Good old Home Depot......got my forearm forklifts to move a case....good stuff

I do truly love the Home Depot way above and beyond their major competitor Lowes. Im so sorry Lowes but you just dont have what Home Depot has. Im not looking for the kind of store that caters to weekend handyman. Im looking for the kind of place that serves an actual business and this is what Home Depot is. If you need to change the light bulb then I suggest coming here anyway. Because you know what Home Depot caters to everyone. Theyre set up for all of you. And they are able to handle all your needs when it comes to hardware, building supplies, plumbing supplies, you name it theyve got it.

The customer service Krista 😍was very nice with me and also the Manager Matthew was a very good service advisor.

Vernon the cute lot attendant was very helpful, he helped me load my ford f150 with wood that i purchased to build my bed that i am making. he was so kind to me

The staff is ready to help right away. The only place around that sells water Lilies and pond plants during the planting season. They keep it clean and the rental department is handy for those big jobs. The truck rental is a bargain if you stay under minimum time.

Needed some wood glue for a project that i was doing. I stop by the Home Depot and found the gorilla wood glue that I was looking for. As well as several other items.

The Santa Clarita East Home Depot (as I call it) is one Awesome Store. It seems like theyre always open when I need them and 9 out of 10 times, I get prompt service without having to search for it. Good place to shop for Home Improvement and Gardening needs!

I overall like this Home depot as they have more and are better stocked than the other HD in the area. Staff is really nice. Only thing is the online order lines and return lines are confusing so you dont know if you are in the right lines or not but this is at the other HD too.

Ordered a split system AC Unit For my home gym and pick-up at the curve. No hassle. Everything goes North. 😀😆

I’m truly not the type to write negative reviews, but when you’re out $4k dollars on Windows purchased from Home Depot and you start playing cat & mouse when the products weren’t as advertised, well then I will make the truth known to other customers to BE AWARE!I recently purchased my first home (exciting right?). Well, my master bedroom faces a somewhat major street. My home that was built in 2002 already had dual pane sliding windows that did a decent job of masking off the sound from the exterior, but given the Master Bedroom facing a major street, I wanted to upgrade to the top-of-the-line option. And hence I made my way to Home Depot to inquire.We set an appointment to have a Sales Representative come out and give some estimates. I was greeted by a George Johnson. George came up to the master bedroom and advised me to go with the Simonton brand windows (contrary to the brand I had done some research on). He confidently alleged with a few examples that once the Simonton windows were installed, that 1) I wouldn’t even hear a group of Harley Davidsons riding by, 2) I would have no idea if my gardeners were conducting landscaping in the mornings, and 3) that I’d have no idea if an Ambulance was driving by.Trusting his experience, and using his Home Depot badge as a credible source, I decided to move forward with the installation. Approximately 2 months later, the installers came out and placed the new windows into the Master Bedroom. To my awe, as well as the amazement of the installers, they found literally NO DIFFERENCE in between the new windows compared to what I had in place….Shocked, confused, and perplexed I called George Johnson. He remembered who I was, and reassured me that the examples he provided were accurate and that there must’ve been some mix-up in the products that were ordered and subsequently installed.After a weeks of investigation, Home Depot claimed that a few of the windows were not to the specification I had ordered. Ok, no problem! Lets get it fixed. After another 2 months, different installers came out and replaced the Windows with what were supposed to be the correct specification.Well, once again, NO DIFFERENT from what I originally had in place. Only this time, when I contacted George about the dilemma, he (in a very stern aggressive tone) stated he never mentioned any sound proof improvements. He went further by stating “your windows that were there were old…” Well I didn’t order windows to make them “newer.”Frustrated with the whole process, I reached out to higher ups to help get this resolved. I was contacted by a Rick Orr who is the District Sales Manager. He wanted to come out and inspect the windows himself. I asked for his honest opinion to compare and contrast the new Home Depot provided windows to windows I had originally in place in another bedroom that was also facing the major street.Upon arranging a time with Rick, I notified him I would be recording all conversations given the misleading information George Johnson had provided. He consented. He came over to the house, compared/contrasted the new windows to the old – guess what: HE AGREED! He stated that there was “no significant improvement in the windows.” He seemed sympathetic to my cause. I felt comforted by this visit, but my feelings were premature.Rick stated he would contact me a few days later with a resolution. Well that day never came. Its been well over 2 months since his visit. I have texted him, called him, emailed him. NO RESPONSE. I called Home Depot Customer Care. Opened up a case. Again, no response. Over and over, I spend countless hours simply trying to come up with some sort of solution! I was promised to hear from the Regional Manager Omar Jimenez – that day has yet to come….

I have been going to this Home Depot for 10+ years. They have recently improved signage in the store and made a real effort of making things easier to find. And unlike the other blue store HD employees actually try and help you.

I went to this home depot looking for a box sizer. On the website it had one listed but the store it picked for me wasnt my store and it was out of stock. Rather that waste time changing the store I just went into the store that is directly across the street from where I work. I showed my phone to the lady that was at the customer service desk so she could look up the item #. Shes takes a quick look and says it says its out of stock I laughed because it was clear she didnt want to help me. Before it got worse another employee came over and said let me look that up for you he went above and beyond. He said they didnt have it but he told me they have the same one for the same price in Amazon. He was very nice and I felt he made up for the other lady having a bad day.

No one will ever ask if you need help. Staff just walks by talking about each other and their personal problems

Been remodeling kitchen for 77 days so feel like I know Home Depot, staff always super helpful and point me in the right direction for what I need.

I was looking for a milkweed plant. I asked a woman who was working in the nursery. I knew she didnt know what the heck i was talking about. I went where she sent me. Nothing. Finally i asked a younger employee who looked it up on his phone. He couldnt find it but at least went the extra mile to help find it.

Very helpful to my needs when Im building a DIY fence and having the essentials thats needed.

They didn’t accept return with receipt, explaining that from $106 purchase $6 was wrong return. before.

Came here for paint and screws! I was in and out fairly quick! Also bought a cactus and rented a pallet do we could lift our bunny cage! Rented for 4 hours and paid about $30

Home Depot has good selection of items for home improvement. The issue I have are three fold. First the store has a grimy feel. It just doesn’t feel CLEAN! Next, the staff for the most part are not knowledgeable about common items. Example: I asked where the “TSP” (common household cleaner) was? Two employees did not know. Of course rather than say that maybe say I’ll find out for you! Finally, I believe I sought an “older” employee and he walked me over. Third, I recently built a wood projectq. While looking I had to almost inventory a whole pile of wood that should have been either thrown away or discounted! This was not isolated. In 3 other sections it was the same issue. The Home Depot on Henry Mayo Drive is by far a better example of a quality laid out store. The Canyon Country one has a long way to go!!!

They really need to work on there phone skills. Its been like this for years, you call and they hang up on you. Not always, but more than not.

This visit to the Golden Triangle store at 10 am on Black Friday was surprisingly easy! Santiago helped up and answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and deserves recognition. After the holiday weekend I will stop in and let the store manager know!

Clean and well stocked but CS is meh. Saw employees milling about but hard to get help in specific departments.

Has most everything you need. But if you need help or have questions, go to the other big name store. There helpful customer service is more consistent. I was looking for a certain light bulb and needed three but there were only two on the shelf. I finally found someone and they scanned the barcode. She said I show we have six, then immediately walked away without saying another word.

Home Depot seems to be going down hill. Tried to find a front door light but selection was not that great and the ones we wanted they either didnt have it or all the boxes were opened and it looked like they were returns because they were not packaged right. We are going to Lowes or maybe on line.

They have so much more than just tools... I shop at home depot for everything from laundry soap to organizers for my room and everything in between. This location in particular is a great spot. Friendly workers, curbside pickup.

Typical big warehouse DIY store. (Some) employees walk around you real fast either looking at the floor or the ceiling avoiding at all cost making eye contact with you, because heaven forbids, you might ask them for help.

Overall always pretty pleased with this home depot. They lack in some of the more common items for contractors, but the homeowners can find almost everything they will need. They have a lot more specialized stuff versus Lowes. The staffing here is always about a medium sized. There usually is always someone find and for the most part are very friendly.

Hone Depot is always a fun place to go to shop. They have just about everything and most of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. This is a clean store and is very well stocked with prroducts to diy. They even have classes sometime on different hone projects. I like it.

When I step up to talk to girl behind the register and she steps back more than once —bad customer service! I can’t hear her . She shouldn’t be here. I’m very unhappy

I must share my experience. Im a senior, I live near this store and was shopping for a replacement faucet for my Bathroom. A young man who works there saw me struggling and came to offer help. His name is Omar and he was so knowledgeable. This young man not only gave me advice regarding what to purchase, he actually offered to install it for me. I was shocked that he went above and beyond to take care of me. What a great guy Omar is and what a wonderful experience. I am so grateful.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced! Three months ago I purchased 2 appliances online which said theyd be delivered by the end of that month. About a week before they were to be delivered, they said it would be delayed by a month. A day before they were supposed to be delivered, home depot calls and says theyre delayed another month. I cancelled the order and Lowes had a washer and dryer installed 2 days later. Apparently this specific home depot doesnt train their employees on how to correctly handle returns. I purchased a pair of pots online through homedepot.com and when I receiving them, found one of the pots had a large crack. I went to this home depot to return it and they said they couldnt take the return and that I just could return using the label that was in the box. I didnt think to ask many questions since the box did come with a return label. I have a tracking number and so know that the box made it to wherever it was shipped from. When I didnt receive the refund, I went back to this Home Depot to ask why and they told me that they shouldnt have instructed me to do that because they need to process the return. Oh, but it doesnt matter that they failed to train their employee correctly or that they misinformed a customer, theyre still not issuing a refund. Moral of the story, skip the nightmare that is Home Depot and go right to Lowes.

I am not sure how and why but for any job to be done at your home starting from painting to flooring, home depot undefeatedly comes with the best estimate and prices in comparison to Costco and Lowes. They are great with bunch of stuff that is charged by Lowes in terms of labor is free with HomeDepot

Didnt have what I needed

Needed to order extra panel support for our fenceEvelyn helped me with that, she was very nice, patient, friendly and courteous.

Jayne was so helpful and patient with us. She took the time to review all our options on the items we got. Also, she explained in detail our invoice, delivery dates, delivery company, and what to expect upon delivery.

Clean place helpful staff, best time to shop is in the morning!

Always well organized and the employees so friendly and happy to help. Home depot has great deals on appliances and great prices for their returned appliances. The aisles are easy to walk through and clean. The restrooms located inside the store are also well kept and stocked.

I really like the selection of Home Depot. My main criticism would be that you have to enter on one side of their immense building and exit completely on the other side of the building which makes it difficult when you just need to run in to pick up something and you just never know where to park because its still a hike either way. Unlike Lowes which makes it easy to come and go.

Had to exchange some trim wood. The Returns sign could be bigger. Stood a while in the wrong line. But, still prefer that Saugus store.

Quick curb side pick up

When you ask one of their employees. When you have a product looking for the same item some of them dont know where its located at. I think they need better training. I went to somebody else to stand on the registered that was closed and she was talking to somebody else thank you and have a nice day

People are great. Weird thing though their bathrooms are a poor advertisement for the products they sell, no PaperTowels fine but then I expect auto water, auto soap and a door that swings out so you dont have to touch the door handle!!! Seems like a fail on their part and gross too considering all the people who dont wash their hands.

Was shopping online for a new screen security door. Once again Home Depot had it in stock and The Big Blue Store did not. Shopping was quick and easy with self checkout.
