I was disappointed in the cashiers attitude and was not very friendly. Never smiled. Previous customer left his card in charge card machine and I gave it to the cashier and she took it and never said thank you and acted like it was nothing.I was surprised, I always have had friendly service.Why didnt she notice the card was still in the machine?

There were so many things that this store has offered to the customers. One stop for all, even cooked foods for you have already made from pizza, salads to sandwiches. This is a very good and clean establishment, services were friendly and fast. The prices at this Market was a little higher than other Super Markets around or well known.

Really like the Valencia WHOLE FOODS; they have a wonderful selection of fresh fish and the butcher shop is the best. The wine selection didnt really have any dessert wines (I was looking for a Sauterne), but a very nice selection of reds, cheeses and bakery items...worth the trip AND it definitely is nice using your Amazon Prime membership!

First time coming here in Valencia, usually shop at the Whole Foods at Porter Ranch. This just awesome with also great hardworking employees. Thank you Whole Foods.

I shop at this WF’s very often - several times a week mainly for Proteins and Fruits/ vegetables. Yesterday, I had an unusual rudeness from the young guy in the meat area. He misunderstood me and pushed back verbally in front of at least 4 other customers. I walked away and didn’t make my purchase. I manage a large team and would really appreciate knowing if one of my employees did that. We would certainly have a conversation. I couldn’t find a manager to discuss at the time and I’m glad I didn’t because I was really embarrassed. I hope this was a fluke and he was having a bad day.

Great place for vegans many options, love their vegan pizza

The espresso drinks at this Whole Foods are really excellent. It must be the beans they use and the brewing machines. The taste is way different than the major competition.Also - the drinks that they prepare with veggies are really amazing. Ask the person who prepares the veggie drinks for a suggestion. They have some interesting combinations.

The gentleman, named Joe who works at the sandwich section, has treated me extremely well every time I have come in. He is always euthanistic to create tasty food and give suggestions about what would taste good. He is by far an outstanding person who genuinely loves his job and cares about people.

Awesome store. Now that Amazon bought it, the prices seem more reasonable and affordable. People that have an Amazon Prime Membership get discounts shopping and can also use this location as shipping return drop off station for anything that theyre sending back to Amazon. Great business setup.

Came for the fruit tart (which I get from While Foods all the time it is awesome) but they didnt have it. The staff was very friendly, he went to the back to ask if they still had any for us. We got some oysters (as always) and again staff was very helpful.

Had a bad experience buying prepared food from this store. Bought a lasagna and a salmon and both of them was old. Wish to return the items but the store was closed already.....

Almost everything you need is here, from groceries to some herbal medical. Mostly fresh and organic.

The only Whole Foods remotely close to me (like 1 1/2 hours 🙄) so it’s a journey but I like to go here for specialty items I can’t find in my area.It’s super spacious and they have a nice little coffee shop and sitting area in there. Also a good spot for Amazon pickups.

Store had what we needed, was easy to find and employee - cashier was especially helpful and patient as the app for our discount was having problems and my wife was tired and a little frustrated so she gave us the discount. My wife just told her to forget the discount. Very professional!

The second best store, have been using for at least 10 years. Meet products are the best. Plus the breads and morons. The customer service very accommodating.

Whole Foods is doing a good job making everyone comfortable despite the Coronavirus. They sanitize the carts, all wear masks (properly over the nose and mouth) and are courteous.

Quality produce at a decent price. Excellent selection of other items. Their pizzas are YUMMY! But if I need the restroom again Ill use the family one. The single stall in the womens restroom is so tiny that your knees can touch the door while youre sitting. 😳

Great Market a little pricey but overall very interesting

We were actually on our way to get some late night pizza when we saw Ds Dubai. The interior looked sparkling clean and the menu looked intriguing. I mentally bookmarked this place for a future dining trip. Fast forward to a few days later, we wanted something within walking distance to our hotel and more of a quick meal so Ds was the way to go!

Huge selection, well stocked, best of the best, run by real grocers, no amateurs allowed!

I go to Whole Foods all the time to order a burrito, and every time they are out of fajita veggies, make more fajita veggies please!

Pure service in confectionery section. 9:30am April 28th. After 10 minutes of waiting sold me the stuff more expensive than in the shop window.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I dont normally shop here and I will never be back again. I went up to pay for my 3 items at your store and was completely ignored through out my entire transaction.Due to covid sanitation measures, I wait for the cashier to signal to me that she or he is ready for me to come forward and set my items down. The cahsier and bagger were so locked into a conversation that they never ever once acknowledged me. No eye contact. No wave. Nothing. I slowly tipped toed forward maybe thinking Im out of her vision and said hi, how are you? Nothing. Still locked in their conversation. I tip toe forward a little more and repeat myself. Still locked in their convo. I am once ignored. I set my items down and she begins to ring me up, and considering I had 3 items I mentioned that I do not need a bag, and that I have my own. Still. Locked in their conversation, I am merely a ghost, I am once again ignored and my items are bagged anyway. Finally I realized your two employees were not going to acknowledge my existence. I paid, said thank you and have a nice day and still, not ONE word was said to me by your employees. Not. One. I could have been lit on fire and they would have never known. Im not asking for a life story, just acknowledge my human existence. I no longer have my receipt so I couldnt tell you who assisted me, but I do suggest letting your employees know that a simple hi, thank you and youre welcome goes a long way.I will continue shopping at Sprouts, where their employees not only greet you, but geniuly care about their customers.

Whole Foods is great. Its not the cheapest place to shop, but you knew that before you drove over there, didnt you? But the salad bar is always so good. I frequently come over here when I dont know what Im in the mood for, and I just grab whatever looks good from the salad bar. I really like the falafel they make, and they have a really good spicy fried tofu as well. Plus if youre a vegan, they have a lot of options, including some vegan baked goods.

Really expensive but I guess worth it? I spent 70 dollars on all of three bags. They do have some good deals but you have to REALLY check. Amazon prime members get a lot of great deals here though!

Used to go here all the time for lunch and dinner at times. Great selection of organic produce at decent prices and also unique products that you dont normally find in other stores. Also, if you dont have time to make dinner or are being lazy, there hot foods department is great. :)

While everybody already knows about whole foods, its the little things that make it a place worth coming back to. Jessica, who works at the coffee & juice bar, who makes the trip here worthwhile to get my coffee. You find out after a while going to any supermarket that is actually the staff that keeps on bringing you back.

I was there by 8:15am and very few people there.

We ordered the steak, kofta and shawarma plated and they were all delicious! The steak was the best!Each plate came with rice and 2 sides. The portion was generous.Price was affordable and the place was clean. Even the bathroom was clean.Very recommended when you are in Hollywood.

Pricy but good one

Great local super market. High quality food with a high price (post amazon takeover). The staff is usually pretty good and helpful. They have a wonderful to-go food and salad bar with some stands for things like sushi, Mexican food, “green” drinks, and ice cream. They usually have dollar taco Tuesday’s!

I live almost an hour away. I wish they would come to Lancaster into the old Ralphs center on Ave L. Would be a great spot. Trying to make lifestyle changes but its always a a job in itself going all over town gathering items. I hate shopping.

Always a great experience

This is our FAVORITE location for Whole Foods. Its never extremely crowded, they always have what were looking for and more, everythings stocked well and full. We cant get enough of this. I travel between LA and Lancaster and this is the one we always end up at because of how great it is.

This store is so conveniently located for me, which is why I continue to find myself here. I think I need to finally stop while they get their sh*t together. It seems like no one ever does inventory in any of the key departments. Most workers are typically unfriendly or incompetent, except for the beer and cheese workers - you are all great. I don’t understand that I’ve had so many great experiences at other Whole Foods, but this one is lackluster. Ralph’s Fresh Fare just down the street is lightyears ahead of them in service, inventory, execution and equally great products for a better price, so that’s where I’ll be spending my time.

Two stars, not for the quality of the products or the store, but because of their customer service. We have been shopping here for about 5 years and over that time the customer service staff has been consistently rude and unhelpful. For example, the employee who works in the bakery didnt know if they had a bakery-baked good in stock and didnt care to check or be otherwise helpful. However, the people who stock the shelves are nice, helpful, and friendly. They are consistently willing to stop what theyre doing and help customers, the two stars are for them.

It makes you feel like coming back.Other than raw ingredients, they tend not to carry a lot of run-of-the-mill goods and big brand names that you find in most US supermarkets. The result is that you feel you are seeing something unique anywhere and everywhere you look in the store.They claim to be eco-friendly, and that is the new thing that attracts customers. Some of their eco-friendly claims are good, and some are dubious, but it attracts customers nonetheless.Health -- With some foods youll find that their store-brand products have paid attention to certain health issues. For example, their 365 Cola uses real sugar rather than big brand Coca-Colas high fructose corn syrup (and it tastes quite different), and their soy sauce brand does not use sodium benzoate as a preservative (sodium benzoate, which is used in most soy sauce brands, is known to react with vitamin C to produce benzene). This store is in a great location! I love the freshness of the food. They have a hot food bar & endless food choices & good groceries! I love shopping here!

My only problem here is the free EV charging stations. You obviously arent shopping here. You have your door open in your chrysler plug-in hybrid and looks like youve been camping there for some time. Literally a few bucks to charge at home but you spend your entire day here to get free charging.

I have to shop Organic for my wifes diet, when I cannot find what I need anywhere else Whole Foods generally has it. Employees are always pleasant and very helpful. You will pay premium prices for stuff though they have it!!Mind you I generally only buy fruits, dried and fresh as well as vegetables here.

Better than average Whole Foods. It’s very spacious compared to other Whole Foods in the LA area. The selection is also better than most Whole Foods. Don’t come here expecting cheap groceries, obviously.

Lots of organic foods to add to your grocery cart. Every worker was friendly and helpful. After gathering our groceries including fresh meat from the meat/cheese counter, we got lunch from the smorgasbord of selections. $8.99 per lb except on Wednesday when the price is $7.49 per lb. Prices have gone up the past year, but still a good place to buy healthy food.

I give it five stars due to the helpful staff. Some prices have come down but the reality is, it is for Amazon Prime Members. Otherwise good selection of items and still the best market in Valencia.

Amazon ruined Whole Foods. It was one of my favorite places to shop as well as buy groceries. Now its Spartan and the excitement is gone😳 I only buy meat there now when I used to spend my whole paycheck 🤪

Not enough vegan options, especially in Prepared Foods. Everything is SO expensive, too...sigh.In addition, and this is a super gripe of mine -- and Ive discovered other diehard vegans who come here specifically to buy whatever vegan items are currently on sale -- the vegan products are now scattered about the store, in at least THREE different locations. Meaning: No longer are ALL the vegan items in ONE nice, long section. No, no, my friends... I suppose the idea is to put, for instance, vegan sausages where other sausages are -- BUT, I tell you, its a damn mess of confusion, and more than enough vegan customers are just giving up, calling it a day, and leaving the store. What a shame. I genuinely loved heading straight to the back of the store and scooping up everything vegan that was on sale -- or that I wanted to treat myself to, depending on the balance on my food stamps card.Oh, and Im no longer finding all the wild and wonderful types of vegan cheeses, which were always, always so delightful to splurge on.Driving down to Follow Your Heart, by the way, is a real drag, just to grab up their brand products, especially when theyre out of stock.Obviously, you caught me at a bummed-out time, huh?

Lets be honest, Whole Foods is not the store it once was. Bezos is either deliberately running the company into the ground, the drive for profit is blinding him or hes not paying attention. Remember when a visit to a Whole Foods store was a pleasant, friendly, usually busy, higher end shopping experience with plenty of active WFM people around to help? Everything from the quality of prepared food to the deplorable attitude of the employees in the stores has pushed a great number of people elsewhere. Case in point, the Santa Clarita Valley CA store. A good number of people in that market are shopping at Sprouts and many are making the trek to the Woodland Hills Bristol Farms store. The company has made serious mistakes with a once fantastic, profitable, and well liked retail food chain that it will never recover from. What Bezos has done with Whole Foods reminds me of what happened to J.C. Penny when some brilliant people at JCP decided to hire Ron Johnson from Apple. Big changes! New selling concepts! Sales tumbled and the company needed to be rescued before it filed for bankruptcy. The arrogance of the people at the Corporate level on down at Whole Foods will surely be its demise.

Its been a really long time since Ive been to an wholefoods that I decided to try one out after being purchased by Amazon. Its a nice market, but its crazy expensive. Ended up buying a I rub you Korean BBQ sauce along with short ribs. I later found the same sauce at world market for $2 cheaper. Goodbye, Im sticking with Trader Joes

I hardly ever go to Whole Foods, but this Ripple shortage had me venturing out! I was very happy with the experience. I was able to shop for the week, and get some hot foods and ice cream from an ice cream stand. I just would have liked more clarification on how to use my Prime membership benefit, the cashier seems uncaring or unwilling to help me use that benefit.

The food here is delicious! Prices are kinda high and some things are a rip off but the quality on some items are pretty decent for you get. They do have daily specials on hot bar ideas. Taco tuesday is really good, great size tacos for $2 each! Oh, and thursdays, you can get large pizzas for $8! Great deal! The pizzas are huge! And tasty! I do wish the prices were a bit lower, id do more shopping there for sure.

Ive been to quite a few in my area but this is the best whole foods by far even though its 20 minutes away I make the drive for it. they have the largest variety and are well in stocked for the most part. I wished they had prime delivery though.

The staff at the deli asian cuisine department will just ignored you and be rude to you if you try to order.

Its a nice whole foods, very busy but they always run out of things even if I come early. The sandwich station is always running out of things even earlier on in the day. Which is really inconvient because sometimes Im on the go and need a sandwich. And prices are starting to go back up again.Wish there was another whole foods in Santa Clarita. There are too many people living here for just one store.
