This store is so well organized I get happy walking inside. It is very clean, the aisles are wide and clutter free and the organization of the products is great. Lots of items in stock. The employees are also very friendly and helpful.

The store is clean and organized but customer service by employees could be better. I cant tell you how many employees Ive walked past especially in the produce department where they didnt say hello they didnt ask if I needed help with anything and they didnt make any eye contact

I had a horrible experience with one of the store managers named Kevin. He had a bad attitude when confronted a coinstar issue that he didnt know how to handle. He kept telling me I was wrong and that it was my fault that I was going to be out $13. He said he doesnt do coinstar, even though he used his keys and messed up the transaction on the machine. I had to get mad and talk to a different manager who was below him to get any actual help. With long line and me holding up another manager who was working a register Kevin decided to go away from the busy registers and go in his office. He left his problems to his subordinates. The other manager June was helpful right from the start and made the situation right.

Check not very enthusiastic, otherwise everything else was fine.

Often more expensive than other markets. Staff hard to find, but polite. I find the way the store is laid out uncomfortable, but Im not sure why.

Great customer service. The bakery and the deli are fabulous. The fried chicken is the best. I love the meat counter. Its so nice to have someone to help you choose your items rather than only having to choose from pre-packaged items. The produce us always fresh and they have a wide variety of organic fruits and vegetables. Although Stater Bros is a large chain now, they continue to provide customers with that neighborhood market service.

During the pandemic I found Stater Bros, on Sierra Highway, to be a really great choice in shopping. Most recently, however, I’ve had a series of very uncomfortable and edgy experiences with rude disrespectful cashiers and a floor sweeper who is ever consumed with disgust that I am in his path. I don’t recognize them from four or six months ago. Shame on the few that make the whole look really bad.

Nice store but pricey

I like the new aisle layout, its easily better than other stores updated floor layouts. Signs are clear and the food grouping on each aisle makes sense. The store crew is still great, Ive been a customer there for about 16 years and pre-COVID or now, still a great crew. Produce is excellent and the butcher counter even better. An all around five star store, highly recommended

There was no sale for rib eye steak this Easter weekend! In other stores, such as Vons, and others, rib eye was $5 less per pound. Makes a difference when you have a big family!

Cutting hours on our favorite checkers and now they have locked the bathrooms. Have to go get someone I have other stores I can go to Too bad manager is making bad choices. Going to Valley Market place. Better prices on produce and meat

Customer service is great. They pack your groceries but... the only thing i noticed was the clerk doesnt ask you you use or stater Brothers discount card, and then when you realize that, they make you wait like 15 minutes to refund your money

Amazing customer service, I appreciate all the hellos and good mornings when I shop in the morning. The produce gets rotated out often, so you arent seeing fruit flies everywhere and the store itself is really clean. Sadly this is two main reasons I avoid other stores in the area, unless its for something Stater bros doesnt carry. This is the store to get your groceries from aside from Costco.

Normally you wouldnt buy Sushi at a grocery store, but at Stater Bros. They make Sushi fresh and it is delicious. Try it!

Always clean and usually helpful staff. The meat department is very helpful, they even ground meat special for us. Occasionally Ive had a snippy checkout clerk... Very rude about letting us use our own bags and not clear on what the store policy is.

Best grocery store butcher shop in town. They now have a sushi area near the front entrance that is quite tasty - the family really likes it. Delicious rotisserie chicken in 3 different flavors.

I shop there regularly. Great meat selection with polite employees. Went this morning and there reorganizing everything has moved. They flip flopped everything so you have to walk up and down the isles to relearn the store. LOVE EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE SO KIND,HELPFUL and polite

I love Going to this store but what is alarming how many people wearing there masks on there chins and cashier are ringing them up like no big deal. I know is hard to tell people to put a mask on but that how it is for now. I shop here for myself and shop for others, like I said I love this store but it’s shocking to me that the store is allowing people to walk around and being ring up by cashiers wearing there masks on there chin. The store is always clean and friendly staff.

I love that this is a small chain market and it shows. Good prices without a club card. Good fresh produce, generally well stocked and good variety of brands.I drive about 16 miles round trip to do much of my shopping here passing lots of the big chain markets with their higher prices. Staff are great too.

The market staff are pleasant and are always willing to help their customers. I would love to join the team!!

This is the cleanest store Ive ever shopped in. Lady at the register was a little chatty but she was really nice. The man who bagged our groceries was extremely nice. Definitely will be here again.

FIL is on a special plant based diet. This store has a poor and very small selection of organic foods and plant based foods.Edit. Very thoughtful of management to reach out. Shows they do care about customer feedback. Hopefully selection grows over time.

I am never going to this store again! (Santa Clarita on Sierra Hwy). Every SINGLE time Ive been to this store, I have been incorrectly charged. They mark items for sale and then they dont honor the price. The first few times it happened, I thought it was just my mistake. Maybe I was reading the sign wrong, or the item was misplaced. But today I made absolutely certain that the item was in fact a sale item. They advertised their Kobe beef patties at $5.99, but the register scanned it at $8.99. I had been waiting in line for 30 minutes already (the express lane), and by the time I got up there and noticed the price discrepancy, I wouldve had to wait for the cashier to go all the way to the back of the store to check the price, and the customres behind me were already annoyed with the slow cashier, so I just paid it. AGAIN.STATER BROS: IF YOURE GOING TO ADVERTISE SALES PRICES, THEN AT LEAST ENTER THOSE PRICES INTO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM! Im done shopping here for good.

I do love stater Brothers. They do have great meat. They also have good sales on their meat on a weekly basis. Although, their butchers leave a bit to be desired. Theyre a little bit rude unhelpful. Theyre pulling this game now where if their rib roast are on sale and you want them cut theyre up in the price by $2 a pound. Which is absolutely ridiculous!!!! The last time I was there and asked to get a rib roast cut into steaks they told me that it would be $2 more per pound I said what is that some new BS? They told me its always been like that I said thats funny because Ive been coming here for years and Ive never heard of it. They assured me that has their policy and has been for years. Honestly it just really put me off.

Wed evening around 730. Not very busy. Store stocked well for Superbowl Sunday. Two registers open, lines of 3-4 deep forming, checker calls for assistance. Immediate response with night mgr jumping in to assist in checking out customers. Nice job! Taking care of business. My checker friendly and efficient. Courtesy clerk ok.

One of the finest markets in California. The friendliest employees that are always willing to help you find things or help you with getting your purchases to your car. The quality of their meat department and produce put the big chain markets to shame. Please keep up the great hiring and nice atmosphere in your markets. I will mention on more thing. Since I am handicapped they provide you with at least 6 electric handicap shopping carts which really make a difference in my ability to shop for myself at my location on Sierra Highway. Thank you for everything you do for your clients.

Enjoying my new found friend instant cart..I dont really like the replacement but having the delivery service is amazing..they should not charge a delivery fee for under 20.00 but I do love the convenience and they do deliver on time most of the time.

Stater Bros. Is a very clean and orderly store. Well stocked.fresh vegetables and fruits. I highly recommended this market.

I noticed there are some items not available in your store example. Stouffers spaghetti and meatballs my wife has cancer and it is one of the few things she can eat.

Best meat department around and i rhink the bakery at this particular SB is better than most others. Parking lot is a little small and crowded.
