Garage door was knocked off track and a tension cable broke after closing on a car that was in the way (too much force). This was around 7:30pm, and I posted service request with several garage door repair vendors later than night. Bill replied in less than 30 minutes, scheduled a visit for 730am the next day. He arrived right on time, super polite and professional. He quickly figured out the problem, and had the repair completed within 30-45 minutes. My wife and I recently bought new garage doors from Moonlight Garage Doors and we love them! Bill came out to measure our door and help select new doors and he was very polite and courteous. He didnt try to pressure us at all. On the day of Installation he was there exactly when he said he would be and did the job all in 1 day! We contracted Moonlight garage doors a couple of months ago, as our 2-car garage was shut and did not open. Bill came by the next day and quickly replaced the 2 springs that were broken, he also replaced all rollers to get us back to having a fully functioning garage in no-time. Great service.
