great. Andrew and the entire staff has been so helpful and pleasant to deal with. They really saved us from a not so pleasant situation . We would highly recommend purchasing a pool at Namco in Salem NH. Shout out to Andrew!!!! Sorry forgot to mention Dave he was also so helpful and professional.

Show up to the Salem New Hampshire location at 6:50 p.m. to pick up a few bottles of shock. 18-minute drives to this location and get to the door and its locked even though the sign says they close at 7:00 p.m.. I learned something today. I learned that there is a Leslie pool supply right across the street and even with searching the area on my phone, driving over, I still got there with 4 minutes to spare. Guess what, they close at 7:00 p.m. too, but they were still open and happy to sell a case of shock. I was in and out of there before 7:00 p.m. Thanks namco for making me aware that there was a Leslie pool supply in the area.
Just went in to purchase a pool vacuum and was met with an extremely messy, unkempt store. I could not access the back of the store because there was stuff lying everywhere. The vacuum was labeled incorrectly, and was put below a lower price, when I explained that to the cashier, he said he was confused and still charged me the larger price. I heard the manager tell his employees not to answer the phone because the same customer had been calling over and over. He also called the person on the phone lazy. Real great customer service. On our way out he didnt say for us to have a nice day. He ignored me at the register while i was trying to be friendly. This place has really gone downhill in the last 16 months.
Save yourself a lot of headaches and do not purchase or have your pool installed by Namco. Our liner is full of wrinkles and the overall quality of the installation is unacceptable for what we paid. Whats even worse is trying to get someone to help you remedy the situation. Our phone calls, multiple emails, in person store visits, and hand written letters have all gone unanswered and no one has been able to help us. Once they have your money that is all they care about. Their customer service is the worst of any company Ive ever dealt with.

This my 1st time owning a pool, the whole experience buying it was great dealing with the reps at the salem nh store they were really helpful I give them that. Its when it came to set the installation that end up turning for the worst. I was given a number to a local construction company, gaducci or something similar cant even get their name straight cause cant even understand it from their voice mail when you call. I called and set a date for the installation. So I called the week before to get confirmation and all I was told was if they didnt called, to assume they were coming. The day of the installation we waited all day for them, we called them several times and they kept on giving us different times on top of us calling them repeated times to get someone to answer their phone to ultimately not even show up. Now we have all this equipment in our garage without knowing how or when itll be installed even though installation and everything else has been already paid off.
Had a great experience with friendly staff. Will do all my future pool business here!

Namco in Peabody totally screwed up when ordering my pool. The Salem location was able to resolve the solution and go above and beyond. Andrew and Sean got me scything I needed and made everything right. This is the only pool store I go to. They are out of the way from me but they took care of me.
I was having trouble with an order placed weeks ago through the online store. Customer service never responded after multiple email and phone call attempts. I reached out to the Salem store and spoke with Andrew. He was awesome. He went above and beyond to get my issues resolved. What corporate could not do in 3 weeks he did in 2 days. I really appreciate the hard-work and focus on customer service. Go see Andrew, you are most certain to get great customer service and a great assistant manager.

We, like many, decided to put a pool in this year. I called around and Namco had the best price ($1000 less)! The demand was off the charts for pools, equipment, and installers. Naturally, there was a supply shortage for all of it. Regardless of all those obstacles, Sean from the Salem NH Namco managed to have the pool delivered to us and set up an install date sooner than any other company could.During this unprecedented time, I would choose Sean to be on my team. Namco chose well and since they will have (I imagine) a record selling year, I hope they reward Sean for his part in making his store so successful.
I recently ordered a pool from the corporate office of Namco online. After receiving my pool, I began installation and found I was missing 1 part of the rail assembly. Instead of dealing with corporate, I contacted the Salem branch and without hesitation they took the needed part off of their floor model so I could complete my pool. About 2 weeks later my brand new pump stopped working. Again I contacted Salem, and again they took the pump and replaced it immediately. I have rarely dealt with a group that is so willing to help, and will bend over backwards, even when I didnt buy the pool from their location. Whatever I need for pool materials in the future, I will make the 1/2 hour drive, passing all other stores, to work with them.

I bought the fence for my pool on 06/07/21, today 06/23/21 I still havent received anything and I depend on it for inspection. they assured me that in a maximum of 2 weeks they would deliver me.
Although the supplies are low and the pool industry is insanely busy, the staff at the Salem Nh store was very helpful and attentive each time I visited. Sean was extremely helpful in getting us our pool, even with the shortage right now. He went above and beyond getting us the pool and install date.
I ordered a beautiful outdoor bar set. When I arrived to pick up my item I was told that it was Sold Out and the manufacturer was not making anymore of that set. Needless to say I was devastated. The guys at Naamco, Andrew and crew, went to work to hunt down the set. 2 days later I get the call. We have the set. Awesome customer service. Thats how you look out for a customer. Even though Namco is short staffed due to the pandemic, they still are very pleasant. Sean was extremely nice and all the staff helped out as many customers as they could. They are all working hard and doing an amazing job.
The customer service is terrible, no one has any idea what they are doing or has any knowledge of their products and they arent willing to learn to actually help the customers .. very disappointing

I walked into Namco in Salem NH with a major problem. The motor set up for my above ground pool was all wrong. it was at this point Jillian Mansfield stepped into action. Jillian said that the motor could be rotated and did not need to be replaced. She took the time to rotate it in store. Jillian also pointed out that I should really have an intake shut off valve as well as a discharge shut off. I only had an intake one previously. This has made a world of difference when I clean my filter. The other problem I had is with dark almost black water. Jillian quickly identified the problem and with the chemicals recommended my pool is now clear. She is professional, courteous, personable And very knowledgeable. she is an asset to Namco and she has earned all my future business. thank you Jillian.
I purchased a new Jacuzzi in November 2018 and its been awesome from Day 1. It is used daily and runs perfectly. I highly recommend Jacuzzi Brand to prospective buyers. Remember, Jacuzzi was the pioneer of hot tubs and everyone else has copied them over the years. In addition, the Namco representatives are extremely helpful and return all inquiries very fast. I am extremely satisfied with the service at Namco and the quality of Jacuzzi Brands. Kim is wonderful to deal with and my experience has been 100% positive.
My step mother bought an egg chair there about a week and a half ago, the chair is beautiful and she is very happy. Your associate David was extremely helpful and made our purchase pleasurable.
Sean helped get me everything I needed for my pump and filter. He even went around the store with me lifting all the heavy stuff! One my purchase was complete, he then assisted me to my car for help putting the heavy things in. Thank you again! Best customer service :)
Ordered a solar cover reel system. Waited a month. Got notified that it finally came in. When i picked it up, only 1/2 the order was available so it was useless. Called next day, they said it may be back ordered and will call me tomorrow with update. Week later no call. I called the store today, twice, starting at 10:50 a.m. and no answer
Kim at Namco is awesome! She helped us with our purchase of a pool and made us feel like we were the only ones there, even though I know the store was busy. It’s a big purchase and we really had a lot of questions-all of which she answered without making us feel rushed. Also when we had questions about our delivery she helped us figure out exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend doing business here.
Salem, NH store is completely mismanaged. Phone is continually ringing, employees ignore it. No prices listed on pool repair parts, skimmers, brushes, hoses or chemical reagents. If you ask an employee for a price, they just guess. Purchased $11.99 Baquacil test strips that were expired. Youd be better off going to Leslies. The only thing Namco has over Leslies are the pool displays. However, Namcos pool display section is misleading because they have no above ground pools in stock.
This Namco is amazing! Kim is a pleasure to deal with extremely knowledgeable of her products, and always goes the extra mile to make customers satisfied and happy! Namco should find more employees like her. I live 5 miles from the Peabody store, and I refuse to do business there. I’d rather drive the extra miles to get the best services around! Buying the pool from the NAMCO was an exciting and fun experience. Sean was very helpful. However....I bought the pool on May 3, 2020 and it was delivered on May 12, 2020. I was instructed to call NAMCO if I hadnt heard from their sub contractors (to install the pool) within 2 weeks of the delivery date. Ive called multiple times without a response.Ive left multiple voicemails. They havent returned my calls.I called them on my way into work this morning and someone FINALLY answered the phone. This kid asked if I wanted to talk to his manager so he could figure out and install date. After 5 minutes of waiting the kid came back asked for my name and number and told me that his manager would give me a call back today. That call didnt happen.After I got home from work today I called AGAIN because I never got a call back and I had to leave another voicemail.I spent thousands of dollars to buy a pool from them a month ago and its sitting in boxes in my backyard.I understand that we are living in different times right now but as a customer whos looking for information we still deserve open and honest communication. All I want is a tentative install date so I can plan all of the other things around it, such as scheduling the water delivery and having electrician come by. I am aware that weather impacts current jobs and dates can fluctuate, but we should still have an estimated install window.Please do better for your customers. Its the real world. Things happen. I get it. Just communicate. Dont leave people in the dark.

I have been going to the Salem store for years and have always had good customer service there. In the last couple years Kim has always gone out of her way to help me get what I need. The prices at the store are very competitive and in many cases cheaper than the surrounding stores.
We bought our pool more than a month ago. We were told to contact the office if, within two weeks of delivery of the pool, we were not contacted by the contractor. We paid extra for the installment of our pool. We’ve tried to reach ANYONE at NAMCO to figure out what is going on with this, we’ve left countless voicemails now because no one calls us back, but when you call you are directed to the message center. There is no direct contact for anything. Needless to say, with the amount we’ve called we still haven’t received a single call back (in more than two weeks), and clearly the pool contractor has not called us. So here we are - boxes of pool equipment in our yard, destroying our grass, and $6000 spent for absolutely nothing. If you are looking for a company to follow-through or care about customer service, I would not recommended NAMCO to anyone at this point. Ever. This has been the most infuriating and frustrating purchase and process, all because we can’t even get a simple answer. It’s absurd.
My husband and I purchased a pool and hot tub last Fathers Day. It was a very busy day at the store but Kim took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions(we had many and still do!) She was very patient with our kids and even allowed each of them to chose a pool toy for when our pool arrived! I still keep in touch with her and she always answers my questions promptly.

This was a horrible experience It is now June 25 2020 and I Ordered my pool on Easter Sunday (April 15th) 4 months and I have gone trough two installers because the first installer took 2 months and after setting date after date after date not him but his workers showed up and installed the pool wrong we started to fill the pool the legs and wall started to buckle then I came home one day to my yard be flooded because the cover on the pump being not screwed on right and again flooding our yard and our neighbors also we had to pump the water out our selves and the new installer we have not heard from him in 3 weeks today we called corporate and they said he would be here today he was not so we called them again and they said that they called him and said he would call in 10-15 minutes and 2 and a half hours later nothing I am on hold with them right nowIF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BUYING A POOL FROM NAMCO GET SMARTER TURN AND RUNalso Sean and Andrew were very nice and helpful but all they can do is send off emails do deaf ears and they do not response and leave the people in the store dealing with the customers without any support from corporateWe are still waiting and have been on the phone with them all dayThis our 4th namco pool and will be our lastCalling the BBB on the store because this is crazy and not right
So, I pride myself on being an independent woman, and Id been thinking about purchasing a pool for some time now. Id compared styles with my needs, waited on summer sales, made list after list highlighting best points and main concerns-by the time I went to buy I was ready to rumble with any sales associate. Turns out, no rumble needed! I left the Namco store in Salem THRILLED! I was helped by two personnel, I believe an associate Kim, and the store manager Jillian, both of whom were friendly, professional, and HONEST! They took their time to answer and re-answer every question/concern I had thoroughly, and talk through my options. These women not only knew their products inside and out, but didnt try to talk me into something I didnt want or need. Jillian especially made me feel super confident and secure in the package I was purchasing and I cant wait until my pool is up and running! (Especially since I sprung for the Rose all day wine float!!) Would defineltly recommend this location; especially because of the help of the staff, to anyone thinking about adding an aquatic oasis to their homestead! THANKS AGAIN JILLIAN AND KIM!!

Although stock in the past used to be scarce, since they were recently bought out there have been zero issues. Everything Ive needed has been on hand and readily accessible. My husband and I have been Namco customers for over 20 years. They have taken care of all of our swimming pool needs in a friendly and professional mannor. Much better than Leslie Pool. I was in Leslie Pool for close to an hour. They literally had two people doing nothing while the other 3 were busy. After close to an hour I drove across the street to Namco and was in and hout in 10 minutes

I purchased a floor model Jacuzzi tub and had some problems at first. Both the store and the tech support rep helped me and my electrician get the tub wired properly. I also purchased a Gazebo for my yard from Namco - not set up yet, but looking forward to next summer!
With complete honesty and politeness, spoke with woman manager on duty, regarding white, heavy plastic chair bought 6/17/19 to use on deck on vacation come 2 weeks later. Explained chair would suddenly collapse at bottom, making person fall to ground, and had to stop using. I asked for the credit of the chair ($69.99) to put towards buying a more expensive, non-folding chair so this would not happen.Nice gentleman carried chair from my trunk into store, and had only partially opened it before manager said “It’s obvious it’s been used...it’s dirty, you can see people have been using it, yah I can’t take that back.” I said I had been being honest with her, and had already told her it had been used, and about it suddenly collapsing. It was outside on deck, waiting for opportunity of finding someone to lift into my trunk to bring back, so of course it’s ‘dirty’ (had pollen on it). I hate being truthful, asking for help, and having someone, especially another woman, actually not hear you, then treat you like a low-life. I did leave the chair there, so at least I don’t have to bring to dump to dispose of.
What kind of protection for Covid 19 pandemic???? Not one employee using mask, glove or hand sanitizer in the Salem NH store including the Manager. No shield for the cashiers either. Close this store if its not safe to shop.
I ve gone back and forth to this store and have dealt with Kim. I just wanted to say how relieved I am to finally be dealing with someone so informative, kind, and courteous. She has been answering all of my numerous questions with ease. I am very impressed with this store and especially Kim!!
This store has changed dramatically.It used to be so bright and welcoming when you went inside. I went there a few days ago to get 4 bags of filter sand. Walking up to the store there were so many bugs outside of the doors, so many that my son was scared to walk by them. We get inside and were not even greeted like we used to be. The store seemed darker and the pools had been moved up front making it seem a bit cluttered. I had to go find the bags of sand and no one offered to help us. After I found the sand they only had 3 bags and I needed 4. So we left and went to Leslies pool supply up the street. Much better service there and they even loaded the sand into my car as I had a baby in my arms.

Do not shop in this store they will not honor online pricing the sales manager was completely incompetent and would not work with us was on phone and not paying attention. We also saw people trying to return defective parts only to leave very mad no customers service at all place is a complete joke.

Best customer service! Kim answered all our questions regarding purchasing a new above ground pool.She was very professional and patient and didnt push us. We had a bad experience with an outside installer that was referred to us and Kim went above and beyond trying to rectify the situation. She even made calls for us on her day off!!Sophia at Namco was also helpful by giving us a name of another installer who actually returned our phone call and came the next day to install our pool.Kenny from Ragucci Construction and his crew showed up when they said they would,worked hard for many hours in the hot sun and did a fabulous job!I would recomend the Salem NH Namco and Kenny Ragucci to anyone!good job and thank you!! They dont give employees breaks. They also dont give employees commission if they close a sale, simply because someone else drew up paperwork on the sale but did nothing to actually close the deal. We dont take breaks here. is a phrase they like to use by the way.

Pulled up and seen a man standing at the front door at 9:03am...then as I’m walking over I see a woman open the door to let him in and then locks it behind her. So Now there are 3 people waiting to get in. I called and checked to confirm the hours and the system says 9am... online even says 9am. 10-15 minutes go by now and all of a sudden she opens the door to let the guy out who has clearly been shopping since he had a pool supplies in his hand and she rudely says to everyone.. we don’t open until 10 it just started today. So we said there should be a sign because people are coming and leaving and she shrugged her shoulders with an attitude and said we don’t open until 10. So ignorant! She has people standing outside which she can clearly see while she is allowing someone else to shop. I wouldn’t mind if she wasn’t so rude but she should look at how she treats the customers.

Working where you interact with people means you need to maintain a sense of respect, especially for people who spend alot of their money here. The people working here are just here for a paycheck.Called in to do some sort of an exchange for a pool cover that was clearly marked/packaged wrong. Our pool is 18x33. The cover purchased was supposed to be 21x38 which means that there should be approx. 1.5ft on the shorter lengthed sides and 2.5ft on the 2 far end sides. The cover that we purchased was literally the size of the pool. When we spoke to the employee and explained the situation, he responded with So?. Now, Im not sure if NAMCO really cares about customer service or not but that is inexcusable. If you dont like your job, get an education and aim higher. We then got transferred to another employee who explained their return policy. We understand rules and policies are set in place but if it was a wrongly packaged product, there should be some sort of forgiveness instead of a 50% fee. Corporate will undoubtedly exchange it for us but its just sad the lack of empathy some people have these days.Spend your money at Beminsters. Much more understanding and alot more courteous. Our mistake for not following suit.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a pool, pump and filter online. Took over 6 weeks to receive. Went to go set it up and we were missing all of the hardware. Pool ran for less than a month when the pump stopped working. When NAMCO was contacted we were told there was nothing they could do since its been more than 30 days. Never going to namco again.
Needed cheap sand for an aquarium, they were very helpful and the price was great
