Came to get a new phone. On. 31 of August And the employee told me she would have a bigger selection, wed. They open at 10. Was there, not open . after 10 calls to this plac i finally got someone to answer. Long story short she said no one told me 10 open . I said to her are you calling me a liar. I said I will come there. And I know who I talked to, she said she does not know who it was that helped me. I said that is easy, one employee was there, look at schedule, Hispanic female
I went to ask about plans and Brian helped me throwing an offer that I couldnt avoid taking, 2 lines on unlimited for $80! and their service works way better than other prepaid brands like metro or boost.

I thought what Id purchased was a LG Harmony 3.. Got home and received an email saying thanks for purchasing the LG Xpressions 2 okayyy??? Not a Harmony 3 people.... Taking it back tomorrow. Representative was very young. should take more time to make sure he reads correctly and double check the product and makes sure that what the customer pays for is what they RECEIVE...
Good store. Nice people. The hours closed to 7pm M-Th at the beginning of the month, but as I learned yesterday they lock the door about 10 minutes before that. So get there early if you anticipate service.
Long story short, I went to this store to upgrade my phone and their system and probably a lack of experience/training resulted in me not being able to upgrade my phone with them.I have been with Cricket for over 7 years and have zero issues upgrading my phone online so this was a huge waste of time and disappointment to have this store not try better to resolve their problem.😕

Theyre extremely friendly. Ive been to almost every Cricket store from the North County. They are all Wonderful here. They know their products. They are quick. Highly recommend this Cricket location.
Horrible horrible customer service, I was there only to purchase a new sim card and they literally took an hour to attend me. There was at least 4 other people waiting after me and they also looked really frustrated. A man was even kneeling on the ground because he was so frustrated. Someone asked how long they were going to take and the person said Im helping another customer just wait. Horrible place if you can go somewhere else, please do so you dont to through what I went through!!!

They open at 11am on sunday but doors werent open nor was anyone there until 11:20am. Also wanted to charge me $5.00 extra for being a day late in paying my bill.... its prepaid phone service!!! I wont be back to his location. No wonder the door says their hiring, probably because their employees cant show up on time!
I somehow always get a deal when I go to Cricket: some kind of discount or adjustment to my plan that reduces my monthly payment. When my iPhone broke years ago, I bought a cheap ZTE just for the interim until the new OnePlus came out. Ive had no problem with compatibility. Pretty happy with the service. The only thing I wish is that I had international texting when I took a trip abroad.

The hours listed on google do not match actual store hours.... and they wont answer questions like where is the nearest open location. They just point to their wrist and gesture 7. Its really frustrating!
