This Costco is small and does not carry a lot of items other Costcos have. Customer service needs a class in customer service. Parking is the only nice thing about this Costco.

Don’t plan on leaving empty handed, and gas is $0.10 to $0.20 cheaper. Get gas in morning, before store opens, to avoid long lines.

Always liked this location. I never have trouble finding parking. You can always search behind the building.Easy in, easy out. I avoid the gas station tho, the savings arent worth the time I waste queueing.One big negative is that they have removed 2/3rds of the outside seating for the food court which sucks because now its very hard to find seating when you order food. Additionally, theyve removed the chopped onions/relish stand for the hot dogs. Hoping this is temporary.

Ive never had any problems at any Costco locations, beside sometimes they get crowded, its a good place for groceries for those big families.

Great prices and well tested products.

Finally got back to this store. I forgot about their tarimsu desserts! Yummy

Costco has a seniors only hour from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Its really great for us seniors!

Great place to shop! This store has a magnificent meat and seafood section, wonderfully priced. You can really find just about anything in here. They have also very good deals. Lines can be long, but they are working very fast at getting customers out. Its clean and well organized.

Its cool having a Costco nearby. Great deals on meats and fruits. They have organic products. Cashiers are very fast and hard working. If you go on the weekend, be prepared for crowds, but there are plenty of registers to handle the traffic. Customer service is excellent!

I have been going there since I was born good food outside and very good things to buy.

Costco is a place you can get most anything or at least I thought . I went to get some Mac salad or some potato salad but I was surprised when they didnt have either. Seems like when I shop for specific items they are not available. But on a positive note the prices are great and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I would recommend shopping here for sure!

I really wish Santa Clarita Valley had at least one more Costco. Sometimes youll have to wait for 30 minutes or so to get gas. I will say the self check out kiosks are amazing!!

Quick stop to pick up lunch and now they want a membership card to buy at outside food court. At the same time the app decides to make it impossible to log in. They suggest begging person behind you to use their card. Um, no thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I went there to get the gas. It was cheap and cant stop myself to get inside. As always it was s good one.

Everything is good in this store except the loud mouth supervisor named Aleena. I understand the hype of her team leadership but she should also consider that she is sharing the store with the membership paying customers. Please miss supervisor dont scream and respect your customers too. My God this woman can scream so loud and scares some people. There are many strategies to boost your teams work spirit but please dont scream so loud.

The worst store ever I’ve had horrible experiences back to back. Today we went at 5:40 not knowing they close at 6:00. They let us in but were literally rushing us and clapping at us to hurry up. Me trying to rush I slipped and fell meanwhile the worker could care less and picked up the fruit I slipped on trying to act like he didn’t notice. Such an unorganized store that has the RUDEST, most useless workers and managers. I’ve been a loyal customer of years but I’m saving my money and going elsewhere.

The people are nice but theres no reason to make us wait this long. You need TWO people at the exit. Not one. Thats ridiculous. Also the pizza counter only has one person working? Really? Not cool man.

Costco has outstanding diamonds that are highly rated and they only get them from Canada. They make sure the children are not used digging in the diamond mines.

Its Costco. Big and sells most stuff.

I waited along with At Least 50+ customers in Disneyland Style lines just to check out, while Various Upper Management looked on, not really caring too much. Due to Not being able to locate an item I needed, Mike took it upon himself to make the Long Trek to the back of the store to retrieve the items. I inadvertently left my Coffee Mug at a register that was closed. Upon reaching my car, I realized my mistake. I went back 3 minutes later to recover my irreplaceable Mug and it was gone. Mike put out an APB over the walkie talkie system, but to no avail. In 3 minutes a Very Reconizable (Starbucks January) Coffee Mug can disappear inside Costco? MIND BLOWN!!

This Costco was surpsingly empty when I entered during Wednesday at 2pm. Like any Costco there is a wide selection of things you cna try from clothes, foods, snacks and electronics. There is soemthing you can always find for cheap. Their food is always the best price to ask for. Would highly recommend to just come here for the food alone but everything else is simply amazing.

I go all the time, but this time I purchased potato chips and when I got home I realized the bag had been cut open, then tapped shut with clear tape, then on the back of the bag there was a small tag taped to the back that showed it had been previously returned. Not happy! I should not have to carefully inspect each and every item as I place it in my cart! 😠 usually Costco is better than this, one star because I was about to give thre chips to the kittys when I noticed!

Long gas line, but that is normal. Not too many people for a Saturday morning. I only had two food items to purchase. This particular Costco does not have self-checkout like we have and Reno/Sparks. However, a line monitor directed me to a special cashier they had set up for small quantity customers. Very appreciative of not having to wait in line

Like Costco but the Santa Clarita Costco need to increase variety. I wentnto get Kirkland gallon water and they had none. Ranchcucamonga Costco had a variety of water, coffee brands, and Nutiva Chia seeds, coconut Mana, etc. Please bring products like Epic,, Nutria.Gee, etc.

This Costco actually pretty nice because it has outside pizza/hot dog pick up window. its not indoors like most that you need your card. But now at this location you need a card now. So you would need to be a member just To use the outside food court. Maybe its temporary because of coved BS. hopefully it will change so everyone gets to use it just not for members. It would make more sense more money for Costco if everyone + Costco members can use it

Now I know why I stopped shopping here. They constantly move stuff around so one must go through the entire store, like an endless easter egg hunt. Not good when I have a limited time and have to factor in a half to one hour just to wait in line. On the plus, some of the products are a good deal if one is a savvy shopper and knows prices in the general area. Some of the seasonal items are fun as well. Just make sure you block out enough time to purchase what you need.

Good Costco, parking is usually not bad and they have the gas station connected.

This is Costco so you know its amazing and the inventory is awesome and the employees are very helpful. And their food outside (OMG!!). Their pizza is outstanding!!

This is my go to place, my home away from home. Great selection... everything from organic food, cold brew coffees, dairy locker, and big screen 4ks and every household item you can imagine. Lots of taste samplers each visit. I’m always discovering new foods when I visit. Also check out their insurance partner Ameriprise for car, home insurance. Best in town!

Very professional and fast service

Decently clean store with friendly staff. Lines were long even with most of the registers open during the late morning hours. Unfortunately even with the lines not getting any shorter, they closed a register. I understand people ending shifts and needing breaks, but when its that busy, someone else should be ready to step up and keep that line open. The cashiers were moving quickly and efficiently and customer service was easy to work with as well. The food courtyard is situated outside which is nice for making more room inside the store and to take advantage of nice weather.

This Costco is nice and very kind employees!!And it has various kinds of items available.The location also excellent for me. Plus many people favorite use the gas station too.

Meat department, produce, and liquor are the 3 main reasons I shop here. They HAD a great selection of Keto based items grouped together near the front check out but have dispersed them throughout the store so that it is more of an easter egg hunt to find them. So I move on - Meat, Produce, Liquor. 3 departments that are all together and I can get the heck out of there.

Ive avoided Costco since March. There was a line this morning at 11am, but it moved quickly. No crowding inside. The store was pretty navigable and I could find what I needed. Checkout was organized: line up in the middle aisle and get directed to an available register. I feel confidant to go back.

I dont know what happened to Customer Service at Costco. I got in line and observed the people in front of me having their carts unloaded by the cashier. So, I thought this was a new procedure Costco was following. My turn comes and the cashier harshly tells me I need to unload my cart. I was surprised and explained I didnt know because of me seeing him unload other carts. He treated me like I was being lazy and trying to make him do extra work. Then as Im unloading my cart as fast as I can he snaps at me and tells me he needs my Costco card. I was so frustrated. I have never been treated like this. If he would have spoken to me in a nice tone, I would have understood. I spent over $200 and he acted like I was some freeloader. Costco you need to re-train your cashiers on how to treat customers with respect and dignity. Im going back to shopping at Sams Club.

Love Costco. Always clean environment. Staff is 99% friendly. My favorite thing about shopping here is check out at the register. The cashiers focus on you & getting you things rang up in a timely manner. In Other stores they tend to just up and walk off.

I hate going to Costco. The parking is bad, they always rotate the food. Which eliminates any hope i have of getting in and out quickly. And the lines are always long. Ugh. Why do I go ? The price of the Pelligrino, thats the only reason why I go. We buy 2 cases every week for a low price. I really hate that place

The Costco in Pacoima was above and beyond the best. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered st any Costco to date. It was a very enjoyable experience! $1.50 for a giant hotdog and a soda.... listen, its costco, it inexpensive, large portions and tastes good. For a quick cheap bite, its hard to beat! And the inside of the store and the deals there are not to shabby either!

I was in the store with my daughter. I never had a Costco membership. A customer service rep came up to me and had such outstanding customer service skills that I couldnt help but sign up. I am from Colorado I hope I get a chance to find out her name!

Costco was crowded, but quick. They have beautiful Christmas flower arrangements!

Super busy on Saturdays, but overall everyone was helpful.

I like that they have senior shopping hours but Ive seen people under 60 in the store at that time. Fortunately its not crowded or I might feel the need to complain. Theyve been REALLY good about safety!

I always enjoy going to Costco, though the last time I attempted a trip in Santa Clarita a couple days before Thanksgiving, there was a line to get in and I knew the lines to get out would be awful. I was short of time, so I just left.

Not a big fan of the layout of this store compared to ones in the valley.

Went to gas station, Some people just sit there others move into empty spot which helps the line move faster, So please pull into empty spot and have a safe day. 😀

I had a terrible experience yesterday evening at this location. I had a young woman as a cashier throwing my items into my shopping cart with a strong force. To the point where the bag of avocados ripped and all of my avocados were scattered. My sanitizer bottles were also thrown and had pressure and almost exploded. I am not sure why they have people like Jackie working as cashiers if they are going to provide terrible customer service. I hope this never repeats or I will be shopping at another location. I usually have a great experience, but yesterday was extremely appalling. Very disappointed.
