When I walked in I was greeted by the employees. They helped me find the headlight/turn signal bulbs that I needed. Then I asked a young man name Chevy if he could put the bulbs in for me and he didnt hesitate at all, he said yes maam I sure will. He was very nice, friendly and polite. So thank you Auto Zone for hiring people with a nice personality. Once again Chevy youre the BEST thank you so much for your service!

Found exactly what I was looking for, and it wasnt too expensive.

Not very helpful, called in to have them pull a battery for me they said yes. Got here waited 15 minutes in line, they hadnt. Waited another 10 minutes till they pulled it, they pulled the wrong one, came back and returned it. Got the new one, came back to return the core and three guys stood around watching one guy at a counter and I took 20 more minutes to return the core.Raised to 3 from 2 just because the staff took time to reach out.

Purchased a battery and they installed it free too. Dealership wanted to charge me $65 plus battery was $69 more. Nice young man Dan that helped me. Other employees all very nice.

The experience I had this morning, specifically with Alyssa, was over and beyond 5 stars! If I could give more I would. My check engine light was on and needed to have the error codes to figure out what to do. Got out of my car (car running), was preoccupied with getting my mask on, car fob was on the seat and realized too late that not only was the car running but it had also locked when I got out. Fortunately the sunroof was open but I was dressed for work in a skirt. Without hesitation, Alyssa came outside to help me and actually took off her shoes and climbed in through the sunroof to save the day. That wasnt it though. I couldnt figure out how to connect the diagnostic tool to pull the codes I needed. Again, without hesitation, she jumped in to help and got it done. In this time of COVID that we are living in, that is customer service over and beyond! I will continue to give my business to AutoZone because of this experience and this woman deserves a raise! :D Thank you again Alyssa!!

If there is one thing that has been lost in this business, is experience and knowledge. It has always been the mantra that you find the old guy in a parts store to speak with because more than likely you will get the knowledge needed to get the correct part and the associate will know what your working on. Unfortunately the narrative has changed from adequately staffing with knowledgeable people to filling the position with someone who can breath air and input information into a computer in hopes that you will get the right part to complete the repairs. That is unfortunate.

I just dont like the layout of their stores, but they did have the jump starter I needed.

Go to the place all the time I find staff friendly and willing to help. No complaints as far as customer support. Called in asking for some lug nuts. I was told they do no carry lug nuts (not just for my vehicle, but for all vehicles) and would they would need to be ordered. So I guess ...Advanced is across the street for when A zone doesn’t have it at 100 that day. Your always #1 when I’m getting in the zone though! Too funny not to share.

I had a problem with my battery, my car died and I had to have a jump. I called and talked to Alyssa who told me to come to the store and they would help me. When I arrived I called to tell them I had arrived. I spoke to Aaron and asked if I should turn off my car. He saw me park in the handicap spot, he told me to stay in the car and he would come out and check my battery. After he tested it he suggested replacing it so I wouldn’t have the same problem. He walked me inside and explained the different options. I bought the battery. He installed it and was so pleasant and professional. I was treated with such kindness and respect. I would highly recommend this location for all your auto needs.

Customer service extreamly lacking .. The sales lady had a attitude and basicly refused to help me . i had to ask another employee for help ..

The people that work at this autozone should be working at McDonalds they dont have a clue on auto parts I dont think they know the difference between a spark plug and a bumper dont wast your time going thier they may say they have a part in stock then you go thier and they walk around in a daze trying to find the part I wont go back thier again deal only with Advanced auto of highland they know what thier doing

This store use to have knowledgeable employees but unfortunately not anymore. I needed a part transfered from another location and the kid at the counter took my number and said it would be in the following morning. I go to pick up my part and it is not there. The manager had a poor excuse saying he is not authorized to do that. So why didnt the kid ask for a manager then? Why dont the employees know the protocol of the store? The manager, Tabby, did not even apologize for the inconvience this caused me and has poor customer service skills. Very disappointed with this service and hope the employees and management get proper training on how to do their jobs.

I had a low tire pressure light go on one cold morning last week. After work I stopped by Auto Zone and one of the employees checked the tire pressure and told me which tires had low pressure. He also told me that I could drive my car to my home about 30 miles away. I was grateful.

I had problems all day trying to find this dealer only part and he took his time out to find my part. It felt like he cared to help me and checked every part and name for it until he found it

Been here a few times over the years for different issues w our cars. Ive always received good customer service and recommendations. My last trip I was assisted by Alyssa who was extremely helpful and patient while working thru a few company card pre approvals and unanticipated setbacks. That level of customer service will keep me coming back!

Visited this past Friday and saw a bunch of new faces (staff). Place was very unorganized. Person who I assumed to be the manager checked the computer for a part and went to the back which I found weird considering what I needed was in front of the store. She left me upfront for several minutes while she talked on the phone. Another staff saw me waiting and assisted me. I asked her if she could put on my wipers. She couldn’t get one of them off and said she would have someone else assist me. She never sent anybody. I went back in, the same girl walked passed me and ignored me while she walked out for break/end of her shift. A male staff assist me and apologized for my wait.

This location was extremely helpful with locating the correct lightbulb for my vehicle and even more helpful installing the lightbulb in my vehicle. My vehicle’s make and model created a challenge but their determination paid off with a successful installation. They were extreme professional and nice. Autozone in Schererville.

Theres this short super sexy girl who works there that I would marry if I could. Shes very kind and absolutely beautiful. Just seeing her brightens my day.

Very bad experience with this store, I returned some brake pads and rear rotors and brake sensor that I ordered for my daughters BMW that was giving to my son when he went to pick the parts . When my mechanic got the parts he said they the wrong parts and when I went to return them, the store didn’t have the cash to give me back and they asked me to come back the following day and they kept the parts . The following day when I went back to get my money they gave me hard time and attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

Raymond that works there needs a pay raise he knows his store. He has great costumer service and will save you big money. He knows all the deals autozone puts out and he will save you tons of money. Had what I needed! Staff is a bit on the doesnt want to be bothered side of things. I was being helped and literally had the person helping me ignore my question and start talking to someone else. Earlier in the day I had a similar experience.

I have been here a fair number of times and will probably continue. Ive found consistently some of the staff members just come off the wrong way around me though. The women here are always friendly. The guys, I dont like to generalize or stereotype, but I dont want to mention individuals on a public forum..... captain obvious attitude if Im double checking something, customer opinion or understanding doesnt always get treated with respect, or patience if its just wrong.... Seems like theyre trying to avoid being manipulated or something. Its just not what I would call a customer inviting and friendly environment.

The one thing I like about auto zone is that if you give them your phone number your entire history pulls up on the computer and then they can find O when you purchased lifetime warranty parts and you dont need a receipt to do the exchange. The people are always knowledgeable and helpful. Although there have been a few times when they gave me the wrong part or the wrong tool and I had to travel a great distance to go take them back

The staff saved me horrible day. I had a list of errands to run on Saturday but my car battery died. I got my car jumped and went here to find help. Not only did the gentleman help me find the correct battery, he also changed it for me. It was rainy, windy, and freezing, and on top of that, my old battery had so much corrosion which caused the process to take over an hour. I felt so horrible having him do all of it but he never once complained. He even apologized for it taking so long. I couldnt apologize enough to him on how bad I felt. But because of this employee, I was back on the road and was able to finish all I needed. This was by far some of the best service I received in any customer service area of field! Thank you to Tony and the other gentleman who saved my day! Words will never express all my gratitude. Once I find my receipt I will take the survey!!

Every time I go there to get a part they Always have to have it brought over from either a warehouse or another store? This time I needed an air conditioning part, they said that they had it and would have it in about an hour, so I decided to wait for it. It was an hour and 45 minutes when the delivery guy came, I went back in the store and they said that Id have to wait while they inventoried it, another 20 minutes and it wasnt there? They called the warehouse and he told them that even though it showed them having one, they really didnt? NO CALL TO TELL THEM / ME?

In and out a few times this past week and always seemed to be good service and happy people working!

Awful service and an extremely rude employee. Went to pick up a battery at 8:30pm and the first response I get when I tell the employee my make and model was, “good luck figuring out what battery, since It’s most likely in Japanese” I drive a Toyota, didn’t realize Autozone only serves customers who drive a GM. Of course he looks up the battery and then tells me there are 3 different battery sizes for my year make model and trim package, which is odd. So I ask what the difference in sizes were and he said they are just different. I asked him to show me where the batteries are and I will look. He laughs and points to the wall of batteries, which I responded with, I meant the specific batteries you are referencing. Finally I said, “I have the car here can you look at the battery or take the battery out since I don’t have tools” and his response was, “It’s almost closing time, no!” It was 8:40pm and they close at 9pm. His co-worker looked at me and said no sorry I can’t either I have a bad back. Obviously they were not willing to help. So I grabbed a tape measure, measured my battery and walked back into autozone, measured the different batteries to find the battery I needed. What a pain! I didn’t want to be there myself and these guys made it apparent my business wasnt wanted. Never dealing with this location again, Advanced is across the street and Quest is a block away. I don’t expect people to be nice but come on I was only buying a battery and I was the only person in the store!
