When I tell you I drove an hour with my friends just to eat here, am not joking. I love this place so much. It brings my friends and I joy and we never regret coming here. I was visiting from out of town and had never tried pinkberry before but after seeing the sparkling reviews of fantastic customer service I had to stop in! Alex and Jason were so welcoming and kind! They gave me the correct size and made sure I was pleased with my frozen yogurt! I will be referring all my friends to this specific location, purely because of Alex and Jason’s amazing customer service!

I am partial to Pinkberry! The original flavored yogurt is my absolute favorite! I add the almond roca or cap n crunch...delish! Fresh fruit toppings are available too!

This is my favorite location, when deciding on where to spend my money, customer service is a huge factor. This location has the best customer service. Pink berry is my favorite frozen yogurt chain so when I was walking by today I had to stop by! I’ve never been to this location before because I don’t live nearby but I wish I did. Place was clean, and they had my favorite flavor :) Was helped by Alex and Jason and they seemed so happy to be there which is always nice to see happy employees! The Pinkberry is good, but be aware of the workers. Someone here skimmed my card and charged $60 at a grocery store in Inglewood.

Going to this pinkberry after work is the highlight of my day. It’s always clean, friendly and welcoming. Jason and Alex are definitely my two favorite people there. They are so sweet, they definitely need a raise. Doing food service during covid is tough, but they work hard and treat me well every time :)

I loved my experience here, family friendly and specially with covid it was sanitary. I do have to say that 2 employees, Jason and Alex, amazing employees, they were extremely patient and kind, I was satisfied with my delicious treat but the customer service from Jason and Alex. It was my fault I didn’t know the vanilla was very tart. I honestly could not eat it, it tasted weird like spoiled milk so I asked if I could get a refund and the employee flipped out on me and said I couldn’t get a refund because I had already eaten it. I’m not sure why it was such a big deal just because I didn’t like something. I gave them a five dollar tip too, maybe I shouldn’t have been so nice..
